We never eat out, but haven't had Arby's in years. The food was just like I remembered. The service however was what surprised me. Very friendly staff! Very polite. Very fast. They cleaned the tables as soon as people left! Great staff! Very impressed.

There aren't a ton of Arby's left, so they are very cherished. This location is out of the way, but sometimes it is worth going that way for a visit. Like they said, we have the meats. They sure do!

Seems silly to say they don't carry Arby's sauce and that there is "no such thing" when someone asks for extra packets in the drive-through and then the cashier has a bucket of them at the register... no, we don't mean a ramekin of red ranch. Lol

We both had Arby's Super Roast Beef sandwiches to which we added some of Arby's Horsey Sauce (mild horseradish sauce). The sandwiches were Awesome! Such a wonderful break from burgers. There wasn't a line at the drive thru and almost no wait at the window. The woman who took our order, our payment and handed us the bag with our delicious sandwiches was very pleasant and efficient.

I got the 2 for $7. Chicken sandwich was perfect. The roast beef sandwich needs some work, a different sauce (light flavored - A1, possiblt) Swiss cheese, toasted buns, maybe grilled onion, no cold sauces, to tomato, maybe light pepperoccini or crispy pickle. . . Keep the sandwich warm. Lastly, they need to be competitive on pricing 2 for $5

We enjoyed the smoke brisket! The gyro was also tasty!😋 Free refills in the drinks are always a plus. Very clean environment. The restrooms were clean as well. The service was quick and it always nice to be greeted with a smile. 😇🙏

I do drive through a lot here, I stop by here mostly after I visit Costco or just came from one of the wreaking yards near by. I miss the coupons they use to send. They are getting much more pricey, but I love the food, so I try not to think about it.

My fiance and I went for for one of our monthversary dates to have some Indian food, as we hadn't had any in a while. We got there right when they opened for their evening portion at 4:00 p.m. There was no one else in the restaurant minus from a few employees, as they had just re-opened after closing for the all you can eat. We ordered lamb tikka masala, it came with rice, not a bad deal given there was large chunks of lamb and we got some garlic naan, and made it into tacos.It was flat out delicious.

Loved the Big box meal deal. Bought 2 different ones and was pleasantly impressed with the value and size of items. Most likely I shall dine here again soon.

Staff at this location are always helpful and friendly. I generally go for a regular roast beef sandwich it's a pretty simple order, but it's always met my expectations.

A typical Arby’s. Current Covid restrictions had us going through the drive through. Facilities looked clean and well kept, and the staff was polite and had our food quick.

Well what can I say about Arby's got to love to roast beef right well there's not too many Arby's left here in Sacramento but as in the fast-food place this one was pretty good I got my order right and got it pretty quick in the people that took my order were polite in real helpful all in all it was a good visit and under to complain about I would recommend this Arby's for your fast food needs

Arby's is a place we go to when we are in town. I always try something new and different. My favorite is the beef and cheddar sandwich. I also like the gyros. The staff are really friendly and service is quick. I don't have a Arby's in my town, so its always a treat.

Arby's, great sandwiches. Their roast beef sets them apart from your average burger joint. Worth a try if you've never had, and the menu seems to have changed a lot since my last visit which was a couple years ago: you might find it interesting.

The food is good, though top end expensive for the fast food industry. My only issue was getting sauces, as one horsey sauce per burger was not enough. Otherwise, I do come here from time to time. No complaints too bad.

Food great as always. Staff friendly and helpful. Management sucks! 15 minutes for 2 Classics and a chocolate shake and then only after I complained about the wait. Seemed no one in charge, and only the drive thru customer s mattered. Manager kept changing what counter man was packaging so often my sandwiches were cold.

This particular Arby's food is good. The staff is obviously short handed and they can be slow. Be very patient and you'll have a wonderful meal. Seriously though, good food, great service.

I drive a work truck that doesnt fit thru height restriction. So I usually need the lobby to be open for me to order. I'm happy that I was able to call them and have them work with me to get my order in. To me that's working with your community. Keep being awesome.

I first became aware of Arby's when I was a young boy, having eaten there from time to time. Later upon graduating from high school, I worked there on a part-time basis. Since those days, their menu has come a long way for the better. Food items from a long time ago sometimes return again, while new items also appear as well. While their apple turnover desserts are very good(especially the apple variety), I do miss the chocolate ones. But all in all, Arby's has evolved with good food I appreciate, and continue to remain competitive in the world of fast food.

Interesting experience. Rated a 4, as working in the food service industry I believe that improvements can almost always be made. But they can also get worse. Was at Arby's over decades ago. Was not really given a dressing for my salad, given a dipping sauce, but the only real thing that was "wrong" was that no napkins out.

Overall it was not a bad visit I went through the drive-thru The employees were pretty cool and got my food in a quick manner otherwise it was great I did have one problem I didn't want to leave I could not stop laughing with the cashier it was just a great time .

Fancy fast food! The food is really good and worth the hour drive my husband and I have to take when we get an "Arby's craving"..but we both agree we wish the portion sizes were bigger. You pay a pretty penny for the food and again it's delicious, but small. There's a nice selection of meals, appetizers, drinks and desserts. The mozzarella sticks are a must have! Lemonade choices are refreshing. Definitely recommend!

Tried the new steak nuggets. They were ok, smoky flavor was a bit too much, the tenderness was good but a bit strange to me. Overall good for a quick protein snack, I'd come through If I was in the area, but wouldn't go out of my way for the nuggets. If I had a craving for say, the Italian or the burger, I'd roll through.

Decent food but you need to watch out for the staff cleaning the tables. They spray the cleaner way too much and a cloud goes in the air to the point where you can taste it while you try to eat. They need to spray into a rag and then wipe the tables

Intentionally overcharging for product. I wanted to order just 2 individual Waygu patties without bun or other ingredients. Drive thru worker said patties were $5.each but I would need to pay for full price of sandwich and they would only discount $2.off 2nd patty. I'm on a very strict 0 carb diet and other restaurants have no problem charging for meat only. For example I get 7 patties at innout burger for less than $10. I understand Waygu is more costly and I was willing to pay $5.each but not to be gouged for full sandwich pricing. This is very unfortunate experience. If they are going to have a fixed price they should stick to it.

Waited in drive-thru line after ordering at least 8min then @window they needed us to RE-ORDER and took another 6 to 8mins. ALL WE ORDERED WAS 1 MILKSHAKE AND 2 LARGE CURLY FRIES!!!

Place is ok. It's Arby's. I like their food and this Arby's does a decent job with the food being fresh. Just wish they would assemble it with a little more pride and care. I hate having to take my sandwich apart to put it back together in a way where you get a decent bite without the meat falling out. Aside from that, it's fine for quick food

Food was good, in terms of the sandwiches. But the curly fries were not fresh at all, stale and starchy tasting. The jamocha shake was also pretty gross. It was flavorless with a hint of something I could only describe as dish soapy water or some very faint chemical taste but still flavorless in terms of coffee or chocolate. Overall, I would only come back for the sandwiches and fries if I knew they were fresh. And the shakes, perhaps I'll stick to trying the interesting limited time ones instead.

I ordered 2 sandwiches & they were both cold. My guess is that they had them made & sitting for a while just waiting for someone to order them. No one wants a cold chicken sandwich on a cold night. Food should be enticing & enjoyable, having the customer wanting more & not the opposite.

I have not been to an Arby's in quite a while. Most locations seem to be run down, desolate, and overpriced though, sandwiches aren't bad. I was quite surprised when I decided to stop in here. It is a nice bustling place with some decent food. I ordered 2 beef and cheese. I believe this is their signature sandwich and it was pretty good. I ordered a ham and cheese melt and it was absolutely disgusting. Way too salty and actually had a big hunk of gristle in it that grossed me out. Also ordered one of the new Philadelphia cheese melts. For fast food it was pretty good. Would return to this location. The reason for three stars on the food is because of that ham and cheese melt. Otherwise, the beef and cheese are awesome. The food was a bit pricey also but Arby’s has always been a little bit more expensive than the others.

Frys were cold no excuse seeing that we had to wait 5 mins for our food. Must have made frys 1st let them sit 5 mins while making our food. Had to send frys back and wait again

My Husband ordered the chicken salad, "on lettuce" (no bread). They either didn't hear or understand. Either way, order was wrong. I just took it off the bread since I'm not "Gluten allergic" otherwise we would have to drive back and redo the irder. The salad was really good so I gave them 2 stars..

The counter person didn't want to listen what we asked for so we just didn't want to argue, we asked for crinkle fries and gave us curly fries so we went back to to counter and I felt we were are ignore then he finally came back to counter and gave us what we ordered. Very unpleasant dealing with that man behind the counter...

The French Dip classic is consistent. Forget about the specials. The meat looks big in pictures and commercials but in reality it is paltry. Don't spend the $10 bucks and just go with the regular beef and French Dip sandwiches.

Ordered a jalapeno ranch chicken wrap. I had yellow tomatos with no jalapenos 1 piece of bacon.The wrap had a tough bite to it. I will have to pass coming back here for a quick lunch.

I ordered the Good Burger combo from Arby's and when I received my meal, the hamburger bun was completely stale and quite hard. Crinkle cut fries were hard as a rock. I returned my food to the ordering counter and without apologizing or even taking blame, they offered to remake my meal.. I'm sorry, but the damage is done

Overcharged, didn't recieve all of my order, looked on with disdain when asking why the overcharge and why the missing items. Food was 1 of 2 ways, cold or overcooked. Don't Go To This establishment!!!!!

General Manager/Asian women who runs this location, Refused to Honor Veterans on Veterans day Nov 11th, 2017. Wasted 35 mins explaining, Arguing and finally got the worst service ever. Would not honor Arby's Veterans day special.

Extremely slow service. The 4 people that made their order after me got their food before i got mine. Something as simple as an order of jalapeno poppers stalled my order to 15 minutes.

I had to repeat myself multiple times in the drive thru, and they still forgot something. At first they didn't give me my soda. I had to wave to get them to come back to the window to get it for me. The turkey sliders had hardly any meat on them. Not impressed by this visit.

Purchase 2 sandwiches with lettuce. What was supposed to be leafy and green, was brown wilted and rotten. Management was notified and denied any rotten food. management began to become irate and refuse to issue a refund. if you frequent this location be very weary of the quality of food. you may become ill for eating it. I did not like to be yelled at in public or even called a liar in public.

I ordered the big Hawaiian. I was supremely disappointed. The ham could fit in the spoon part of a tea spoon, and the brisket was a small piece the size of 1 in long and 1/2 in wide. Shame on Arbys. Arbys show me the beef

They had to remake fries because they gave me old hard as rock fries. Nuggets were old and hatd as rocks. The roast beef was good. They parked me and there wasnt a sole around. Ill never go back. Wasted 22 dollars and I hate wadting money.

Decided to use the '2 fish sandwiches for $5 deal'. The fish was not as good as I had during another promotion about 8 months ago. It was a different location (Fair Oaks & Madison) so maybe that explains it . . . not sure. Anyway, the fish on both these sandwiches seemed overcooked or perhaps the oil was old. The crust was over browned and the fish itself was not flaky like what I had at the Fair Oaks & Madison location. I wish I could be more generous but, sorry . . . not worth the price.

I have to update my earlier review I mean for how expensive this place is compared to other fast food restaurants I would hope to get fresh food not cold curly fries and roast beef that's been sitting out all day it tasted like rubber I will not be back way to expensive for the quality of food. If I'm paying 40 bucks for 2 Arby's melts and 1 one regular roast beef and a large curly fry it better be fresh I work to hard to throw money out the window.

I've always liked Arby's and today 9/10/24 around 11:30 I went in there to get something for myself and decided to get the Greek G.. mill curly fries which were probably from the day before and the G G itself was cold. I don't think I'll go there again.

The service is pretty good, I've been here quite a few times. That's actually the only reason why I'm giving them for stars now. Because the last time I just got their new fish sandwich it was pretty bad. It had almost no sauce and no flavor. The filet was like warm and soft. Not hot and crispy. And the worst part is, this is an update. I failed to look at my last review which the first entire half of this consists of. And for that 1 star. Because it has not improved in the slightest. I regret getting this fish sandwich so bad that I wish I went to McDonald's!

I bought a gyro yesterday and when I looked at the meat on it to eat my meal, it looked grayish green smelled rotton, and was over greesy. I tasted a piece of meat it truly was soured, and I don't know how long it had been sitting there, but I took it back through the drive through. Got a different sandwich and the roast beef on that too was expired!, folks someone needs to shut down Arby's. Inspect this restaurant please.

I went there and made a relatively large order. One cashier ran my card and left the window. Another cashier approached the window and repeated the amount and I told him I had already paid. He said the transaction didn't go through, so I checked my bank app and it showed a pending point of sale for the amount. I told him I'd already been charged. He ran the card again though, then I have TWO pending charges on my account. Then he tells me that the register says the transactions didn't go through, and I showed him that they did. He then phoned who I presume is a manager and gets off the phone tells me he can't give me any food because it's such a big order. I said, "I want to make sure I understand. I paid and I'll be charged twice and you're telling me I have to leave here empty-handed?" And he told me to come back to the location in three days. I said I'm not coming back unless someone will compensate me for the gas money, I don't live locally. I told him I know it isn't his fault they have a faulty terminal, and I paid $100+ and received zero food in exchange for my money. Bad business. I went to Panera instead, where my card worked just fine. Now I have 3 pending transactions, but only got food from their competitor. *** Update: I went to the link in their response to this review and received 2 coupons for a free sandwich. That was underwhelming for $100 out of pocket. I tried calling the location and was told that their records only show a single charge, that the pending charges wouldn't go through, and if they did, to wait several days and call back. Both charges went through. I called back and was advised I could only be refunded if I drove all the way back. The manager said the error was with the credit card company. But I had no issues 20 minutes later at another place. Two days later, she called me back and said she was able to somehow process a refund. I got my money back after a couple of weeks.

I frequent the Arby's in Chico and it is good, but this one on Sunrise, Is not much to be desired. I ordered a brisket sandwich. The meat was dry and there was a glob of mayonnaise on it. It gave me a sore tummy after two bites. I threw it out. I usually give good reviews but this Saturday 10/16 experience was noteworthy bad...Sorry Guys

I've been to this Arby's on Sunrise a few times and had no issues until yesterday. My co-worker and I ordered around noon in the drive-thru and received it our food within a minute after the order and before our payment went through. Getting food this quickly wouldn't be an issue but we both had issues with our food. My soda didn't quite taste right and my jalapeno poppers tasted old or quickly rewarmed which doesn't taste good. What made things worse is that my co-worker's turkey sandwich wasn't made to what he requested and then he had food poisoning symptoms after eating his food. The employee's working yesterday were taking too many shortcuts or not caring which is dangerous to their customer's health when working in the food industry.

This place sucks. It's great if you're ON A DIET and need an excuse to not eat your food. They only serve reheated fries/sides, they are super stingey with sauces, and the drive thru barely speaks English. Also, don't go here if you're i na hurry, the drive thru always takes at least 20min, even when you're the only customer.

I ordered the chicken bacon Swiss sandwich meal. When I started to eat the sandwich, I noticed that it was not hot. It was barely warm. I thought that all of the cold vegetables and cheese cooled the sandwich down. I was wrong. I had the worst food poisoning that I have ever had from that sandwich. It was 36 hours before I could keep anything down. I would recommend that they start checking the temperature of the food before they send it out.

The chicken wrap in the pictures on the ordering menu show a normal sized chicken wrap. The actual result was less than 1/2 the pictured size. It's smaller than my compact computer mouse and has a chicken nugget sized piece of chicken. Will never come back to this spot. This is legitimately fraud.

We didn’t notice this until it was too late. The bun had fungus which made my partner sick. That is clearly black mold or at least some kind of mold. I do hope your employees check your product before any sales. This is a major health violation and really not ok. I will be stopping by again, you haven’t lost a customer but do try and be more attentive to your product. I will be inspecting my food from now on, I hope this doesn’t occur again or with any other of your customers.

Just boring… got the 1/2 lb brisket burger and I was very underwhelmed. Okay smoke flavor but must likely was from the BBQ sauce. Only decent thing was the gyros way back in the day. Also, $11???? Unreal. Meals are $13-17, just go to a sit down restaurant at that point! Nothing to look forward to here.

This was awful. For almost 40 dollars for a family of 4, you'd expect the food to be fresh and hot. My fries were cold, I sent them back, they gave me the same fries back. Clean place, great staff however this burger in the picture is the smokehouse brisket sandwhich, a $7 burger. I don't expect it to look like the picture off Google but this is straight disrespect. With that being said, I won't be visiting Arby's anytime soon. $7 gets me twice the food and a drink at any other fast food place.
