During our recent visit to the outlet we had Paani Poori. Unlike other outlets her the stuffing is Ragada instead of Aloo. Very different experience. We also tried a Paneer Dosa. The Peanut chutney and Allum Chutney were good sides to the Dosa. In the past we have tried Biryani at this outlet, tasty but a few from the family found the spice levels a challenge.

Speaking explicitly for Panipuri stall in this review, we haven’t tried anything else inside the restaurant. Panipuri stall is located right outside for classic street chat experience. This was the “closest” taste of true Panipuri we have found in states so far. (Deserves 4 star ⭐️ ) however instructions aren’t clear. You’ll see fine chopped onions, coriander and carrots kept is separate bowls in front followed by different chutneys in squeeze bottles. They aren’t labeled so you wouldn’t know which is sweet vs spicy etc. Panipuri is served with classic hot ragada which we were longing for. Lady at the inside counter was nice and helped us with some of our concerns. Parking shouldn’t be an issue at all. Pro tip- don’t be shy and ask for “Sukha Puri” at the end to make this a wholesome experience for yourself ;)

Be very aware of their spice level . It's very very spicy. They do let you know about it, which is good. But it's not hot. Rather spicy. I have had a lot of hydrabadi food before so can't really say it's normal for hydrabadi food to be spicy like this. Goo thing is their golgappa stall

Ordered Vijayawada chicken biryani today and it tasted bad. The chicken was not fresh and the overall taste wasn't good. I used to order from this place regularly few years back and back then it used to taste really good. But really disappointed this time.

Yesterday evening I visited Biryaniz along with my mother. This was somewhere at around 6 o'clock, and it was raining. So we went and ordered pani puri. I did not pay yet and was look for puran poli and other snacks that were kept in the display. The person who serves pani puri went and stood outside but within few seconds he went back inside while we were purchasing puran poli. He got to see us making the payment and taking the pani puri slip but still he went inside. First, we did not understand why he went inside. It was raining, so we were waiting for the person who serves pani puri for almost 7 minutes. This guy we are referring to is fair, I strongly believe is a north Indian. He opened the door with a thud and stood near the kitchen door, staring at us. We got so scared that we did not know how to react or what to say or what to do. I guess if given a little more time, would have even hit us. He then went inside again and banged the kitchen door. The girl at the counter then asked us to wait outside so that she can inform the person inside. Though she went and informed, we had to wait for 10 more minutes and this guy instead of coming, yelled at her. We did not understand a bit of what was happening. We came from a very far distance since one of my friends suggested this place. We had a very sad and a disappointing experience. Never returning back to such unsafe place.

I would like to review my most worst experience at this restaurant and this is because of two outstanding reasons. I had visited this place for the first time and ordered for food and while waiting, I enquired a north Indian guy by the counter when the restaurant was opened but he ignored the question the first time. However, on asking again he responded in the most brutal way saying, "ap ko isse kya mathlab, chup chaap kaa kar niklo." I was shell shocked with his response. The food arrived, and I ate just a bit of it as it became very uncomfortable with his tone, body language and choice of words. Then I proceeded to the pani puri counter and here comes my next experience. A short guy serving pani puri started demanding for tips which usually is not demanded but given in free will. @owners - I do not know if you are aware of these issues happening at your restaurant but I urge you to take necessary measures as I personally am not comfortable visiting your place again, given the fact that such uncultured and unprofessional people have been placed to carry out your job. Remember that these guys are the face of your restaurant and every time they behave this manner it only spoils your brand. No one will remember the individuals but your brand name Biryaniz. Shame on you guys.

I was excited to try their biryani but it very very spicy. I like spicy food but the biryani so spicy that there was no other taste. Chilly chicken was also equally bad. Avoid this place at all cost.

Had a pathetic experience at this place for panipuri. The guy serving panipuri said he won’t serve sweet panipuri. He would only give dry puris and I need to put sauce my self. He then pointed me to a sauce which I poured in my dish and when I ate it, it burnt my mouth because it was hot sauce and the guy didn’t care to mention that.

I was very excited to eat yummy biryani and saw the price of this place and saw it was only $13 and got fooled and bought it. When I opened it, it looked good, but the taste was nasty. It just tasted like turmeric rice. When I say that, I don't mean that yummy turmeric rice; it tasted like you literally dumped a whole bag of turmeric in rice. And now the paneer was the worst part of it. The paneer was not cooked and tasted like you dumped a whole bunch of chili powder on it. Overall, the biryani had no taste at all and was so bad I literally threw it all away. Such a waste of money. Very, very bad. WORST BRIYANI EVER!!! If there was minus review I would give that sadly there is not.

Ordered chicken and paneer biriyani last week via DoorDash. The chicken biriyani was for me and it was rotten, the rice, chicken and egg were all aged and tasted and smelled rotten. My whole trash can smelled like rotten food. It was my first time ordering from there since my go-to place was closed.

For the first time we have ordered the biryani in the biryani’s for take away my friends visiting from New York, so I have tasted the Bay Area biryani, but this is the worst experience which they experience in their whole US trip and the restaurant cashier they told us that Vijaywada biryani would be spicy, but all over the biryani is with chili powder and chilies so they even told us that Hyderabad biryani won’t be like a masala and the top, but it is not proper Hyderabad biryani. Ordered Vijayawada Special Chicken Biryani and it was a complete disaster. The taste was horrible, not even close to what a biryani should be. The rice was poorly cooked, there was no chicken, It felt like eating leftover food reheated badly. This is not Vijayawada biryani, not even ordinary biryani. Total waste of money and appetite. Extremely disappointed. Never ordering from here again.

I’m beyond disappointed with Biryaniz. I ordered paneer biryani but they sent chicken biryani – and this isn’t the first time. The same mistake happened a few months ago, and I had stopped eating here. Today I gave them another chance and it ruined my friend’s birthday celebration, as we are all vegetarian. This is not just carelessness, it’s utter negligence and complete disrespect for customers. Once might be a mistake, but twice shows they don’t care. I will never order from Biryaniz again and strongly warn others not to trust them with your food.

We ordered a Vijayawada Paneer Biryani for dinner. I was so excited and hungry, sadly to my disappointment I found a chicken piece in it which made my stomach hurt badly. If you are vegan or vegetarian or having allergies with animal products please avoid this place at all cost. Because all they can offer you is replacement of biryani. I won't recommend this place.

Biryaniz Restaurant used to be my favorite spot during my master's years. Despite friends warning me that it had lost its touch, I decided to give it another try out of nostalgia. Unfortunately, they were right. The goat biryani was terrible, the meat was tough and chewy, and the dish lacked any real flavor or texture. To top it off, the service was abysmal. It seems they no longer care about their customers, likely resting on their long-standing reputation. Highly disappointed. I recommend finding another place to dine. Zero Star!! I ordered Vijayawada boneless family pack chicken biryani, the chicken came totally uncooked. They threw in lots of masala. Both chicken and masala are smelling real bad and not cooked. When I called the restaurant, the person who picked the call said sometimes the chicken can be uncooked. Why the hell are you guys even running the restaurant if you’re not sure if your chicken is cooked or not? Thanks Biryaniz for ruining my Saturday lunch after doing a 40 mins round trip drive.

Definitely the worst paneer “biryani” I’ve ever had, if you can call it that. Basically just rice and a watery curry with stale paneer mixed with each other. Do not order the Vijaywada Paneer Biryani. The Apollo fish had stale and extremely chewy fish pieces I was afraid to eat. Will never order again and will definitely not recommend to anyone.
