Was met with a smile and welcome to Red Robin. We then were seated right away. When the server came to the table we were greeted with a friendly smile. She took our order and bought our drinks right away. Tuesday, favorite day. The $10 burger was cooked to perfection. Richelle our waitress was always on time when we needed something. Two 👍👍 for her. She made our dinning experience very pleasant.

Our server Briana was a very kind individual! She was very efficient when taking our order and polite when asking if we were good with our meals. In the end, she made us feel very elated after interacting with her. We are glad she gave us review cards.

Our server Richelle was absolutely amazing. She was on top of the service, super sweet with excellent customer service. The only downfall of our visit was the hostess. She was a bit rude when asked for a floor booth due to my recovering foot injury. Other then that, food was tasty.

My mother and I chose to build a burger which was called the Monster Burger with a side of Onion Rings (I dont know what kind of batter they use but I couldnt get enough of them!) and Chili cheese fries(I had a taste of them but I prefer the onion rings and there steak fries instead.) Our waitress was wonderful! They also have a rewards card with deals for those who goes to Red Robins often.

This Red Robin is our favorite. The staff is friendly and management makes a point to acknowledge their regulars. We had Sabrina on our last visit. She always greets us with a smile, she is promt with our orders and ensures we have what we need. Thank you for the great service.

A busy Friday night at 630 pm and this was some of the best service we had in a long time. The employees and manager were on top of every table getting them cleared and ready for the next guests. Appetizer showed up in less than 5 minutes and food arrived right as we finished the appetizer. The manager was seating guests, delivering food, clearing tables and seemed to be in touch with every servers and what they needed the entire time we were there. Want some great food and AMAZING service…stop in for a meal!

Alessandro was our server and made the meal spectacular. Restaurant was packed, yet he made sure our drinks and fries were always full, attentive to anything we needed and had a genuine great mood with a smile no matter how busy he was. 10/10 will be back and asking for his section

This Red Robin is an outstanding location! IMO this is one of the best managed restaurants around and a big part of that is the great staff. The wait time here can be a little long but it’s because this is a popular location and they seem to try their best to get you seated quickly. The menu is great and offers a good variety of options. Anytime we’ve ever had an issue with the food, which is a rare occurrence, they easily took care of it immediately with no hassle whatsoever. We love the food/drinks here and always walk away very satisfied. I think what makes the service here so great is that all of the wait staff seem to help each other by getting food and drinks out to the customers as soon as it is ready and no matter if they are or are not your waiter/waitress. The food here always comes out so fast. I was here recently and it was ridiculously busy, as usual. I had asked my waitress for a second beer and before I even had time to take that last swallow, my next beer was on the table. It really is impressive how well this restaurant is run. Very happy regular customer who would happily recommend this Red Robin to family and friends!

The service was great. Food was fantastic, the environment definitely wasn't overwhelming as some can be too loud.

My server was so amazing she was the perfect amount of nice and seem generally authentic. Food service was amazing too, I didn't wait too long at all. All the other servers that I saw also seemed to be doing well too. Bathroom is well maintained also.

Overall enjoyed the visit. The only problem? We ordered the bottomless fries but they took so long between visits we only got 1 refill (at the end of the meal though we ran out within a few minutes) and the basket was only 1/4 full both times. The rest was fine and tasty. Pizza was on point so no complaints there. ______ (old review from 2 years prior) Outside of a weird sitting arrangement, it was very nice.

Even though busy, we only waited about 10 minutes. The food was fabulous as always no matter what you get but I highly recommend the ribs because they were fall off the bone, juicy and so yummmmm! Great kids menu as well.

Absolutely delicious and on Tuesday they have their classic cheeseburger with fries for 10 bucks didn't know that so it was a surprise that I got it cool discount. Sarahi was a great server and host to our table. She had a welcome inviting smile and recommended yummy items for happy hour. She took our order and everything came fast and accurately and they provided sauces we requested and just knew what we needed it was great because they had it ready. She was prompt with the drinks and being that we ordered some yummy desert pear margaritas some of the best I’ve had at this location it was delicious! The new cheese twists and pickles were crisp and fresh and absolutely delicious. The burgers were fresh as well! Great experience, clean restaurant, as soon as customers left the tables were cleaned immediately. Parker was a phenomenal waiter. The moment we were seated his charisma shone through the establishment so brightly that I swear it dulled the impressive shrieking of someone’s child that could be suffered clear across the restaurant. His wit and charm increased my family’s dining experience twofold in the least. We learned his wife is also in Robin’s employ, and I had half a mind to come back the following day just to see if she had half the personality he did. Must be quite a woman to secure the lifelong accompaniment of such a pleasant fellow. His service was prompt and well-informed, ready with an instant answer to any question we had about the kitchen’s offerings. He most certainly deserves a raise. Hot honey chicken sandwich was delicious, as was the cinnamon doughnut ball spire. Too much ice in the cocktail. We were there about an hour and it was probably watered down enough to be suitable refreshment for a child by the time we departed. Music choice could be improved, but it’s a corporate chain, so I don’t expect any improvements on that front in my lifetime.

I've been a Red Robin fan for a long time, and they just keep delivering! The burgers are top notch, with the only issue being which one to choose!! I love the bottomless side options and the other various one-and-done options as well. I had the Smoke and Pepper burger this last time and I really enjoyed the bold, yet simple flavor combinations. As far as atmosphere, sometimes the restaurant gets quite loud, between the guests and the music. This doesn't bother me, as I appreciate the fun and festive vibe. However, the person who was with me for lunch made a fuss about it. In response the manager had no issues with turning it down for him. I was embarrassed, but impressed at their concern with compromising for the customer. All the staff were so helpful and kind. I love Red Robin and will be back again and again! And next time I will be sure to dine with someone that can appreciate the food and atmosphere as much as me.

UPDATE 7/14/2024 - Second time here and still impressed with the food and service. No wait and sat down right away. A bit noisy today with lots of kids, but food was enjoyable. I had the Chicken Avocado Cobb Salad, and my wife had the plain Chicken with salad side. Both were very good. First time at Red Robin and was surprisingly happy with the service and food. I had the Cobb Avocado Chicken salad, and my wife had the personal cheese pizza. Both were tasty and out quick and the right temperature. The waitress came around a few times to check on us along with the manager. Pretty impressed with the service and atmosphere.

First time coming here: came for dinner during the week and the place was not packed, we waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The menu has a lot of burger options but I decided to go with their signature burger with some steak fries. We ordered a side of onion rings and they were nice and crispy. The burger was juicy and full of flavor, and the steak fries were cooked just right. I ordered their freckled strawberry lemonade and it was so good and addicting. I would definitely be back when craving a not so ordinary burger.

The Red Robin Tavern meal has great substitutions on the double patty. The options for bottomless sides makes for a great meal even without the main entree burger. I opted for the fries, broccoli & salads which are as quite fulfilling

Questions were not asked to optimize our experience but we let it go. They didn't ask if we wanted a booth or table, one of us was in a wheelchair, they sat another couple before us. They didn't ask if we wanted the garlic fries. No smile on our servers face but she was polite. Food was great and she did refill our drinks. Overall it was a good meal.

They have a few beer options and plenty of non-alcoholic drink choices.

Friendly atmosphere, ate at bar. Store was rather busy which speaks well of service. Restroom needed attention however. Food was as ordered and reasonably hot. Second basket of bottomless fries were hotter than ones served with burger. Overall very satisfying, will return.

I generally have a good time coming to Red Robin's but I felt a little played when I saw their adds for for 9.99 yummy deal they got going right now. I asked the waitress if what they were advertising was correct and if I came with drinks included in the 9.99 tavern burger promotion I got a bit excited to save a few bucks, until the bill comes out the tavern I was served costed 11.99 and drinks were not included at 3.99. I payed this of course the issue lies in red robins advertising a price and saying drinks were included just for it to be wrong more expensive and drink was not included i was better off getting a full gourmet burger instead for that price.

Buffalo clucks were hard and crunchy, not soft and moist like they used to be. Service was slow. After the server brought our salad, we didn't see her for a long time. Hostess/manager brought our main course, then after our drinks were dry for a while, we had to flag that same person down for refills. Ambience is nice, but food and service not so much

Half our party got their food first and 10 min later the other half got their food. The food was cold unfortunately. We had to ask several times for refills because our server never really checked on us. Several servers were just standing around and talking. Slow service, cold food... Not a great experience.

The servers were very good and helpful but the food was second rate... Also very expensive! First I ordered the pizza that was not acceptable! Second I ordered the small burger. The onion straws were in a "gob" and the cheese was misplaced so the onion straws were falling out of the hamburger! Two small DRY patties! 😔

Red Robin I took my party of 6 to Red Robin on 5-4-25 and the experience was a mix of good and bad. The Good was that the seating and the delivery of food was fast and the waitress was very pleasant. The food was delivered hot and correctly. Our Mac and cheese expert (9-year-old granddaughter said her dinner was great. My wife had the Whiskey Burger and really enjoyed it. My son said the fish and chips was great but the fish was on the thin side. My daughter-in law said her burger was okay. The Bad began with our pizza expert, (7 year old grandson decided that his pizza tasted “funny” and left 5/6th of it on his plate. My daughter-in-law’s fries which were very salty (I tasted one and she was correct. My fries on the other hand had no salt at all. Easy fix. The Ugly was that with my attention being occupied by my two grandchildren, I didn’t notice until I was a few bites into my burger so I didn’t notice right away waws that I had been given a double cheese burger. I had ordered a Whisky Burger. Since I was already well into it, I decided to go ahead and eat it so I wouldn’t be holding the family up while waiting for my order to be corrected. The burger was cooked to the correct temperature but pretty bland like it was seasoned. When the bill came, I pointed out to the waitress that I had been delivered the wrong burger. She apologized but said the price would be the same. Once I got home, I checked the menu on line. My receipt showed that I had been charged for the gourmet Whiskey Burger and it was $5.00 more than the price listed for a cheese burger. I went back (sans family) the following day to asked to speak with the manager. I had to sit on t bench for several minutes before he could get to me. When he finally came out, I had to tell him where we sat, when we arrived, when we left, how many were in the party, what each person ordered, the amount paid before and after tip. This required waiting several more minutes while he went back to verify that I had been there. The resolve was that he put the price of the non-delivered Whiskey Burger on my card and a little extra for my inconvenience.

Women's bathroom was filthy and out of toilet paper. My Cesar salad was warm. The vegetables were missing from my burger and I had to ask for them. The wait staff were great. They were super busy.

I wasn't a fan, i now remember why I hadn't been to red Robin in a long time. The service was terrible, we waited for ever for service at the table. I had to get a different waitress to help us with our needs because our waitress was no where to be found. Food was sent back because it was cold once again because our server was no where to be found. Apparently not checking on our food. We received our to-go order before we got our apps or main courses. Smh i wont be back.

Worst experience I have ever had. The cheese was chunky, the pretzels were hard and plain. The lemonade was foggy and the customer service was terrible. The manger was rude when we walked in and barely said anything to us. Never coming back. Not Red Robin Yum AT ALL.

The food was very disappointing. Fries cold burger practically raw and the server had a hard time remembering to bring the things we asked for. The rancho location is actually really tasty not sure why Redlands’s location was so disappointing.

My family and I had an unacceptable experience at this establishment. We encountered racist behavior from the staff and a cook who did not wear proper attire—specifically, a hat that was completely inappropriate for a kitchen environment. Our waiter was not only careless but also rude, serving our party cold food on two separate occasions without any sense of remorse. To make matters worse, our meals were brought out after a much larger party that arrived after us had been served. This visit was meant to celebrate my son’s birthday, but the staff provided a lackluster and unprofessional birthday performance. I cannot in good faith recommend this location to anyone. It is imperative that the owner or manager takes immediate action to address these issues and implements proper training for the staff.

I arrived with a huge group of friends for a birthday party I sat at an empty table thinking it was for my group and Cory was rude and tried belittling my in front of my friends. After my friend said I shouldn't have let her speak to me like that it was so degrading. I paidnfor my drinks and left shortly after. I'll never return. The picture attached is her of course not smiling.

Our experience here was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the host, Adam, was incredibly rude. He made us sit in the lobby while seating other parties and claimed he was “waiting for a head count,” even though we clearly told him we had a party of six. When he finally sat us, he very rudely said, “This will fit a party of 4, 5, 6, or however much your party is.” Completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, the service didn’t get better. Our server, Sean, was just as rude. My brother has a severe food allergy, and when we asked Sean to confirm that it was flagged properly in the system, he dismissively said, “I get paid to do this.” That attitude alone was shocking. Then when my brother’s burger came out, it had toppings on it that weren’t supposed to be there. Understandably, my brother looked concerned, and instead of reassuring him, Sean told him to “relax.” Food allergies are serious and potentially life-threatening, not something to brush off or mock. Between Adam’s rude behavior at the door and Sean’s careless attitude toward a serious allergy, we left feeling disrespected and unsafe.

1st disrespectful by trying to sit us in a booth where we don't fit and then moves us to another both where we barely fit and it is by the front door where everyone is walking and so crowded people were standing across from our table talking and waiting to be seated. Food order was incorrect and by the time we got someone to add what we asked for we had already stated to eat. Just all around very irritating experience for the money spent to enjoy a meal. Recommend finding somewhere else to eat if you would like to have a pleasant meal.

I was in there yesterday and got the $9.99 burger and have to say that was the worst burger I’ve ever had. Even McDonald’s would’ve beat that thing. It was sloppy messy and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Will certainly make me think twice about going there again.

This place is very packed and very noisy. Not good place to go if you want some peace of mind. The small Pizza could not even have olives because they're green, Olive pepperoni, green Olive does not make sense. However, it was the only thing I could find to eat other than a hamburger. This place is highly overrated, and I don't recommend it. But if you like to Wade in long lines and you liked a lot of noise, this is the place for you.

Nothing against the staff but food was overpriced. Left with a $70 check for a burger with fries, chicken tenders and fries and two drinks. Chicken tenders were nasty, fries were good. Wouldn’t recommend and not returning again.

I was expecting a wonderful experience like in the past visits I have had, never had a bad one in my whole life. We (family) have been to this several times. Unfortunately today was a very bad day. Let's start with the seating. We noticed that the greeter knew the people that got in after us were seated first. Next and the biggest problems, shakes came out practically melted, then we had to wait for 30 minutes to receive our food, all was cold and food was very bland. I didn't talk to the manager because I didn't have anything good to say.
