We ordered a pizza for delivery. My fault maybe or the app somehow garlic parmesan sauce was ordered and we wanted red sauce and I never ever change it. The employee was super helpful and understanding and sent us a new pizza! Great customer service! 👌

Awesome place amazing staff. I was greeted by multiple people no wait to be helped when I got there a few minutes early they were just boxing up my order the lady at the counter was very sweet and kind definitely an improvement from last year when I was here keep up the good work food was amazing

OMG!!! I order their Memphis BBQ Chicken pizza and OH MMMMM GEEE! BEST PIZZA MADE EVER! I am going to continue doing business here. AWESOME JOB YOU GUYS & LADIES!!!

It was "ok". Seems like it tasted differently from the last time I ordered from there a few months back.

Digital order status was useless. Pizzas were uneven dough bubbly, not bubbles you can pop in the oven, like they weren't stretched right or it was dough that had been out for a while. Tasted good, just nit-picking because I used to be an assistant manager of a Domino's 😁

When I don't feel like cooking we stop to get a pretty good pizza at a really great price. They often have specials.

Usually I would be kinder but unfortunately they are impossible to get ahold of and won't respond to emails. I ordered a pick up at the wrong location 45 mins before closing. My fault. I have been attempting to get a refund as I never was able to get the food from that location.

Ordered the lava cakes the delivery was prompt but obvious the order had been dropped when calling to speak to the manager the delivery driver Joe answered and immediately hung up on me while trying to get the order fixed, pizza burnt, lava cakes dropped the pizza deal online didn’t apply to the order for some reason.

This place is the most unprofessional, racist, unwelcoming I have ever seen. My family and I came on vacation to lake George. We scouted around a few blocks and found this Dominos. We were never greeted properly The guy at the register had disdain written all over his face when he saw my family and I because we are black and Muslims. I asked him about meat options since we don’t eat pork. But he lied to us and sold us pork without our knowledge. The next day he purposely messed up our order. Saying I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I am disgusted, shocked and appalled by this kind of lack of humanity in this 21rst century. If I could leave it a 0 star. I would. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values human decency. It’s needless to say we won’t come again

I placed a delivery order online. After an hour and a half it was marked as complete, but the food was not delivered. When I called the store, I was told that the driver made a mistake and accidentally marked it as complete but he just left the store and was on his way. Twenty minutes later I called again and was told that the driver just passed my location and he would get ahold of him and call me back. Another twenty minutes went by. When I called back, no one answered. I finally had to call customer service and file a complaint. I have never had a Dominos do this before. Never got my food or a call back. Very rude and unprofessional.

Went to speak to the manager on Monday and he said nothing he can do. Do not waste your money on Dominoes. He could certainly have done something but chose not to. That is no way to manage a business
