In town from Milwaukee and wanted a good thin crust pizza. Relying on reviews I chose i Fratelli and I am not sad about it! Great crust, good sauce, nice spice to the pepperoni and Italian sausage. Bread sticks-nothing to write home about though, just regular bread sticks. Pizza flavor more than made up for it though. Delivery was made within 25 minutes of order to the hotel. Super nice delivery guy also. 5 stars all around.

I ordered a gluten-free pizza with pepperoni, olives, and pineapple from Fratelli Pizza in Richardson, TX, and it was really good! The crust was light and crispy, not the usual dense kind you sometimes get with gluten-free dough. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, and everything tasted well-balanced. Definitely one of the better gluten-free options around.

Delicious pizza! We wish we had found them sooner! Delivery takes a little longer but is so worth it! The delivery drivers are always courteous. I’ve used the pick up option only once and didn’t not get my salad. I am only holding a grudge because the salad is so good! Overall, this place is amazing! The only place we get our pizza and salads now. Try their desserts, too!

The pizza dough was extremely hard—so hard that it actually hurt my gums while chewing. It made it difficult to enjoy the pizza at all. The ingredients tasted a little off, and the mushrooms were overly mushy. Overall, the texture and flavor just weren’t what I expected. However, the delivery driver was very nice and professional, which I truly appreciated.

I do not recommend this place..but i should’ve known and listened to my gut and walked out the door without ordering with the guys sour attitude. They need someone with positivity and bubbly in the front not the guy who took my order.

Something is definitely off at this location whether it’s the ingredients, food handling, or cleanliness. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to the Richardson location and will be cautious about ordering from any iFratelli’s for a while.

I order pizza from this location all the time. Today I picked up my order and Greg the manager gave me my order in a bag by the time I got home the cheese and pepperoni was completely off the pizza. It was a small giant slice of pizza so not even sure why he put this in a bag in the first place. I called and spoke to Greg again the person who handed me my order, and explained how the presentation of the pizza was. Even offered to take a picture. He went on to say that once the pizza leaves they are not liable, and that he has cameras. Completely dismissing the situation and not even apologizing. Then went on to hang up on me. I asked for his manager and he said he is the manager. There has to be someone above him that would handle the situation better. Sad thing is I will never go back to Ifratelli because of that experience I just had on the phone with a Manager. He didn’t even offer to remake it. Nothing. Just told me he’s not responsible and there’s cameras. Put a very bad taste in my mouth. I will never go back. Probably why they barely have any reviews only and a low rating.
