Ever since they changed their milkshakes it’s been disgusting. Go back to the old way. Today is my last time coming to Bakers for a milkshake. The shakes are watered down. Yuck!

I absolutely love Bakers food. I appreciate the veggie mix they offer as a meat alternative. The boca burger is tasty and the fries are always fresh. My disappointment comes from visiting the restroom at this particular location. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few months. There were spider webs behind the toilet, a major ring around the inside of the toilet bowl, graffiti on the toilet seat, stains on the sink. I couldn’t believe it, the lobby was clean and the kitchen appeared to be tidy as well. The deficiencies I mentioned are not from a lunch rush this happened over time. I called to make the manager on duty aware of the situation and she said she’d take care of it. I haven’t been back to confirm this but I certainly hope something has been done about this. Having a clean place to relieve yourself and or wash your hands is so important to me.

Been rockin w bakers for years but it’s crazy to see these prices spike and actually make the portions way smaller especially the chili cheese fries spent $46 on 3 meals

We normally love baker’s and willing to pay a bit more for burritos &burgers than del taco and McDonald because normally bakers is few standards higher usually the food tastes more homemade and is handled with a bit more care than just left under warmers and normally customer service is much better. Tonight was aweful!!, the cashier seemed like she was eating poison and acted as if she was mistreated, she was very cold and not helpful. You wouldn’t know she was compensated for her duties. We asked for help with the menu and specials because lighting was bad at drive thru and all she cared about was her time and us leaving and we couldn’t read menu that well and she didn’t help. When asked for prices of the items she closed window in our face. It seemed as she hated her job and bakers mistreats their employees because it is passing on to the customers. Fries were raw and cold food was squished and burritos were ripped from handled roughly. Food was stuffed in one bag without napkins or condiments and was practically thrown at us in a ripped bag.we were VERY DISAPPOINTED. I Should’ve gotten frozen burritos from 711 or burgers from ampm if it was going to be like that.

We bought the family pack and box of French fries with 4 medium drinks. 2 lemonade and 2 ice teas. When my granddaughter drank the lemonade her stomach started hurting. Meanwhile my other granddaughter drank hers and said it was terrible. So I tasted the lemonade myself and it also tasted terrible too me. The food we ordered was very cold. The supervisor at this Baker’s need to inspect what they are serving. I retired as a lead person for Rialto school district and I am going to report and call the health inspectors to agree with the person who also wrote a review of this same Baker’s because of the health of my grandchildren.

Since customer service didn't want to respond regarding DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, I'll make it here. If you have any dietary restrictions like high blood pressure, or even allergens, BE CAREFUL. The workers do NOT care about that. They still serve what you ask not to include such as salt. As simple as it is, you can’t play people’s health. (Yes even if it’s obviously fast food).

👎Terrible Server: Mariela N for mistaken my order for a single baker with cheese combo but not chili burger combo. I asked her "I ordered a chili burger" She responded "Oh I heard u said single baker with cheese, do u want that instead?" I replied "Yeah.." So yeah I won't be bother coming here anymore 👎 I know what I said, I didn't say single baker with cheese I said chili burger

Make sure your order is correct before pulling away from drive thru, ordered 3 grill cheese, 1 had no cheese, 1 was burnt and only 1 was done correctly. Went back and manager had the audacity to say, why did I take the cheese out? Why would I come home and go back, waste gas, just to play games I don’t think so. Manager refused to make order right and refused to give me my money back. They are some sketchy individuals!

You put tomato on my sandwich , my chicken on my sandwich was cold , and I asked for the meal you rang me up for only the sandwich , and I waited over 20 minutes in your drive through , your cashier told me she doesn’t make the food and shut her window , she could have given me the fry for the inconvenience, I didn’t get a sorry for the wait or anything. I really am dying to know why I had to wait 20 minutes for cold food that was made incorrectly with out so much as a sorry . Wow bakers. Just wow. The manager Brittney handled my situation well though I thank her for her awesome customer service!
