We went for dinner and left very happy and full, hehe.... The waiters were very attentive and friendly at all times. Something worth noting is that the first waiter who served you always took care of you first, which was very professional. The outdoor setting, as the name suggests, is Inca-style. Something that's much appreciated when eating a ribeye steak is that the waiter is attentive and offers to reheat it so you can continue enjoying it. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back someday.

Well, I've returned after about 30 years, a long time ago, yes, hahaha, but it was worth it. The food was very good; according to my daughter, the rib burger was unbeatable. Plus, they're very accommodating for people with celiac disease, a real plus. 100% recommended. I hope to return, and hopefully not for another 30 years, hahaha.

Good place to eat. The burgers are reasonably priced and quite good. The steak was perfectly cooked, the flavor was quite good, and the homemade fries gave it a nice touch. The desserts and ice cream are homemade. The restaurant is very pretty, with plenty of natural spaces.

We were at Cuevas del Águila yesterday, and when we left, we went here for lunch. We'd seen good reviews, and it was a good choice. The food was delicious (goat cheese salad, revolconas potatoes with egg and pork rinds, presa, Ávila ribeye steak, and lotus cheesecake). The staff was very attentive and friendly. 100% recommended. We'll return to enjoy the terrace and the food.

We booked at the last minute, so it was fine. Everything was great; the pizzas, although thin, were easy enough for kids to share. They were large, which was great in my opinion, and very tasty. The waiters were very friendly, but I didn't like that they kept clearing the table until we had no plates left. We'll be back.

I'm giving it 4 stars because the service was good, efficient, and fast, but I expected much more from the food… We ordered the Ávila ribeye steak (€45), cooked "medium," but it was completely raw. The couple next to us were saying the same thing. I'm a huge meat fan and have tried many types, so after reading the reviews, I had much higher expectations, but it was a disappointment. The meat was tough and raw with a lot of fat for a "gourmet" price, which it certainly wasn't. Then we ordered a simple prosciutto pizza with cheese and ham, and the pizza tasted like onion, which we found strange since none of the pizza toppings contained onion. Anyway, the place and service were fine, hence the 4 stars, but the food made us feel sick.

I went a few years ago and I really liked the place, the food, and the price. I went back the other day because of the good memories I had, and everything is still great, except for the price, which in my opinion has gone up too much. We ordered croquettes and tacos, both delicious, but I think the tacos were around €12 and they come with two... a bit steep in my opinion. Even so, it's perfect for going with kids, as it has a very spacious and pretty terrace with a wide variety of food.

A very versatile restaurant, perfect for light lunches or dinners, or for a more substantial meal. Ideal for going with friends, family, or a partner. The menu isn't extensive, but it offers enough to suit every occasion. The food is good, and the service is excellent. If I had to find a fault, it would be that some kind of screen or plant divider could be added between some groups of tables.

Nacho Petadas

Hinca 2.0 is a pleasant place to eat in Ramacastañas, with a good atmosphere and decent service. On this occasion, we tried several pizzas: carbonara, truffle, barbecue, and pepperoni. All were satisfactory, a good size, and had familiar flavors, designed to please everyone. We also ordered the Emmy burger, which was tasty and the meat was well-prepared. The downside is clear: it's served without fries, a detail that's sorely missed these days and makes the meal feel a bit lacking. The biggest disappointment came with the desserts. We tried the cheesecake with Lotus syrup and another with pistachio syrup, and to be honest, they could be much, much, much better. Neither the texture nor the flavor was convincing, and the syrup didn't elevate the whole thing. A shame, because it made for a rather lackluster end to the meal. In conclusion: a good place for a casual dinner, with decent pizzas and a fair burger, but with clear room for improvement in the sides and, especially, the desserts. If they refine those aspects, El Hinca 2.0 could take a significant leap forward.
