A small, semi-hidden and shy restaurant. Robert will welcome you as if you were at home. Jonathan and Alejandro will move you with their kindness and a fab passion fruit Martini .The food is so authentic it feels as if your abuela had cooked it. Robert’s mixed seafood ceviche is one of the best I have ever tried. The chicken and shrimp fajitas are extremely generous. But it was the lobster on the second night that left us speechless: freshly caught by them (we even have photos as proof), grilled with butter and parsley. Simply extraordinary. And to finish, a homemade pear tequila, sweet like a hug. I didn’t want to write this review because I’m jealous of the places I keep in my heart, but then I changed my mind.

Martini en Fuego Grill Restaurant exceeded all expectations. The service was impeccable—Joan and his colleague were amazing, giving us excellent recommendations for both drinks and food. We went with the surf and turf platter, and it was absolutely fantastic: top-quality, generous portions, and perfectly cooked. We ended up paying around 100 CAD per person for everything, which is more than fair considering the quality. Many restaurants around charge more than double for much lower quality. This place delivers real value, great vibes, and outstanding service. Highly recommend.

I had been here last year for my birthday with my mom and sister and brought my husband and teens back for our trip over the New Year. This place is just the best, and the food is amazing. Wait staff is so kind and the complimentary shots are fun. The martinis were also great and not too sweet! Place is small and quaint so make a reservation and bring cash!

Wow! What a wonderful restaurant. All of the staff made us feel like family and the owner/chef came out a few times as well to check on us. Everything was seasoned & cooked to perfection and the prices were fair. I can’t recommend this place enough and we’ll certainly be back again.

Chef Roberto and staff are so much fun when we dine there. Wife's favorite is the camarones al coco (coconut shrimp) and for me, I let chef make whatever he thinks I will like. This year was grill tuna with grill shrimp, vegetables and a balsamic glaze.

Went here for dinner, they had a lobster special was incredible!! My wife had the seafood pasta also very good! Service was amazing they even gave us a free shot and dessert. Great experience in a cute little family owned restaurant. Would recommend to anyone out and about in old town PV

Everything was EXCELLENT, from the moment we were greeted at the door to the very end. Not only was our food excellent- I had the surf and turf, and my girlfriend had the fish of the day, but the staff- especially Alejandro made us feel like family. We were treated to extra dishes and some tequila on the house, because that’s just what they do at Martini en Fuego! Oh! Not to mention the beautiful live music… Thank you for an amazing experience and meal- we will be back every time we visit Puerto Vallarta!

This was one of our favorite meals!!! It really goes down in the books! It preserved the classic and timeless charm of Puerta Vallarta while providing some of the most delicious food and excellent service!!! Truly some of the best seafood we have ever had. Brought my Ma here for her 76th bday to get her lobster for the first time! Not sure how she went her whole life without eating it, but this was a great place to take her to try it! Amazing food, drinks and service! I’m so glad I picked this spot to celebrate her big day, it did not disappoint!!❤️🤩

Alejandro y Johan took excellent care of us! The Ceasar salad is included with your entrée, as are the limon sorbetto and shot of tequila at the end. The tequila was infused with pear and absolutely delicious to sip on after a fantastic meal and 2 stellar desserts. We also ordered Jamaica (non-alcoholic) and a lemon drop, at the recommendation of Alejandro. When my cocktail wasn't sweet enough for me, the *excellent* bartender taught my how to say simple syrup: "jarabe natural". Fast, extremely friendly service, patient with my broken Spanish, and content to converse in English and Spanish, always making sure we understood each other. The food and drinks were fantastic and the portions were plentiful. So glad we found this gem!!

Service was top-notch from the moment we were met at the door until a very personal handshake as we left. The food was fantastic - save room for the chocolate flan! The bartender's pear-infused añejo tequila was a smooth and delightful after-dinner drink that capped off a scrumptious fish dinner. Wonderful atmosphere. Not to be missed!

My wife and I just went here tonight for dinner. Absolutely spectacular place. Super friendly staff. Food was delish and the potions are BIG. I had the fish ceviche and the Mahi Mahi. Couldn't finish the ceviche because I had to leave room for the Mahi Mahi, but man was it ever good 😋 Mahi Mahi with rice was so tasty. My wife had the chicken fajitas and couldn't finish it all. Staff gave us a lime sorbet and a shot of tequila on the house 😍 For sure coming back for more dishes and delightness ❤️ Restaurant is cash only, just an FYI

Fantastic dining experience! The food is interesting and delicious, and the owner and chef delights in sending complimentary extras from the kitchen, including shots of house infused tequila (pear the last time we went), desserts, and more. He also makes a point of going around and greeting guests, making everyone feel welcome. A must-visit Vallarta destination!

AMAZING! Gambas al Ajillo, Cesar salad, fettuccine with Parmesan grilled shrimp and filet Mignon with bacon wrapped shrimp and asparagus. Lime sorbet and house tequila apres dinner. The kitchen runs incredibly fast with perfection. The best dinner we have had in Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing food and service! Lovely ambiance! BEAUTIFUL locally made place mats, all different designs. Not something I usually notice but this was nice. The shrimp was incredible! Beautiful size and texture. Drinks were perfect! Surf n Turf! Steak beautifully done. Portions were great. The staff was friendly and professional. Talked to the chef/owner - passion for food and experienced! I'll go back next visit!

The food here was freaking amazing! Awesome steak fajitas. My wife got the coconut shrimp and Roberto shrimp. I hate seafood and I would pay money to eat both of those. There Roberto's shrimp is stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon. Yum! Their service was phenomenal and has a very peaceful atmosphere. Our server Alejandro spoke great English and was literally polite and helpful. The only downside is that it's cash only. But they give you a really good exchange rate, way better than the resort we're staying at. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be coming back again.

One of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. My wife and I found this place through word of mouth. The food and staff is amazing. We ending up going twice during the trip. The food is pricier than other nearby restaurants but it is totally worth it! The chef came to our table both nights. He remembered us on the second trip. I will always eat here when in town.

We came in here with 6 of us and absolutely loved the food!!! We had some yellow fin tuna for an app, some beef fajitas, coconut shrimp, poblano shrimp, mahi mahi! Everything was delicious and we could not stop hyping up every dish we had. We had several shots that were incredibly delicious and smooth as well! Please make this a stop on your Puerto Vallarta trip!

Disfruté de un latte frío con leche de almendras por $57 pesos. El lugar me atrajo con su diseño minimalista tropical, creando una sensación refrescante. Sin embargo, el único inconveniente fue que tardaron aproximadamente 20 minutos en entregármelo.

Un lugar cómodo para tomar café, las chicas que atienden son muy amables y sonrientes todo el tiempo, te sentirás bienvenido. Los precios me parecieron un poco altos.

Si estas buscando un bowl, este es el lugar. Muy rico, saludable. El Jito toast estaba delicioso, la carta es unnpoco reducida, pero encuentras variedad. El único tema es que el servicio fue medio lento, pero se entiende, solo hay una chica atendiendo.

Tenía pasando por el area y desde cuando quería probar los frappes del lugar, hoy fue ese día y la vdd me llevó una mala experiencia fui tipo 1:30pm y pedí un frappe para llevar, el frappe no tenía sabor ni azúcar :/ La vdd pensé que si iba a tener sabor por que incluso me preguntaron qué si quería crema batida 🤷🏽‍♂️ creo que los frappes no son los fuertes del lugar o mejor dicho mi bebida no fue la mejor.

Tardan mucho, mal servicio, sobre la comida, no es lo que se promete...

Mala experiencia. Son varias las ocasiones en que me eh interesado en lo que ofrecen y al preguntar acerca de la elaboraciòn (ya que evito el azucar) la chica que "atiende" al parecer no sabe nada,lo peor es que contesta despota y desinteresadamente. Que feo.
