I came late, yet checked the hours to find that the restaurant was still open! Asking what I could get for $5, I was recommended a crispy taco and I was not excited. I accepted the suggestion, however, and I wasn't only pleasantly surprised, I was completely overcome with ecstasy! The man at the counter was pleasant and patiently took my order. He offered some sauce, which turned out to be supremely delicious! After fixing me a cup of water, he left me alone to eat. I'd say it was the epitome of customer service, because it was genuine. The food was so good, my one taco was excellent. I won't tell you what was on it because you'll have to discover your own treat! And it is, a treat! A real treat to eat. Some of the homeless have made a mess of the local area, includes this location but it seems Taco Shop is making the best of it! Glad I found this place.

Husband ordered a Super beef tostada and Super Nacho and A drink. I had vegetarian, Dairy Free burrito which I couldn't finish. If you have to have your food made a special way and you are craving tacos and burritos come to Taco Shop. Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Food was nicely priced and definitely fresh. So instead of taco bell or del taco. I'd say save your gut and eat here. Awesome service as well.

The server suggested the 4 crispy taco meal with a drink, salsa and chips. The food was good and fast. I ordered 2 chicken and 2 beef tacos. The Horchata was tasty too. Simple surroundings and good food, can be a regular spot.

best tacos EVER. Go straight there and get 4 crispy tacos. My life is changed forever, it was so delicious!! And the enchilada to die for!! I am addicted now. I love Love LOVE this Taco shop!!!! I recently moved from San Diego, and was trying to find a taco shop i liked. I was intrigued the first time I came here and saw a sign saying "San Diego Style Taco Shop", so I had some hopes. I instantly loved it that first visit, because it is just as good as several taco chains I loved in San Diego. I would recommend Raliberto's over any other place in Redding!

I'm currently on a noble quest to try all the Erto’s in existence and find the ultimate burrito. On my Oregon road trip, I stopped at Raliberto’s in Redding. I instantly knew it was the real deal: yellow plastic menu, cracked door glass, and open late. The holy trinity of authenticity. I ordered a Carne Asada Supreme Burrito and a large Horchata. No legendary chip bar, but they made up for it with a side of chips and some of the best Erto’s salsa I’ve ever had which was fresh, flavorful. It reminded me of Chevy’s salsa. The horchata was sweet enough to make my pancreas nervous but delicious nonetheless. The burrito was excellent very fresh, loaded, and not as greasy as most Erto's I've visited. Staff were super friendly and even brought my food to the table instead of yelling my number like it was lost bingo ball. Raliberto’s just claimed the top spot in my Erto’s Rankings. Thank you Raliberto's!!!

Ordered nachos and they looked amazing, but when I went to eat them it was nothing but a whole lot of beans and soggy chips. Customer service was good which is why I gave 3 stars.

Their food is great. Open till 2 am, giving 1 star service cause they dont offer delivery at 12am even when they say they are on doordash and again open until 2am.

Communication is horrible here. Everything I'm there it's hard to order. I either don't get what I ordered, have to spend a long time trying to figure out what they are saying, or get hung up on. I just ordered 12 rolled tacos and only got 6 so me and my husband are still hungry, have to find food elsewhere, and spent more then we were planning. I've had it. Go to any of there other locations I've never had a communication problem there. I would keep trying with them but I gave them a chance to make it right and they refused twice saying they never got my order I must have ordered somewhere else when I had just went through drive through.

I ordered a nacho to go and I wanted the chips separately and the toppings in One container. They put the toppings in individual containers and there was no nacho cheese sauce, just shredded cheese? Who wants a nacho with no cheese sauce?? Plus it was 12$ for super small portions, not impressed, I liked the old place.

I went with my friends during a road trip and I will say the atmosphere was nice to talk and hang out in and the employees were pretty nice it seemed. Over all the food wasn't great but it was an okay place to be in if you don't mind it.

My family of four went here for dinner. My son and husband order burritos. They received a taco shel full of beans. My daughter and I ordered a taco salad Although the veggies seemed fresh, there was just no meat and nothing but lettuce and refried beans.

I got the birria taco plate the tacos are OK... the meat is in huge chunks kind of gross. Plssss lay off the salt on the rice and beans omg!! I literally could not even finish it 🤢 just tons and tons of salt

We through the drive-through last weekend at 2:30 in the morning and they were still open, which was nice. Ordered our food and got home and the tacos were absolutely disgusting, because they were filled with gristle. Like at the last minute, they chopped up some nasty Carne Asada, and threw it in the tacos. We ordered ground beef tacos. And spent.over $50 on this order for four of us and couldn’t eat half of it. Now tonight a weekend later went back there to talk to The same crew and was told By the little girl at the window that, “you should've came back with the order that night”,. I live 8 miles away, So when I explained To her this information she repeated the same thing. I said that I wasn’t gonna drive back at 2:30 in the morning and then I asked her for a phone number, and she Told me, “ You can Google it”. I said I didn’t want to Google it. I needed the phone number. If you could please write it down on a piece of receipt paper and she once again said “you can Google it”. I just told my wife to drive away. And I would deal with this in the morning. The girl behind the window would not give me her name nor phone number to call. Was a complete smartazz. I hope whoever actually owns this business Sees this review.I Iusually never complain, but considering we spent this amount of money and go there just about every weekend evening I will wash my hands of this little restaurant and chalk it up to learning the hard way. It’s unfortunate that businesses have to have young people that have such attitudes, that don’t want to work. She was Hispanic, about 18 years old, maybe 20 at the most, and had an attitude . I will never darken the door of this restaurant ever again. January 31, 2026 10:30 PM. I really hope the owner takes care of this problem because this girl should not be working anywhere in customer service before she grows up. Sorry Roberto‘s taco shop, but this little girl cost you a good customer. Never again And to be fair, most of the time the service is fantastic, but this little girl needs to be put in check. Get her out of there before you lose this Store.
