Edit, slice reimbursed me, and I won't lie to my fellow foodies, your pizza, and Italian favorite's kick ass. Hands down some of the best I've had thus far in NYC. Sorry to have been harsh I just... As a personal worker I hold my business with a VERY HIGH level of integrity, and when I screw up I reimburse my clients in full with extra as an apology. Please keep up what y'all are doing, I will be ordering again.. this time from home though! 🤣
Reasonably priced especially for the area, and the plain pizza we got was a true standout. Been driving past this place for years before we finally stopped, but we'll definitely be back
This my 1st time stopping here. Wanted something quick. I ordered lasagna. Plate not full for $15.00. But customer service was nice, the lasagna was decent.
So I went to this place that was close by my job and the guy that took my order he was very friendly and nice but what I don't understand is that the guy that was in the back kept staring at me when he was putting the pizza in the oven and I didn't do it this guy anything I don't even know him from a hole in the wall he kept staring at me while I was waiting for my Bake Ziti and my Lazgana food... But that part is not how you do customer service you don't stare at somebody because they dress or looks different way but either way the food was really good and delicious.
A finely executed plain slice w/ a perfect crust! Nicely balanced cheese & sauce. Only complaint is a lack of cheese near the handheld edge. I could sense it was a light slice, so I added a lot of pepper flakes, garlic powder, & ground black pepper. Wasn't absolutely necessary, but the condiments enhanced the experience anyway.
I am in the JFK area for business most months. I had not tried Geo's before and gave them a chance. I thought the pizza was very good and loved that there was a personal size option. I had a dessert as well, New York Cheese cake, and it was alright. The dessert did not appear to be freshly made. I will order from here again but not do dessert.
Very average pizza. Crust was not crispy. Sauce was not memorable, but good amount of toppings. There was a communication barrier when I ordered. I asked for the smallest size specialty, but instead got a larger size. I think they wanted to overcharge me. Overall this place doesn't stand out from all the other places in town.
We ordered through the Slice App. The onions and peppers were undercooked which made the whole pie no good. Delivery time was good. Cheesecake was good but Tiramasu was mostly creme, not much flavor.
Service was rude Asked for 1 slice to be not warmed up. They proceed to ignore you and do whatever they want. Taste was alright.
I have had good food from this restaurant before. But today I'm posting this review because I'm tired of restaurants using butter in what's supposed to be "garlic and OIL" pasta. Oil is transparent not cloudy like melted butter. And as you can see in the pictures there is no "oil" on the noodles on top because the butter melted and ran to the bottom of the pan. I'll be sure to refrigerate some of this so I can post another picture so people can see that it's butter when it congeals. Don't put food on your menu that you can't afford to make!! It's not that hard!!!
The Lasagna was pretty good. Not that bad but my zeppelins were burnt And my wings were dry, i'm not sure what's going on with the pizzeria, or management
The pizza isn't even good, I came in last night and felt rushed. Low and behold the pizza was heated up but not hot at all, it was luke warm and my pizza wasnt enjoyable because it tasted crispy on the outside but very doughy on the inside. I told myself and my wife this would be the last time I'm getting pizza from here but I was genuinely starving the specialty slices weren't up to par because of how doughy they were.
This used to be my favorite spot but not anymore. Ordered the fettuccine alfredo as I always do and for some reason it tasted and looked different but I still ate it ant I got food poisoning. Also ordered two slices with extra cheese for someone who also got food poisoning. Day two and we are still not 100%
Food came, I ordered Baked Ziti with meatballs they did not put meatballs. The baked ziti had no taste.
This was the single most disgusting pizza I have ever had. I ordered the lasagna pizza and a side of meatballs. What showed up felt like a hate crime - NO ricotta, NO meat sauce AND they added fettuccine NOODLES to loose spaghetti or vodka sauce!! NOODLES! The meatballs u figure they couldn't mess up right? NOPE! Dense balls of meat seasoned like a salt lick and no other flavor other than high blood pressure. Usually I will try to save a dish by doctoring it up but noodles on a lasagna pizza slice is unconscionable. 0/5 stars, I wouldn't feed this food to a dog, order at your own risk
Got super excited to see the reviews being that I’m new to area so decided to order 50$ worth of food. The pasta had no sauce super dry just noodles the pizza had a weird taste but the zeppoles were okay being that I had to add more powdered sugar from my home. 2/10 would not recommend don’t rely on reviews.
I wanted to give this place a shot again cause I started going to Paul Michaels on Metropolitan Avenue a few blocks away. I had a slice and a drink which came to $7 and change(a little expensive but it didn’t bother me too much). I ordered to eat in, and my pizza slice was so hot it burned the roof of my mouth. I think if someone is eating in and it’s one slice, it doesn’t need to be in the oven for more than 30 seconds (a minute at most). My slice was in there for much longer and the cheese became molten hot. If someone is eating in, they will eat it immediately so it only needs to be heated up a little bit. If it’s takeout, the pizza will cool down on the way so it should be heated for longer. It seems like they do takeout orders and eat in orders for the same amount of time. My mouth is in pain right now. I could’ve waited for it to cool down but I had things to do asap and just wanted a simple quick bite.
