I've ordered from this location quite a few times and it's always been mediocre at best but tonight really hit a lick. Obviously ordering taco bell at 11pm you don't have much of an expected standard, you expect your order to be messed up and the staff on shift to be whiney and disgruntled.... Tonight was..... 🤣 I ordered through the app and arrived and was asked to wait at the speaker.... Ok cool, I was authorized to proceed to the window. Handed my drink and asked to reverse behind a pole... I backed up behind the pole but was clearly not far enough as the window workers asked me to back up further, so as she guided me like we're coordinating a multi billion dollar yacht movement I stopped where she stated. Late night not totally paying attention waiting my car had drifted forward as it's a manual and I knew nothing was forward of me. She came back to the window and scolded me for coming forward that she would "tell me when to come forward" like a malnutritioned peasent in the dark ages and handed me my bag of rations for the day in her blessing of necessities. When I got home and opened the bag, I struggled for a solid 7 minutes and 42 seconds to fully understand what I actually ordered that was fabricated into this disrespectful poor excuse of a taco or anything. What I consumed from the rest of the meal was as expected and not a bad late night bite to eat. But, this is probably one of the less exciting or quality taco bell's I've been to...... 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Should you choose to patronize this place, don't have high expectations.

They don't deserve 1 star, took 47min to pick up a delivery and every time i ask for the order they said its coming and suddenly they said someone pick it up before and wasn't true! They just laughed at me! They were lost and then suddenly my order appears, really!?

This lady was very rude and disrespectful. I would not trust anything she makes !!! I added a pic as well so hopefully the manager speaks to her!!! She should not work with food and customers if that how she feels about her job!! She should be fired!!

The chicken dip Burrito 2pk is burnt. I waited inside the lobby for 30 minutes for my food along with other people waiting. I should have just went to the drive thru , much faster. It was a full staff inside, I saw the manager didn’t care just walked around and went to the back to hide or sit down. Associates are doing a lot of talking and playing around instead of preparing the food , they did a lot talking about people at the drive through.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I ordered online a full combo and only got 1 item of the 6 items i ordered how do you manage to mess up that bad. You really have to do better

ordered twice in the past week, got two beefy five layer burritos each time, and each time there was only small amounts of beef in each end of the burrito, with none in the center. almost like it’s trying to trick me into thinking everything was normal lol, but the middle of the burritos were just beans. and completely ruined my appetite each time i reached the middle, four different burritos, only got one pic

Been here multiple times because it is the closest to my house. Either asked to pull behind the line so their counter doesn't go off or forward every time. Not to mention waiting forever half the time my order is missing items and when asked about it they need a receipt and treat you like your trying to steal a taco

They constantly have you wait behind the "purple pole" witch is BS. then my ouder was wrong again. Getting tired of that location. TB clean up your mess.

Order 2 bean burritos with beef added, no onions for $7.58. I also order 3 crunchy tacos, a chicken soft taco for a total of $21.25. To get home to eat and my burritos order is totally wrong. After traveling to this location just to be totally disappointed. My burritos they made had no beans, no cheese and onions that I specifically gave them how I wanted the burritos. Tried calling, no answer so now I have to ride all the back at 10:52pm.

I got a last minute response on a order I asked at the window if I can order it I was informed that I can’t do that so I came inside and the lady had and an attitude listen if you don’t like the work there not my problem. All I ask was a simple question and I got an attitude for it because I couldn’t order out the window and I said I apologize. Is it possible to add an order I was still gonna pay for it so I had to waste my time getting off the car to go to the register and they are already trying to charge me so that means they could’ve done that from the window

I recently visited Taco Bell, and the experience was dreadful from start to finish. First off, the appearance of the place is appalling. The ceiling tiles are unbelievably dirty and stained, giving the entire restaurant an uncomfortable and unclean feel. The seating area is no better. The chairs are rusty with paint peeling off in large flakes, making it seem like a health hazard just to sit down. It’s clear that maintenance and cleanliness are not priorities here. The final straw was the Pepsi machine. It was overflowing with water, rendering it impossible to fill a drink without the bottom of the cup getting contaminated with filthy water. This is a significant hygiene issue and completely unacceptable.

Wow. Just got my two steak quesadillas with only two tiny pieces of steak each. Corporate please contact me so you can see what was done to me at this location. Literally robbed of my money cold. Order #667 on 07/01/2023 12:56AM
