You really have to work hard for me not to leave a good review, and unfortunately VIPs managed to do just that. Our order was messed up from the start—extra onions were added instead of no onions, and one of our sandwiches was completely left off the order. By the time the missing sandwich finally came out, everyone else had already finished eating, so it had to be boxed up to go. I didn’t ask for anything free or make a scene, but the situation was frustrating nonetheless. If you’re just looking for very basic food that’s not terrible, this might work in a pinch. But with so many better options around, I’d recommend sticking to the streets—there’s much better food out there. I won’t be back.

Food is good but the server not so much. She was waiting for us to leave without giving us change back. Also they add tip onto bill so don't tip extra unless you want to.

Honestly, I did not feel well after leaving. Our service was lovely 😍 but, the food...not so much. The noodle soup 🍜 was okay and we loved the refillable pop but the meal was fatty and not what we were expecting according to the menu's description. It was very expensive and disappointing 😞 for us 😔 thank you 🙏

Bad service. The food is not as in the menu, it tastes bad. I couldn't eat it and considering all this, it was expensive.

Even though it has great reviews. DON'T be fooled, it is part of a larger franchise, but this one is VERY different because at other ones they have a person with a cart with juices and coffees going around not this one. The wait staff DON'T CARE and food takes up to 45 minutes to cone out and we were eat on a Sunday before lunch crowd with few people. We also ordered to go and we're missing items and charged us for things either invkuded or didn't order. Save yourself TIME and $$$.

We walked in and no one greated us. Someone finally came and seated us, but no menus were given. My husband got up and grabbed menus. The selection was not impressive but we decided our order. However no one came back to our table. A waitress walked by, mumbled something and that was it. We were the only table in the whole restaurant. After waiting for longer than we should have, we got up and left. Staff were standing around chatting, not working and really could care less that we were leaving! Do not recommend this place at all.

No hostess to meet you at the reception - ever ! Had to wait 13 minutes before I walked to the kitchen and asked for “help” Then I was told to seat wherever, I did. Then, another girl came and said I was seated in a sanitized area and was closed but if it didn’t bother me ok to stay there, I could stay there. 10 minutes later she came back and said I had to move to another table that she had already set for me. I told her I had been waiting already 35 minutes to be served and taken care of and when I got to the table it was filthy dirty and brought it to her attention to which she ignored me and turned to the other waiter and asked him to clean it. That, really upset me. I felt humiliated and angry so before mounting a show I decided to leave the place. I may say this is NOT the first time this happen I have noticed a decline in the service, a lack of caring, lack of customer service, a very condescending attitude as if the service was free and a very arrogant attitude towards the customers. The employees gathering chatting in groups having a good time while one or 2 busting their rear trying to wait on the patrons. No coffee refills no checking if anything is needed orders take forever to be served absolutely this is another restaurant than what it used to be before remodeling and what it used to be VIPs I have been a loyal customer of your restaurants for over 40 years everywhere I go and travel and it is very disappointing to see that instead of excelling and performing to become better it’s happening the opposite How pity.- Good luck, hopefully y’all can keep on business. 🤷‍♂️ Let’s not talk about the food- 🤦‍♂️🙄🤢

PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE Super gross! No flavor, do not eat here it's a waste of money. Trust me the prices are $US prices for meals. I ordered the double Philly cheese steak sandwich it was nasty they put black beans on it. Like really? Beans I a Philly sandwich 👎 also the meat was dry it wasn't even flank steak meat it's just regular steak. My fiance ordered breaded chicken with enchiladas it was super gross aswell. YOUR BETTER OF EAT AT SAMS CLUB CAFE OR INSIDE THE GALERIAS MALL.

Not the best experience. The food lacks taste and the service needs to improve a lot. The restaurant is very run down. Vips is dirty. You're better off going somewhere else.
