Chili's restaurant and sports bar... great selection of North American dishes, the food was served fast and hot.. and the beverages were cold while we enjoyed the amazing view of the Puerta Villarta harbor across the street. Staff were helpful and friendly, all at reasonable prices. Plus.. your fur babies are allowed in the restaurant and mall stores on a leash. Recommended. Barry 🇨🇦

Chili’s delivered food quickly, and overall it didn’t disappoint. The mozzarella sticks were excellent and easily the highlight of the meal. My chicken burger was pretty good, and my girlfriend’s chili bowl was also solid. Unfortunately, the service was poor. The waiter refused to allow substitutions on my burger, was not very attentive, and directly asked me for a tip, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Despite the service issues, we were still happy overall due to the fast food and quality of the menu items.

Stopped in for a few drinks after lunch and a long day walking. First beer came quickly, wife wanted a coffee and was told to go to Starbucks in the mall (but was "okay to bring it back to the table"), she opted to go shopping instead while I had few drinks. Restaurant wasn't busy, a few couples in there, but service was very slow... Beer sat empty for about 15 mins, servers were avoiding eye contact...persons at the bar were getting served, but tok quite a bit of time to get another beer at my table. Exceptional view of the port, and main drag going thru PV.

It is a chain restaurant from the US. The food was okay at best and the drinks were alright. I ordered a bulldog and they use Tecata instead of Corona. Was not really a fan. The burger was good but the bun had a weird sweet taste to it. The staff seem pretty disinterested and spend more time standing around talking than working. The food came fairly fast which was a positive. The view was good which was also nice as we were able to people watch and see the departure of a cruise ship as the sun set. I eat at Chili's a fair bit in a couple of Canadian airports. This place does not rate where their Canadian partners are. Gotta do a little better

Food was ok, Service was great, Food actually tasted heated up. Corn was super salty, garlic bread very hard, chicken fried chicken tasted like fake or processed chicken, the potatoes were excellent. What I dud not like was the server asking for money to buy candy for some group. Not professional and very tacky thing to do in an expensive place to eat...View was super nice of ocean, sunset
