They are rude, and disrespectful. They hate to be corrected when they’re wrong. I ordered two orders of garlic Parmesan cheese nots with sauce. They gave me hard over cooked nots, with barely any sauce. Also two pizzas . I wanted a refund or them to make me a fresh order they had an attitude and didn’t want to correct my orders.

I put in a phone order for pickup. Should up on time and was told another 35 minutes because the pizzas weren't made yet. I finally received 2 medium pizzas after waiting over an hour in person.

Terrible service they switched out the people that used to work there and now they have some new people that are disrespectful. Don’t like to work and are they do is flirt. When we asked for a combo, they said that they never have had it when we go there every week asking for the same combo. All they did was talk and be on their phone, I will never be going there again.

This was the worst customer service I ever received and the pizza was slopped together as well one employee in particular is so rude unhelpful and seems to really hate his job so maybe he should find another profession. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered a regular pan tossed pizza and a New York style pizza for the thin crust. The crust was the same as the pan tossed. When I asked about the crust, the cashier's reply was "It's not thin crust, it's just thinner than the regular crust." But it was infact not, as I tried to show him. I was also charged for icing which said complimentary online. When I said something about that as well, I was shrugged off by the cashier. The customer service is trash, and we will not be back.

This is my 3rd time coming to this location. I haven't had any issues in the past, but today was very different. The young man was unfriendly and impolite. He then refused to help me and went to boxing order when no one was in the store waiting for them or the driver waiting for it. It was very disrespectful behavior.

So I walked into the store to order something. They told me I could only order something for delivery ONLY! (YES I SAID ONLY TWICE) no carry out or pick up just DELIVERY 🤦🏿‍♀️ So I can not take it with me I have to PAY MORE FOR SOMEONE TO BRING IT TO MY HOUSE!! Does that make sense?? Well I ask actually and the guy with the worst customer service skills EVER! says he doesn't know that just what he was told him and he has to do what they say. Wow and to make things worse when I came back to make sure I wasn't dreaming they were making nice jokes about it... Hope you guys are proud of yourselves. I come, I mean CAME here often. FYI it's 10:09 pm they stopped taking carry out orders at 10 and a son and dad were waiting for their CARRY OUT ORDER!

UPDATED REVIEW. 5 STAR TO 1!!! Ordered almost an hour before they close and they cancelled on me and didn't even call me. This is completely unacceptable. Just had the rudest experience over the phone with one of the employees place an order a while ago called to check on it and it just gave an estimate to when I ordered it and the guy literally kept saying no no no no no no over and over and over for no reason literally so unprofessional I ordered here all the time I'm literally a usual and can't stand bad customer service absolutely no reason for it completely uncalled for. In ordering here twice a week for months I will definitely take my business to the other Domino's hope you guys investigate that guy needs to be written up.

I have been ordering pizzas from this restaurant for over five years. Tonight I ordered a pizza and chicken Alfredo like I have been doing. I normally pay $13 and some change for these two items. The gentleman who answered the phone told me that I could not get that deal anymore and it had to be ordered online if I were to receive that offer. I ordered online and the price came up to $27 and some change. I called back and spoke to a Woman/female who got the order right and offered to give me the $13 special that I normally get. I went into the store and Was getting ready to pay for the food and a gentleman said that the order was now $27. He then stated that I didn’t indicate on the online order that the tool items I normally get for about 5.99 are now $27. I told him that that was wrong in that I just spoken to a Woman who had given me the correct order for about $13. He refused to change the order and he was very curt, rude, and showed no professionalism. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager I don’t remember his name. After ordering pizzas there for more than five years it is very disappointing to know that some people who appear to be new in there could not look at my order and see that I’ve done the Same thing for over five years.I know this because when you give them your phone number it brings up all the orders you’ve previously made. It felt as if they were just trying to gouge me for money versus abiding by the rules that Domino’s set up on their website.
