Oh this place is amazing and so accommodating to my food diets. I was visiting family and was extremely hungry. I was told to stop by another Haitian restaurant for food but luckily they didn’t have anything I wanted, I searched for another and I found this place. I just wished I found this place sooner. My boyfriend and I were welcomed with open hands, we enjoyed the food so much I had to come back the next day (sadly the day I was leaving) and I brought some home for my family to try and it was a hit. I was hosting a party and the only place I could trust with my event was this one. The owners were so kind and so friendly with me and worked with me with all my wishes. My guest loved the food so much and some were from the same area so I’m happy they found a wonderful spot for food. I would like to say thank you so much, I live by so many other Haitian restaurants and I will drive two hours to get to this one they are so inviting so kind the food is delicious it’s worth every dime. Out of every Haitian restaurant I’ve walked into I can say this was the first Haitian restaurant I’ve ever felt had respect for every single one of its guest and from the bottom of my heart I appreciate that. Thank you so much. I will be doing business again 😁

Order by Uber Eats Legume and Mayi and thoroughly enjoyed these fresh and tasty options. They even substituted cornmeal to enjoy with the codfish. Having comforting food from my parents homeland on a rainy day is truly a blessing and brought on the sunshine. Also wanted to say they were very courteous and understanding when I called to inquire. Appreciate the good customer service.

The Best Bebe fritay ever in Queens. They definetly beat all the ones in Brooklyn. The food is amazing especially ( Lalo). They are very clean. The Customer service is great. No one gives you attitude or rush you to order. They are very polite, patient and welcoming. This is the first haitian restaurant i went to and i have no complaints... if i could give them ten stars i would. Hope they never change.

The staff needs to learn about customer service. They are very laidback. They take their own sweet time. You can’t just go in and grad an anything quickly from that place. The food is good and delicious. The prices aren’t fixed. The offer a good variety of the Haitian cuisine but the staff doesn’t care if you’re happy with the services provided. They’re not rude but the concept of time does not exist for them.

The food here is delicious but the issue is the prices don’t match the portion they give you. You get a small amount of meat for an expensive price. They will fill your plate with rice but give you a kids portion of meat and one small container of sauce. I want them to be more generous with the meat portions as much as they give with the rice.

I am very disappointed, as I order from Bebe Fritay often and the last 3 times we ordered they delivered food with NO gravy. I just called Bebe Fritay and the employee on the phone said they ran out of gravy and they did not have an explanation as to why our last 2 deliveries before today came without gravy. I have never requested gravy prior to these last 3 orders and we always received gravy. I spent almost $150 on this order and the suggestion that I was given from the Bebe Fritay employee on the phone was, for me to purchase a soda (which we do not drink) then they would include gravy to that delivery or I can come pick up gravy (after I spent more for delivery and service fee through Uber). The employee informed that the manager was not there. I will Not be ordering from Bebe Fritay anymore. I do not know of Haitian food not including gravy. Very disappointed!

I’ve tried to give this Haitian restaurant multiple chances, but the experience is the same every time. Whenever you call to place an order, they tell you the food will be ready in 15 minutes. You show up 20 minutes later, and somehow the pate kode is still not ready. Then they ask you to wait another 15 minutes on top of that.This has happened over and over again, and it’s honestly frustrating. If the food won’t be ready, just be honest about the wait time. I love Haitian food, but the lack of consistency and communication here is a huge disappointment. Not worth the hassle. You guys need to do better

Food is never ready on time. These people have attitude. Always messing up on my food orders. This is my third time calling to order for food when i get the restaurant i have to wait an extra hour. I will never come back to this place. These people don’t prioritize customers.

Now I don’t really do reviews all the time but this one was disappointing . I ordered uber eats first of all the delivery fee let alone service fee costs entirely too much after waiting almost 2 hours for my order . The spaghetti tasted old. The sos pwa was so fresh in flavor almost taste like nothing . To top it off they forgot the main thing I wanted which was griot ! So I paid for rice and sauce ! Not even pikliz was added in the bag and I specified that in the notes! Paid almost $70 on this order and trying receive my refund seems impossible with uber even with pictures and proof . I will not be trying again. !
