Right about what you can expect from your usual Popeyes. Chicken sandwich came out piping hot (but with an absolute mess of mayo). Good classic crunch to the breading, juicy meat. Cajun fries were pretty nice, not very cajun-heavy but they had enough seasoning to set them apart from normal fries.

I liked my visit to Popeyes very much. I had a classic chicken sandwich and it cost six dollars and it was very good. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

Dropped by at 10am for some chicken sandwiches. First in line, still took 15 minutes to get our sammies but they were hot and delicious when we got them. The spicy was better than the original. The original was a little bland. The spicy had a little heat but not too much. The pickles were good. The chicken thickness can vary a lot but none of our 6 sandwiches seemed skimpy. One was very thick! Pro Tip, Eat your fried food immediately, in the parking lot, fried foods need to be eaten hot out of the oil ASAP. I still say KFC has the better chicken sandwich.

The food is good (love those spicy chicken sandwiches). The bone-in-chicken was really hot and the biscuit was very fresh. Unfortunately for them, this location hasn't been updated yet. At least the air conditioning was working, which is critical here in the summer.

Popeyes is great! But they didn't have enough regular chicken for a 12 piece ready, so we had to do 50/50. The spicy is good, but not for the group I was getting it for. This Popeyes doesn't season their red beans and rice! It was bland as hell! That's sacrilege! No green beans either.

Store was out of most of there sauces. They we also out of a few sides. They offer no substitutions. This store seems to be getting worse over time. And their prices no longer reflect what you get. $23 for a large meal, that the only had half of the items for. And they took away the biscuit as part of the meal for half the menu. Also the large sides are a joke. Not worth you money.

45 minute wait for food to be halfway cold is ridiculous they make you park in front and wait forever. They do this so their drive thru time isn’t bad but if it was honest it’d be about an hour.

I just ordered from the drive through , spent over 100 dollars , and they didnt give me my 8 biscuts that come with the family meal ( I drive all the way home ), and their phone number is disconnected . I will never eat here again .

Food quality was bad. Chicken tenders were not cooked properly and biscuit was so oily.

Do not order food from here but if you do BE SURE TO GET A RECEIPT. I went through the drive through and got a family meal. Paid for it and was never given a recipe. No big deal as I’ve never had an issue with orders. I was told they were waiting on biscuits and to please pull to the front and they would bring the order out. I waited 30 minutes and no one came out and so I went inside. Inside I told them I was still waiting for my order. The girl that took my order came out and told me that she already handed it to someone. The manager then came over and tried to tell me to check with the other people in my car to see if they took the order. I straight up said we’ve all been in the same car and I would know if an order was handed to them. They then asked for my receipt and I told them I was never given one and again the manager asked me to check with the other people in my car. At this point I was frustrated and said I was going to call the police and they could review the surveillance to confirm. They finally checked the orders and confirmed that they handed my order to the wrong person so they made my order. But the most frustrating part is that the manager then had the audacity to tell me to not overreact after I’ve been accused of stealing

Horrible. Did an order on the app wasn't logged in which is my fault but wouldnt give a refund for food they didnt have and failed to give me a receipt so no way to get a refund for food I didnt receive and was over 10 dollars. Won't be back. Rude employees and horrible service.

The chicken sandwich was so bad and soggy, it tasted like a wet McDonald’s chicken nugget. The service was alright, it’s been years since I’ve been in to eat their chicken, now I know why.

It shouldn't take 45 min to get your order. I sat while 5-6 people came in and ordered/received their food. I used to be a huge fan even if I had like a 20-25 min wait but I don't think I'll be back for awhile if at all.

Good food as usual service takes too long employees don’t know what the hell they are doing, atmosphere is terrible water leaks from the roof there’s mold on the ceiling and the paint is peeling, food takes way too long to get when you order

Horrible! Can NEVER get an order correct!! NEVER GOING BACK! Redding needs a Buffalo Wild Wings! Get rid of these chicken fast food places that could careless if they get your order right. Pic SHOULD be A Breast, Leg & Thigh! Guess what’s missing!! Oh and it’s supposed to be spicy!

They sell super little chicken legs here. And the price is ridiculous $2.10 per piece chicken legs that look like wings. Popeyes is not legit anymore.
