One of my new favorite spots. I’ve tried the bahama mama smoothie and the Pineapple Express juice, both were delicious! I also got a wrap which was amazing!! You customize your wrap and can get it grilled if you want. I got mine on the gluten free wrap and was shocked at how good it was. It was chewy, like a normal wrap, not brittle or dry like most gluten free ones. I will definitely be back.

I order the Cacoa Bean smoothie! It’s SO delicious!!! 😋 They have the best food, smoothies and fresh juice! Almost everything is organic and it’s all delicious! Roots is locally owned and operated and they have great staff and service! You will enjoy it all!

They did a great job with the decor and keep the place very clean. Most importantly, the acai bowl was fantastic! It tastes like the acai base might be supplied by the brand "Acai Roots". The acai base is probably not blended in house, but I have no problem with that because the product is more consistent this way. The first really good acai bowl I've purchased in Redding. It is a very sweet açaí bowl though so keep that in mind.

I went through the drive through today, and ran into Cameron. What a great display of composure, professionalism, and hospitality. He Took initiative with my wrap when I had mentioned that last time it wasn't made right, he ensured he would make it himself and make sure it was thoroughly cut in half. I really appreciate Cameron's ability to make me feel heard, and giving me what I feel was great customer service. Thank you cameron. The wrap was perfect.

The wraps are better in the morning. I go through every morning around 8am. I just got one and it's 1pm. I had them redo the wrap because it was skimpy. The new one was just as skimpy. The guy who made it even said they get mad at him because he makes them so small. And if you are unhappy they are terrible at comping you another one. They are usually twice as big than the photo I posted.

I simply put 3 stars because it is the second time that my wrap comes with ingredients that I did not order 🙄 they should be more careful when taking the order, I ate it because I was starving if I was not going to return it.

Excellent place excellent service The one problem I have is all the girls with their hair down flying all over the food when they make the wraps. I refused my order and asked for a refund. Hair going over your food is just nasty. Please girls wear your beautiful hair up while working. Pony tails with long hair isn’t good enough when it’s all over the place

I went through the drive-thru and realized about five minutes later that I had been given the wrong wrap. I returned and let the staff know. They were kind, refunded me, and remade the order, which I appreciated. However, the second wrap was also incorrect, and I didn’t have time to wait again. It seemed like the staff was mostly younger and the environment felt a bit disorganized. I understand mistakes happen, but the overall experience fell short of the usual standard.
