We haven't eaten here in a long time. They didn't have an extremely long wait time, so we went ahead and added ourselves on the waitlist. The food was better than I remembered it to be. From the appetizer to the entrees, we were pretty satisfied. Best avocado egg rolls, hands down. I had them add chicken and mushrooms to my fettuccine with creamy garlic sauce, and it was great. My husband requested a thin crust for his pizza, and they sure delivered! They were quite generous with their burrata too. Make sure you leave room for dessert. We opted for the seasonal strawberry shortcake one but should have probably ordered the buttercake. The buttercake never disappoints.

This location was what you would expect from CPK, clean friendly and good food. The wait turned from 5 min to 15 as the server was on break, so that was a slow start to our lunch. Once seated, it seemed the delay continued as our server was slightly distracted by what seemed to be friends of sort who sat down in the bar area. This provided ample opportunity to serve them, stay and chat a bit too long to be able to support the great service needed at other tables. So, therefor the star rating dropped, but in reference it would be more of a 1/2 star drop overall. We started off with a Buffalo Cauliflower appetizer. First time having this crazy combination of healthy and the sweet deliciousness of buffalo. It was pleasantly surprised on how great this tasted…. CPK did a great job on this one. Perfect mix of flavor, crunch and presentation. Will definitely do this one again. We had the classic Chicken Tequila Fettuccini and the Kung Pao Spheghetti. Both full of flavor and a perfect aldente bite. The house made bread was great upon arrival, but was told they ran out and were making more, so never got additional bread with meal. Finished off the meal with a delicous slice of Key Lime Pie to put this experience to an end. Overall, great classic CPK enviroment, classic CPK eats, clean and had good atmosphere.

Particularly on weekends, arrive at least 30 minutes before you intend to eat to put your name on the waiting list. Plenty of things to see in the mall while you walk and wait. This location seems like it's understaffed for the large volume of customers it receives. Our server was fantastic and attentive, but she was clearly overworked. Food quality is up to par with other CPK locations: wild mushroom pizza, Thai salad, etc all lovely. The desserts at CPK are typically fantastic too.

yummy food. but a little slow on the service, waited for our food for too long (and we were soo hungry), the appetizer (the bread (w olive oil), which is supposed to be served while waiting) was served together with the food we actually ordered. all good though, food tastes good.

We decided to go Victoria Gardens tonight to see the Christmas tree and decorations and have a nice dinner at CPK. Well much to my surprise, something is happening. My daughter ordered a dirty Martini and the waiter comes back and says the bar tender didn't know how to make one, so she ordered an old fashion, which was not too good either. She also ordered Fusili pasta with Alfredo sauce, the sauce was watery and had no flavor it was so bland. Im surprised people eat it. The waiter was super sweet and trying to help. My daughter asked to speak to the manager to let him know the food was not up to par, like before, because she works in the food industry and as a manager she would like to know what the customers are experiencing. He pretty much brushed it off and said we'll we are taking off the pasta and I will try to make you a dirty Martini. The best part of the whole experience was the Dakota Smashed Pra & Barley soup and the Tortilla soup.

Came in on a weekday when it wasn't too crowded. No one ever came to the front to greet me or give me a table so I ended up seating myself at the bar. There were several employees laughing and cursing loudly in the back near the produce fridge for a good portion of the time I was there. The bartender Austin was great, but my food was slow to come and I could see the desserts being touched by bare hands. The FOH manager didnt seem to be doing much other than looking at order tickets that came in. Not sure if it was an off day, but I would've preferred to go to Yardhouse next door

This was our first time dining here, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t go as well as we hoped. To start when we received our silverware, the butter knife had a piece of napkin stuck to it, which was unappetizing. We asked for a replacement, but we never got a a clean one. We also ordered a cucumber drink, which took about 20 minutes to arrive. So, we decided to take it to go and asked for a to go cup when we received the cup it was dented and misshaped, which made it awkward to drink from. We asked for a new cup and it took them 10 minutes to bring it. It just didn’t feel like the level of service or attention to detail we expected. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but it did make our first visit less enjoyable than we expected.

This is supposed to be a full salad? There are more toppings than lettuce. I shouldn't be able to see the bottom of the container. And what happened to the dressing? I asked for 1 of each, Ranch and Blue cheese. For a full salad, you would think they would at least fill it half way. I would've loved to dine in, but was an hour wait and 6 open tables that were still open 20 minutes later when we picked up our to go order. The food tasted good but I don’t think I would eat there often due the bloated pricing.

Love this place but this time around I was extremely disappointed. Ordered kung pao spaghetti and a heart shaped pizza for valentine's day. First bite into the spaghetti I noticed the noodles were undercooked and stuck together in a bunch which I thought was a little weird. But then after looking even closer I noticed a little surprise in my food. What I thought was an herb was actually a bug!! After seeing that i couldnt even trust the pizza. It completely ruined the meal for me and my valentines. Definitely will not be ordering from this store again. Smh

Like all CPKs, the food is great. The question is, will you ever actually get it? I've lost count of the number of times I've showed up to this restaurant and it's been unclear if anyone is actually working the reception desk. And it doesn't seem to vary with how busy a night it is, in fact, it seems like they intentionally stretch these guys as thin as possible depending on the load. 30 minutes between being seated and getting your drinks is common. But usually the pizza is so good we forgive them. Anyway, the other night we stood at the front door for 20 minutes while multiple servers sprinted by saying "be right with you" and we finally decided to walk out and write this location off for good. Management you gotta schedule enough people to run the restaurant (and probably pay them more)

stef was so incredibly rude to me and my friends when we politely asked for a table after being told it was a 15 min wait and waiting 45 minutes. we also saw them seat people before and after us who had just walked in with no reservation. stef you were so rude and i hope to never see you again

This place has no respect for their customers and trying to solve any issues. We had a server Delaney double charge me & promised one charge would go back to our account. NOTHING has came back & in reaching out they have done nothing to resolve the issue…. it has been absolutely ridiculous.

A party od 3 waited 45 min to get seated. Once seated no one came to our table. Not for drinks or anything. Ask the pregnant lady in the front to ask who our waiter was. She said she asked. Still no one came to our table. The waitress was on break. I asked the bartender who was our waiter. We had been sitting for and 15 minutes by then. All we got was attitude.from the pregnant lady who sat us down to the bartender . It's not our fault they were at lunch The other waiter could have asked us to get our drinks at least. We left i went back to tell the same who sat us down. That no one ever came to our table. She said nothing. She waited for me to walk away and yell back at me to have a nice day with a bad attitude. I have never been so disrespected. It's not a cheap place to go eat. For them to have us waiting so long to get service. They lost a valued customer. This is the last CPK who is still good. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Disgusting 🫣 customer service.

Edited Review: Switching my initial rating from 5 Stars to ZERO. My family and I used to really enjoy CPK, especially this location, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. Our server, Annika not sure if I have her name right, was inattentive and unprofessional. She brought bread without any plates and then disappeared for nearly 10 minutes before returning. When she finally did, only 3 small pieces of bread were served for the entire table—that’s simply unacceptable. The worst part was when the kids’ menu blew away. Annika saw it happen, didn’t bother to bring a replacement, and instead turned her back and laughed with an obnoxious look. That level of disregard for customers is beyond disappointing. After years of being a loyal customer, this experience was so frustrating that we walked out without even eating. Laura—this one’s for you. I won’t be coming back, and I’m shocked to see how completely you flipped from what we once experienced! Shame on CPK for letting the service slip so badly. You’ve officially lost me as a customer.
