This Dunkin Doughnuts was super clean and the staff was super friendly

Very clean store. The people working for being so early in the morning were friendly and had great personalities. Only complaint the store was freezing inside. It was forty degrees outside and it felt colder inside. Bring a hoodie first thing in the morning and get a great cup of coffee!

I have tried Dunkins in Rome, Camden, Syracuse and was disappointed everytime. Not once at this location have I had to ask for a remake. Even their water is delicious! When the girl heard my dog's whimpers, she told me about their pup cups and it was exactly what my pup needed. Great visit all around!

Very clean location inside and out. Probably one of the nicest Dunkin bathrooms I've ever experienced. Counter area is large and well organized. Two unique sitting areas, one for the family with tables and booths, another lounging area on the side with comfortable chairs and tables. The coffee was fresh and the donuts were decorated superbly. Location was well staffed and service was friendly and quick. A+

The Iced coffee was not like it usually is... BUT I think that's because it was (from) a freshly brewed batch. It had to have been, because nearly ALL the ice was gone in less than Five minutes after It was handed to me ... which is (obviously) Not usually the case. Even though my ''Iced coffee" wasn't really "iced" ... I knew why... even though the (?)barista(?) [drive-thru employee] did not inform me like he probably should have (at least out of courtesy). It's definitely NOT going to deter me from going to (this .. or any other) Dunkin Donuts. .. nor should it.

Bathrooms were clean, service was attentive and the lounge area was nice. For a dunkin it was one of the nicer ones.

Friendly staff. We visited around 11am and found a lot of the selection was sold out. If you love a traditional apple fritter, you won't get one here. DDs version is very thick, cakey and filled with applesauce. Not what I was looking for.

I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts and was impressed with their exceptional bagel bites and donuts. The quality of the food was top-notch and made for a satisfying treat. However, I was disappointed with the service. On both visits within the past week, the cashier and food service staff were unresponsive and failed to greet or smile at customers. Their lack of interaction was noticeable and detracted from the otherwise positive experience. I hope they can improve their customer service to match the high standard of their food.

Staff was pretty friendly. Ample parking if you happen to be hauling a camper or any type of trailer. Service was pretty fast too. I’ve got a nice little cozy area if you’re looking to just sit and relax for a minute.

Take a normal dunkin, but make the building a lot colder! Staff seems a little slow each visit, even with few customers. Just take note for if you are in a rush.

The lady cashing us out was good but the dude with the red hair that was making our food was very rude, a mistake the cashier made added over $2.00 to our bill I didn't even care I just wanted away from all the teeny boppers that wasn't quite

I went through dunkin' donuts a day or two ago and after spending $3.98 on a cup of coffee that was supposed to be hot I got lukewarm coffee flavored water. this is the first time I've ever had bad service there but it only takes once to stop customers from returning.

This Dunkin is a hit or miss. There are times my husband and I have been there and the service has been friendly and great. In the past, they've even given plain donuts to my dogs in the car for nothing. Recently it has been the opposite. The service in the drive through was not pleasant on Sunday mornings, which when we visit. The workers seem angry The parking lot is cramped and difficult to move in. The drive through is often busy and due to the small lot, this also makes it difficult to move around.

The restaurant parking lot is difficult to access when the town is busy. Sometimes the floors look dirty. You usually have an abnormally long wait at this location, not terribly long, but longer than other Dunkin Donuts.

I love DD coffee, but this location was absolutely fifthly. Dirty counters, a handful of flies around the donuts.... Yuck.

I got a bagel with bacon & there was really no bacon on it I asked for very little butter & it was swimming in it plus all over the bag it came in

They closed the indoors although indoor dining was closed before you could pick up orders inside, you can no longer do that so don't mobile order through the app, you'll be sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes while your food gets cold

Hot drinks always cold. Sandwiches cold. Always order and pay for a large drink and they continually after I have paid for large try to hand me a medium and have to remake drink. Different people do this. They also repeat back the order to me correctly them make it wrong. Parish dunkin is location.

The coffee was ok. I ordered 50 assorted donut holes to take to the job. Specified everything except chocolate. Pulled away and got to the job. Opened the box, full of chocolate, some glazed, 2 powered and all the rest plain - not to mention some of them were old and hard. I geuss it's assorted and definitely not fresh...... Won't go here again.

I have gone to the DD multiple times on my days off cause it’s the closest to me. The problem is every time I go there they have the same person working the drive thru . This women is always rude no good morning no how can I help you no what can I get you no thank you no have a nice day . When I’m done ordering I’m told “pull around “ . I get that customer service is not the best of jobs but no one is forcing you to work there so therefore if you hate your job so much that you can’t be bothered to exchange any pleasantries then maybe it’s time to find a new job . I have even mentioned this to the manager and apparently they don’t care .

Drive thru- ordered large iced toasted white chocolate signature latte tag was right but way too sweet, i know they put all 4 pumps of white chocolate syrup in it. Good thing i didnt notice until I was back on 81. They would of heard about it. The price we pay for their coffee at least make it right.

Every. Single. Time. I go to this dunkin my coffee gets messed up, or they don't have what I want, or the coffee tastes like water. My bf gets cold brew and it's always amazing. I can't drink cold brew anymore. I have to drink decaf. Every time it tastes like water. I just can't win.

Every time I come here I order a bagel and a water w/lemon. And every. single. time. my bagel is burnt and they are "out of lemons". This morning they gave me a water with about a 1/2 inch of sugar at the bottom of the cup? Their screw ups are so often and just weird that it's comical at this point.

Terrible place to go!!!! Ordered simple thing!! Coffee. Than waited on other side to where they hand you your order!! No they made it and just put it by cashier!!! Wow I said loudly. I must be invisible!!!!

I should have stayed away, I stopped ordering from here because orders were always wrong. I thought I'd give it another chance and should have just saved myself the money and frustration. Confirmed twice after ordering to make sure they had it correct and it was still wrong. If you have allergies stay away from here.

This location took 40 minutes to help 5 cars in the drive through and my food was cold (the bacon had solidified grease on it). Monday morning at 10:45am and they were moving slower than molasses. More worried about the couple people inside than the line out to the road of drive through. Will not be visiting again.

I can’t count how many times I have been here over the years.... but almost every single time.... they mess up my order. Most of the time I just deal with it and move on because I’m in a hurry. However, today they were absolutely rude to me when I went back to correct my wake-up-wraps. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I understand that mistakes happen... but there is no reason for them to treat a paying customer in that way.

Zero stars. My wife had to tell the girl working, 3 times, that we had two "on the go orders" and we still had to wait 10 minutes after that before our order was completed. I didn't even get the donut I ordered which was the caramel chocoholic, because the only donut they had available was the maple glazed. Which has given me heartburn like I have never had. Would have understood if it was busy, but it wasn't. Please train your crews a little better, staff more people, or hire competent ones that can do their job.

Got our order at drive thru all wrong. Ordered 4 bagels just in a bag, nothing else. Got one sliced toasted (burnt) bagel. They tried to make us pay for the bur nt one . Never going there again!

Came in for breakfast and heard an employee yelling and arguing with another employee about going on break. Didn’t even apologize for the yelling or anything. Made it feel uncomfortable.

I went to get a matcha latte with less ice and the blond guy serving was entirely rude. Put so much ice in my drink I couldn’t put the straw in. I went back through and showed him the drink and receipt and he was very angry, then left with him saying “have fun”

Is it that hard to find the carafe of decaf? I ordered a large DECAFFINATED Iced coffee and about 45 min later ended up with a smashing headache and stomach ache and jitters because the manager cannot follow directions. I asked as he handed me the cup if he made it with Decaf and he said YES. He lied to my face! Furthermore he took my debit card in the back of the store claiming the terminal up front was out of order. VERY SUSPICIOUS. Hopefully the new store just down the street will get it right but never going to stop in that location again. GOOD LUCK but I would avoid.

Line is constantly in road. Service is not very good compared to the other Dunkin locations in area. My biggest issue is why wouldnt manegment have people taking orders in parking lot to aid moving the line along. Car accident will happen at this location.

Walked in used the bathroom before ordering. Saw this and walked right back out. I will not support a business that promotes hate.

Nice staff, but constantly out of the drinks I like even though I'm still allowed to order them through the app. I know you guys can disable it in the app, as other Dunkins do, so I don't waste my time. Getting a refund is a hassle usually as well. Just mark that you're out of it in the app and save us both the time.

i wish i could give this dunkin a 0. they never make any drink right that my sister and i order. we have to go back every single time because the drinks are awful. we went back today because they made our matcha a slushie. the employee proceeded to say “one sec because i can’t make matcha” in a nasty tone. i’m assuming she’s the one that made the matcha.

Normally no issues but i ordered 2 hot coca mochas with 7 mocha swirls and an espresso shot. They were not made right and after work I went back to complain and even had the cups to show the color of the liquid at the bottom. The manager insisted the order was right and she remembered it and her and her mom made it. Then she said her and her district manager did. She raised her voice before I did and as a one time only she gave me a triple frozen mocha in exchange which is about $9 cheaper.

When ordering something, no matter what it is. For example. I wanted a hot chocolate with cold foam and was told no. If I'm a paying customer. Shouldn't matter how you feel my drink should be made. It's how I like it. Sorry. Service is usually crappy and not being able to get what u order is even more ridiculous.

We’ve had a poor experience the last 2 times we’ve visited this Dunkin. Both times we were never greeted with so much a smile at the drive-thru window. Our orders were not repeated. We received no “Hello”. Never mind the fact that no one greeted us, The cashier handling our drinks, Stacey, had a nasty attitude. She didn’t say a word, she huffed and puffed and frankly seemed annoyed about us using the dunkin app before we paid. The customer service at this location is consistently disappointing.
