I had such a great experience at Dunkin’ Donuts! The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. I ordered [mention what you had – e.g., a breakfast sandwich and donuts, and everything tasted perfect. The coffee was exactly the pick-me-up I needed – smooth, flavorful, and served hot. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the visit even better with their excellent customer service. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere to sit and enjoy my meal. Overall, Dunkin’ Donuts never disappoints – it’s the perfect spot for a quick bite, tasty treats, and great coffee. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I didn’t take a picture, but this was the best Dunkin breakfast sandwich I’ve had. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. So good. The cold brew, with oat milk, was fantastic. Fast, friendly service. Downside- it’s in a gas station. Pros- it’s in a gas station.

This Dunkin' is so convenient! We stop here on our way home from Old Fort Niagara every year. The service was excellent and the food tasty. It was a great way to start our day.

Best Dunkin Donuts around! Employees are always smiling and happy to see the customers. They rarely mess up the orders and the quality of food and beverages from this location is outstanding! They're always stocked on donuts, so there's always a free one when you do the survey at the bottom of the receipt.

She threw my drinks down on the counter and I had to catch one because it had fallen over and she continued to walk away. Mind you I tipped her before she threw my drinks down.

Friendly staff and usually fast service. I like mocha lattes and they get it right unlike Timmy's that hit or miss if you get a good one anymore.

I would love to give this location a 5 stars but the one girl there is rude. Very rude. I work in fast food and I have never treated my customers like that. She threw my drinks down on the counter and I had to catch one because it had fallen over and she continued to walk away. Mind you I tipped her before she threw my drinks down.

Staff is nice and the drive through is usually quick. However, frequently some of their pastery selections are either not available or stale. Coffee is average and I much prefer Tim Hortons for donuts and coffee.

I've been going to this drive thru for months. The coffee is decent on a good day. No good options close by. There are 2 employees ,1 male, 1 female, that can be anywhere from cold to flat out rude like the guy this morning was, 2/16/20. I have driven away without my order more than once due to extremely slow service. One time the woman was outside smoking. I was reloading a gift card rather than using cash but I'm quite confident that the balance was going down faster than I was using it. This was after leaving a $20 tip at Christmas. I went back to cash to be sure I wasn't being ripped off. I think I will drive the extra distance to Tim Horton's or go without from now on. TH's coffee is much better anyway...

Terrible. The kid who took my order was very rude, my drink spilt and they didn't bother to wipe off the cup before handing it to me. The employees were yelling, throwing stuff at each other, and their mask was tucked under their chin. I didn't consume my purchase because I honestly didn't trust the product. Waste of time and money.

I realized they had pumpkin lattes so had to get one, forgot to specify hot or cold so they just assumed cold, I corrected them when I got to the window and he made me a hot one. When I got to my destination, 5 minutes later, I realized the cup was not full (about an inch of empty space) and after taking a sip there is NO flavoring! They also over charged me, a medium latte should not cost $5.31! New complaint: I went in figuring it would be quicker and they made my exact order at least 6 times while I was waiting and kept handing them to the drive through. I waited 9 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese sandwich while they served my exact order to cars that were not even in the drive through when I walked in.

Not sure what happened but dunkin is not the same and everybody in town is upset and talking about it.. please hire people who can do the job correctly please!

Lady misgendered me and called me ma’am multiple times over the drive thru.. I am a man. Then proceeds to yell at me over the speaker and says she is a ma’am after I jokingly called her sir back.
