I stopped by on Saturday to grab something to eat. I am one that customer service is 100% a must and that was my experience here. I always get the person (employee) name to make sure their employer knows they hired a good employee- so thanks Hope- I will definitely be a returning customer.

Came in here the other day and had not been in a while. I was helped by Cynthia and she had amazing hospitality and exceptional service. I asked for a few things they no longer had and remembering why I hadn't been in a while 😂 The food was EXCELLENT! Everything was fresh and made to perfection👌 Thanks too Cynthia making this visit a memorable one, and because of that I will be returning soon 😊 10🌟 Cynthia 💪

I went in for lunch and a woman named Hope helped me. She was very courteous, and patient with me while I was deciding what to order. She gave me great customer service, with the biggest smile. She made my lunch a very enjoyable experience and I will definitely keep coming back

Cynthia helped me out yesterday around 7pm, I was very confused on what sandwich I wanted and she was very patient with me and explained a little more in depth the type of sandwiches I was inquiring about which was very helpful for me. Once I picked my sandwich she made it my way and bagged it up in a quick timely manor which I was very appreciative of.

By far the best subway I’ve ever been too!! Such a clean workplace and customer service was great, Cynthia was the best, handled food and service very well. We’ll definitely drive all the way from Fontana again!!

I was really impressed with how Elaina handled my order. They were very efficient and friendly, and the sandwich was made perfectly. Would definitely return because of Elaine’s service

I have been helped by Amanda every time I go in and she’s very cool even when the store is busy during the lunch rush. I recommend using the Subway app to get discounts and come in and out because it’s a smaller location. It’s clean and they haven’t messed my food and I’ve been coming here for about 9 months.

I went into this subway yesterday just to grab some sandwiches and it was really good. One of the workers that was helping me out I think her name was Cynthia she was honestly amazing. She did it fast and was very kind and kept a good conversation. We need more workers like her!

Im very picky btw. Lol she was very efficient, and acknowledged me the whole time. What a breath of fresh air to finally come across a young individual who seems to take pride in them selves and their work ethic. I highly recommend this location.

This is my go subway it’s always clean fresh and employee are always friendly, Hope is our go to she always friendly and caring . When ever we go in we asked for her if we don’t see her. She makes out experience such a pleasure and that’s what keeps us going back to this location.

My husband and I went in around 10 and they close at 11. I know it’s near closing time but we’re grateful that Cynthia helped us out, she was kind and very attentive. We look forward to going there again to eat soon😁

My wife and I stopped by the Subway on California Street, and Hope took great care of us. I got the steak and cheese, and my wife had the tuna — both were spot on. The service was fast and the food was great! The worker at the front desk Elaina greeted me with a warm welcome and took my order right away. She took my order fast and gave me every option I can choose from. 10/10 highly recommend coming back!

Worst service ever! I came to Subway on 10/28/25 at 5:30pm, I wanted a salad but the woman behind the counter could not give me a price on the salads. I asked her if she could ring it up on the register and check the price, she said no because she can't delete anything, so I asked if I can get a sandwich without the bread in a bowl because I am a diabetic and I am not eating carbs, she said no.

This Subway store on 1971 Redlands Blvd Redlands CA is one of the worst stores! Definitely needs improvement on customer service with a manager present onsite with how they make sandwiches… Female sandwich makers always have a nasty and terrible attitude and also texting on their phone….The Bread was hard, Lettuce and tomato was frozen looked awful but was put on my sandwich anyway.
