I love visiting this place whenever I'm in town. They offered a lot of tea varieties and specialty drinks. The drinks are made quickly and the seating areas are generous.

I got brown sugar milk tea, and it’s so good. I chose 30% sugar so its not too sweet. The staff is really friendly and nice. He made me feel so welcomed.

This place was super cute, small but yet adorable. The staff is friendly and yes service took some time but it was to be expected. I think it's a family business and you know the saying " great things comes 2 those who wait!" The taro milk tea was soooooo GOOD!! We also got the sweet potatoes smoothie, and a winter melon as well. They were all delicious!! We will define back! #supportLocal

I was driving by and saw this boba place and just had to try it!! I LOVE it! I got the passion fruit green tea with regular boba and everything about it is perfect! Flavor is awesome and the boba consistency is better than most! I live in south tampa and will definitely make the drive to get this boba again!!

I found out about Gong Cha when I went up to Maryland/DC to visit my boyfriend.. I was SO excited when I found out that we have one here in Tampa! Him and I have visited this location so many times, my son even loves them too! Their drinks are so incredibly delicious.. my absolute favorite is the strawberry 🍓 taro milk drink with crystal bubble 🤤 it's seriously the best! I will continue to keep coming back here, it's my favorite place in town and on my way home from work!

Update: I made a second visit last Sunday. Everything was great :-) First visit: I used to drink Gongcha in Korea. I am so happy that we have Gongcha in Tampa. I took out one star because the cashier lady was not very friendly. The taste is absolutely amazing! Want to try others as well.

I've tried half the boba places around Tampa and Gong Cha is one of the best. The venue is small but charming, and the drinks are fantastic. The brown sugar, sweet potato, and milk teas are great and I'd recommend it to anyone.

It was honestly the best costumer service I have had , compared to other boba shops I’ve went to. Their brown sugar milk tea with boba topping is what I had and let me tell you it sent me into a different world after that first sip. It was the best milk tea boba I’ve had. And that says a lot considering the amount of boba stores I’ve been to. I 100% recommend

Absolutely great service with a smile. And enjoyed some of the best bubble tea we have ever had. This trip, our group ordered the pistachio, earl grey milk tea, mango coconut & dirty brown sugar with pearls. Delicious! We may be back as soon as tomorrow morning!

Gong Cha is a good spot for bubble tea. The drinks are pretty good -- nothing extraordinary, but enjoyable. What stands out, though, is the service. The owner (or the person running the shop) is very friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience much better. Overall, a good place to grab a boba.

We ordered 2 drinks, one of them was full sweet and the other one was less sweet but turned out not too much different, it’s even lil sweeter. Place is clean but small. When I come, the girl took my order didn’t catch me, eg she asked for ice level, and I said “regular” but she didn’t get it. Hence, it was a bit awkward but they’re in training so not a big problem. I’m not super into the drinks because it tastes just like other boba shop. Come next time? Yeah, we’re 4 mins away but not because of the milk tea. It’s too casual

They have a ton of options which is nice but my Thai milk tea was HEAVY on the milk and barely any tea flavor. The boba were a good texture though and the service was great. Just mediocre tea.

It's not as good as the other Gong Cha I have been. My milk tea had too much Boba, like half of the cup is all Boba. The coffee milk tea we ordered, we requested less sugar and it was still super duper sweet and we couldn't even finish it. I will try again, maybe next time it's better. .
