We went during bike week 2 weekends ago. We had a sunset cruise lined up and this was right across the street from where you board the ships. We walked in, was a cool little restaurant, and the waitress was amazing. She didnt speak English and I am not fluent in Spanish, but i told her I wanted her to stay, so she could learn and I could learn! She was amazing! We ordered Chimis, enchiladas and carne nachos. The food was delicious, the staff was great. I found my new favorite little restaurant for any of our future travels to Puerto Penasco!

Come and try their vanilla frappes, Starbucks don’t have nothing on them! Waffles, bacon, hash browns(with cheese????😋) were amazing! Martha was a big help. Great experience definitely recommend!

I don't know about the negative reviews but we really enjoyed the food here. We had Huevos Rancheros and Chilaquiles and they were both delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly and we did the combo of red and green sauce. The service was super friendly and they welcomed our dog on their nice big shady patio. The restrooms were also spotless. Great place!

I’m vegan and went in today with my family thinking I wasn’t going to find food, but I was pleasantly surprised! The waiter was so friendly and said something special could be made for me. The chef made rice with a bunch of steamed/fresh veggies on top (broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, carrots, lettuce, tomato). It was delicious and my family enjoyed their food as well. Prices were great! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful breakfast spot. Originally was going to eat next door but was turned off by the long lines and lack of parking. The prices here were fantastic and the food was authentic Mexican. It was extremely delicious. I thought I would be disappointed as this was a back-up for the other restaurant I wanted to go to. I was very pleasantly surprised. Even the bread they served was warm, crisp and delicious.

Good food,good service,good atmosphere. Why wait next door? Mexican word of the day “Listo” means ready. Just say that when you want to order and when you’re ready for the bill. Mexicans will not ask you if your ready for the bill they want you to relax so ya gotta ask. .

Rey Sol is a nice place for lunch. I ordered the Fajitas using an assortment of different meats. Chicken, Beef, and Shrimp seasoned well and cooked thoroughly. The helping of rice and beans were on the smaller size. However, that was fine given the abundance of meat. The wait staff was nice. The restaurant wasn't too busy. It provided a friendly vibe. Stopped in this morning before heading back home. A bit of a challenge due to our weak Spanish and the waitress only speaking in Spanish. Service was a bit slow and the food was only ok.

Muy bonito lugar de vista y limpio la chica muy amable pero ..la comida en realidad no tiene buen sazón en especial la sopa de pollo.. son vegetales descongelados con agua caliente y pollo desmenuzado terrible el desayuno fue bastante simple dado a frijoles secos recalentados en el horno de microondas. Quisimos comer aquí pues nuestro lugar favorito que es el restaurante de el lado estaba una larga espera. Eso fue nuestra mayor indicación de no ir.. pues éramos los únicos clientes mientras el próximo restaurante la espera era de casi una hora.

Están bien los desayunos, el precio un poco alto además te cobran el 15% adicional si pagas con tarjeta. Yo pagué en efectivo y aún así pasaron el cargo de mi tarjeta. 😡

No nos atendieron rápido al llegar, tuvimos que ir a preguntar. Estuvimos una hora y la comida nunca llegó, sólo las bebidas. La malteada estaba caliente

Pésimo servicio!!! 😡 Mi familia y yo llegamos a las 9:30am y tardaron hasta las 10:30 cuando llegó el primer plato! Servían plato por plato! Terminamos comiendo por separado!! Cada miembro de la familia. Eran tres meseras que venían y se confundieron todas. El último plato a las 11:00 fue servido!! Jamás jams volver ni aunque fuera gratis. Hoy domingo decidí llegar por da buena presentación por fuera el lugar pero el servicio muy mal!! No recomendable para nada. No gratis vuelvo! Si por mi ni una estrella daba..y no fui única en enojarse otras gente se quejaba porque llevaba una hora esperando!! Jajajaja si supieran que yo llegue desde las 9:30 hasta las 11: espere!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Pésimo 👎🏼 duramos para que nos diera mesa para 9 personas. También demoraron en atendernos. Cuando por fin nos atendieron nos trajeron el café tarde y las bebidas. Esperamos 45 min y aún no nos servían. Nos fuimos. Solo se pago las bebidas

El lugar esta bien sucio! Y luego un vieja y un hombre chango se enjon por Que se estacionan Al rededor de la aria. Pero no hay le trero no mas la cara de caca Que tiene la vieja y el mono chango Que no entiende nada! Por favor coran de aqui

Walked in, sat out self, waitress walked but multiple times. No one tried to help us. Walked out went to the Spot next door. Sadly when you’re not busy and your reviews suck you might wanna take every customer you can. And appreciate them. You are in Rocky point.

Very slow and unattentive staff waitress owner everyone there was not paying attention. Waited 4 mins to get a hi or menu waited another 4 mins for a drink and for them to take our order. Food was horrible disgusting dry and no flavor we didn't finish food we just asked for check and left we should of left before they gave us the menus but we figured we'd be patient and try it several others got up and left before anyone attended to them. And to top it off they were asking customers to open the door for them because they had plates in their hands and for the customers to stand on the chairs to pull the fan string and get the fans on. Save your $ and Stomach's from this place 🤮🤢

This place was not good at all the food had no flavor the portions you get are small and overpriced. My daughters pancakes were very dry and her bacon was burnt. Please be careful when you pay with dollars they over charge like 10 dollars when you pay in dollars try to pay in pesos I calculated everything we got and it was like 10 more

They gave me a limited menu in English with the prices scratched off. I ordered garlic shrimp and expected a regular Mexican style meal. They presented mixed (American style) vegetables, a tablespoon of white rice, and about a half dozen shrimp that kind of looked like scampi. If I wanted American food I would eat in America not Mexico. I was extremely disappointed and when I was saying I would like what was shown in the picture which was the typical salad and sliced avocado, red rice. So we're looking at the picture and there I see the price on this other menu $14.50! Sadly I do not recommend this restaurant.
