We went for lunch on a Friday, with a reservation because there were 19 of us, and it's a highly recommended place. The service was top-notch, the sandwiches were superb, the guy in charge of the drinks was a ten, the owner's son was attentive from the very beginning to the order and made sure everything came out on time because some of us were going to work, the owner was a lovely woman who makes a potato omelette worthy of a competition. We ordered a wide variety of sandwiches, both from the menu and off it, all in super-sized portions, which you can see in the photos. We tried the torreznos and the delicious potato omelette, mentioned above. And to finish, a cremaet, perfectly made. I'll be back to try a wider variety of tapas because they have a display case with a wide selection.

Really good local brunch place to get your belly full! I had TRAMOYERES, cheesy goodness with bacon, frenchfries and egg. Even a small one was a bit more than I could handle. Normal would be a beast to tame for really hungry.

El sitio es agradable y el almuerzo estuvo muy bien, probamos los Rejos (creo que eran asi) que son las patas de calamar (buenisimos), yo pedi el Bravero XXL (muy bueno, además de sobrado), mis amigos tomaron el pequeño ( también muy bien), como no habíamos reservado nos sentamos fuera y tardaron en servirnos... Después pedimos cremaet (flogito) los 3 almuerzos 45€ con la tapa y otra bebida extra (la tiramos por torpes...) Nota: no sacaron servilletas y hay que pedirlas.... Vamos a ver... para los dueños de los bares, esos papeles que hay en los cuadrados metalicos de las mesas, no limpian, restregan... Con lo gorrino que soy y la salsa que lleva el bocata, la harina, las migas.... Yo necesito servilletas de papel de las de verdad... Por favor les suplico.... Ponganmelas... Ademas de que no sacan servilletas...

I went the other day after a while, and I liked it less than on previous occasions. It's true that it was a holiday, but the service was very slow. I ordered the campero sandwich, and it was very good, but the bacon was a bit cold. For tapas, I definitely recommend the bravas, but we didn't like the auricle very much. I recommend making a reservation, as it gets quite busy.

Great sandwiches for lunch. They come in three sizes: small (a good size), medium (perfect for when you're really hungry), and large (a whole loaf). There's a wide variety, and inside they have lots of tapas. Highly recommended.

Fuimos a comer algo y aún siendo las 13:45, nos dijeron que iban a cerrar cocina y solo podían ser unas tapas. Pedimos bebida hasta pensar qué hacer, ya que la hora de cierre eran las 16:00. No nos ofrecieron en ningún momento hacernos bocadillos, que sí que vimos que les sirvieron a unos clientes que ya estaban. Decidimos irnos a comer a otro sitio. Servicio regular, ya que nos sentamos en una mesa donde habían almorzado y ni la limpiaron. Supongo que para almuerzos un 10 por lo que he leído,pero para comer, mejor buscar otro sitio.

Too much image and posturing. Poor quality and odd combinations, dry meat and rubbery bread. The sandwich of choice, too sweet, resembled a sweet tomato toast. The spring garlic and broad beans weren't noticeable.

I had a reservation for 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday. I arrived on time and stood for about 10 minutes waiting for them to tell me where my table was. I sat down, and it took them another 10 minutes to come and take our order. We waited, and waited, for more than 35 minutes, and they came back to tell us we had to change one of the two sandwiches we had ordered because they were out of sirloin. We chose another one and waited again, and in the end, between one thing and another, we waited more than 45 minutes for lunch... unacceptable. On the other hand, the sandwiches were good, large, and quite loaded with ingredients. The price was €17 for two people with coffee and a drink. Is it worth having lunch here? Yes. Is it worth waiting 50 minutes for lunch here? Absolutely not.

He acudido por recomendación de un amigo. Al principio todo parecía ir bien pero no nos pusieron olivas porque se quedaron sin ellas según dijo el camarero, un rato después a otra mesa si le pusieron. No habíamos terminado de almorzar, podían habernos preguntado. Luego, la carta no tiene precios que indiquen claramente lo que pagarás por lo que vas a pedir. Un fallo importante. Hemos pedido un bocadillo campero normal y uno de potro con ajitos y habas. Dos torreznos y una Coca cola extra. Un bombón y un café americano. Total: 29,20€. Me parece excesivo comparado con otros sitios donde he almorzado. He vuelto al local y he pedido una explicación posterior (al ver el cargo de la tarjeta) y me han dicho que los dos torreznos son 9,00€. Me siento timado. La administración ha cambiado según me han dicho ellos mismos, así que ellos sabrán cómo gestionan este tipo de situaciones. En lo personal no me ha resultado una grata experiencia. Lo siento. Pd. Los bocadillos están bien de tamaño y precio. Si acaso falla el pan.

Ya que lo siento, pero TERRIBLE. El resumen es fácil, nos sentamos a las 11.30, los bocadillos llegaron a las 13:15. De aquí en adelante ya no hay más que añadir. Fuimos un grupo de amigos a almorzar el sábado. Intentamos llamar pero no lo cogieron, por lo que fuimos sabiendo que esperaríamos por la mesa. Llegamos 11, nos sentamos 11.30 (ok, es normal). Nos toman nota 15min más tarde de los bocadillos y nos sacan la bebida y un torrezno (5,5€ literalmente por 5 trozos de torrezno, bueno, es lo que hay). A las 13:15h (casi 2h después) hartos de esperar y porque algunos tenían que marchar ya, íbamos a entrar a liquidar el gasto y cancelar los bocatas y sacaron 3 de los 5 bocadillos pedidos, por lo que esperamos, 15min mas tarde los dos 2 restantes. RESUMEN: 2h de espera para un almuerzo, no sacan ni los bocadillos a la vez, ya me dirás tu que servicio es ese en general. Los bocadillos 14,50€ el XXL 12.5€ El Grande (más o menos) dependiendo de lo que pidas, tampoco son para tanto, mucho pan y poco contenido. Una lástima, desde luego, nosotros nunca volveremos.

We were in the mood for a get-together with friends since we hadn't seen each other in a while, and given its great reputation, we decided to have lunch at the great Bar L'Institud in Ribaroja del Turia. I made a reservation two days beforehand, at exactly 11:30 a.m., since there were 13 of us—8 adults and 5 children—and I understood that with so many people, the venue manager would have to make arrangements. September 6th, the long-awaited day arrives and the 13 of us meet at the door of the bar to be able to enter together. Once everyone is gathered, we enter the bar at exactly 11:20 in the morning. They seat us and around 11:30 they start taking our drink orders, which were soft drinks, beers, and wine with homemade beer. 10 minutes later (11:40) the manager approaches to take our TAPAS and SANDWICHES, since he is not the same one who took our drinks order. After 15 minutes (11:55) they serve us the tapas, which were: 2 plates of snout with a blackened appearance from being reheated and tasting of rancid oil, 3 plates of bravas, frozen potatoes, and industrial sauce. Nothing remarkable and not at all what the guy who took our order said, surprising!! and two plates of anchovies, which you could eat with your eyes because if you eat them with your palate, the moment you put them in your mouth, tears would fall from the vinegar in them. 45 minutes later (12:40 p.m.), and due to the long wait for the sandwiches to be served, the little kids were going crazy, and as usual, due to the delay, I got up and made a verbal complaint to the supposed manager, "nameless," and I say nameless because he didn't want to tell me. Talking to the "nameless" man about the long wait, asking if it was normal for the sandwiches to take so long to be served, his nervous, stuttering response, which initially seemed to indicate no, told me no, and then, imagining that he felt attacked (which, of course, wasn't the case!), he told me in a haughty and arrogant tone that of course they were, that they would serve them when the tables arrived, that he didn't care that I had booked two days in advance, that it was what it was, and that if I didn't like it, I knew what to do. You had to resign yourself and bow your ears, first because of the time, and secondly because of the five small children who had been complaining about hunger for a while. After another 50 minutes (1:30 p.m.), the long-awaited sandwiches finally arrived. It's worth mentioning that their famous horse meat sandwich, when I opened it and saw the shameful amount of steaks it had, was more like horse meat than steaks, since horse meat is too big for them. However, it was an extra euro, and I think they added that euro to the list due to the skill and skill required to cut that thin steak. A surgical precision that was certainly the most impressive thing this bar left us with. The other sandwiches, well, as a good friend of mine said, were a lot of bread and not enough to mix. I'd like to point out that I'm sure they've changed owners because the great reputation they had before them is nowhere near what it once was. After the experience and the great, spectacular, unimaginable, incredible Bar L'Institud, it's been a disappointment, disillusionment, disappointment, and of course, frustration. Check-out time due to the long wait is 2:15 p.m. Of course, if you're looking for quality, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for speed, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking to leave satisfied, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking to lose patience, waste time, or fill up on bread and low-quality products, don't hesitate to come to this bar with disappointment.
