Great burgers to choose from and breakfast too!! I love getting their Breakfast Platter and an order of the sausage gravy on the side! Plus they also have great chicken sandwiches in chicken strips. And they have a good fish sandwich but it's not on the menu.

Used the drive thru to order lunch, one meal with a specially ordered sandwich, fries, and a drink, and one specially ordered sandwich and fries on our way through town. Once we got home, we found that we were missing one order of fries. After speaking with the manager, we made an arrangement to get them another day. As for the sandwiches, they were made exactly as we had ordered them and were very tasty. We will definitely be going back again.

Last night, at WhatABurger #1139 in Baytown, TX, I experienced great service. Details: I clumsily dropped my large, and full, iced tea to the floor. As two young WB men, came to clean the mess, I took my cup and refilled it. After returning to my table, I realized my cup was leaking from the bottom. It had split when I dropped it. Seeing this, one of the two WB men quickly brought me another cup. Meanwhile the other WB man continued cleaning. Then the two WM men finished cleaning and asked if I needed anything else. THANK YOU and KUDOS to these two young men, and to all the staff at store #1139.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize a truly exceptional young employee at your restaurant—Leydizel. My brother, Kyle, who has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and intellectual disabilities, visited with me last week. As anyone with a loved one who has special needs knows, navigating public spaces can be challenging, but kindness makes all the difference. From the moment we walked in, Leydizel was incredibly sweet and attentive. He was patient and understanding as I placed our order, never rushing or making us feel like we were an inconvenience. When he asked for the name on the order, I gave my brother’s name, Kyle, so that he could feel included and excited. It meant a lot when, later on, as he passed by to deliver food to another table, Kyle called out to him—very loudly—and without missing a beat, Leydizel turned and responded warmly, “Hi Kyle.” That moment may have seemed small, but to us, it was huge. That simple acknowledgment made Kyle’s entire day. It showed respect, compassion, and genuine human connection—something we don’t always encounter in busy public places. Thank you, Leydizel, for making us feel seen and valued. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

I stop by this Whataburger pretty often in the mornings, and Linda is always someone I look forward to seeing. She’s consistently friendly, helpful, and just has a great attitude that makes the experience better every time. Even when it’s busy, she handles everything smoothly and with a smile. You’ll find hardworking, helpful, and pleasant workers here who serve enjoyable meals. And not only do they have great burgers, but they also have chicken (sandwiches/strips/taco) in their menu, which I really appreciate! They have great-tasting burgers, and I was told by a family member that the Patty Melt is a must-try. They also have salads and kid’s meals. I love their Sweet Tea, which has just the right hint of sweetness. They also serve good coffee. Beverage dispensers are in the dining room so you can get refills. You have a choice of ketchup: regular or spicy. There’s ample parking around the restaurant. And they have a drive-thru service. Get their app to earn points (free food) for every visit. Convenient location as it’s right next to the post office and Walmart, and very near the library.

The place was busy and seemed understaffed at the time of the visit. We dined in; we received our food 25 minutes after ordering. Food was great. Management was a bit unorganized which contributed to the time it took for food to be received. Seating area appeared clean and no pest activity was observed. The drive-thru line can be long at times at this location. The parking lot is not big enough for when the drive-thru line gets long.

I usually have a good experience when visiting various whataburger’s and this visit was no different. I had no problems ordering and customizing said order. The wait for my food was about 7-8 minutes and probably would have come out faster if I did not go during high lunch time. In terms of customer service I did not experience any mishaps or issues.

All Whataburger's have good food. This one does as well despite the parking lot and drive thru traffic jams. For every 1 good employee they have 5 to 6 bad ones. It is hit or miss at this particular whataburger.

The drive through was not crowded 1 car. I ordered one biscuit (plain), orange juice, and a small coffee. The coffee was only half full and the biscuit was frozen! I sat at the order kiosk for 10 minutes and had to keep asking to be waited on? This is a training issue breakfast is a high time for customers.

Very horrible service no one helped me, the young lady in the drive through had an attitude and did not want to fix my drink or give me sauce. I had to get out of my car and go inside to get me another drink and sauce and when I was inside at the count no one paid me any mind and ricki was right by me and it took me to say something to get help then when I did get help I was quickly dismissed. I have no words for the way I was treated at my visit here today.

Service is terrible. Some of these people that work here clearly act like they don’t want to even be at work. Restroom had piss all over the toilet seat and floor. Two employees told me to tell someone else about the issue. I had to ask 3 times for a cup of water to go with my meal I had purchased. Lady had an attitude. Fries were cold. All in all, food was okay but I’ve had better at other Whataburgers across the Houston area. the customer service is always trash. This is not my first time at this location. Every time I come it’s another issue where I leave disappointed. I truly enjoy Whataburger, but I hate that this location is the one closest to where I have to deal with other business. the service and food always sucks between 11am-5pm from my experience.

I don't know when they hired all these new kids but since then the quality of this place has plummeted. Girl at the window looked high, 3 of the workers were horsing around behind her. Got my food and looked at it. They jammed a massive handful of pickles on my burger and forgot the mustard. No ketchup, which I specifically asked for. This place needs to be cleaned out. These kids don't take their jobs seriously.

Everyone kept telling me I had to try Whataburger. The claim was that their burgers are great. Well, I beg to differ. The burger was marginally better than cafeteria food. The fries were weak and the tea tasted like it had been sitting out overnight and was bitter. If this burger is indicative of the entire chain, I'm gonna take a hard pass on a second visit.

Went here for dinner. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes, after which the order was not even remotely correct. We took it inside, and asked to get our actual order. The girl working the register was cleaning a spill as people just kept coming in. Then after another 15 min we finally got our order. My burger was stone cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. Went to dine in with the family for a nice meal. Stood at the counter where 2 girls were animatedly talking, and actively ignoring us. Another woman came up and said it would be a moment. Then about 5 minutes pass, still no further acknowledgement. ANOTHER 5 minutes go by and the woman says, "The computer is locked. So I can't take your order." We stood there for a over 10 minutes waiting to be helped and was then told there was nothing that could be done to help us because the COMPUTER WAS LOCKED!?!

Ok i have been a long time fan of this chain, but ever since I moved up to the Richmond area and eaten here on several occasions i have been disappointed with food service and generally everything about Whataburger, this is the last time i eat there, my wife placed an order for take out, and she ask for ketchup on the side for our Fry's and they gave us ketchup on the side of our burger and then wrapped them up (3 burgers ordered) our hamburger buns were soggy and just uneatable, and our drinks had no ice in them and fries were colder than our drinks, i wish they would take pride in what they do , but they dont, when managers dont take pride in their work neither do the staff they have, honestly McDonald's has a better burger then they do and i hate McDonald's, cheer's!!!!!

The people up front need to have enough grasp of basic English in order to take an order accurately. I don't like the attitude she took and I don't have this kind of time to waste. Take Leydizel C off the front line. I tried to help her correct my order but she insisted she was right. I knew my order was off by at least four dollars to short, but she argued she was right. I do not like returning anything to the kitchen because I never know how the kitchen will retaliate. 4/14/22 - since this chain was bought out, the portions are smaller and the quality is way down. 4/9/24 - 10 minutes to place an order at the counter. Why do I keep giving these fools a chance?

Make it a habit of checking your order before you leave this location. They’re guaranteed to mess up your food. Avoid the night crew. They couldn’t care less about being there let alone providing you with friendly and efficient service. The managers are friendly and polite but will still mess up your order despite their position. I’m not surprised I over heard a worker tell another that she is about walk out.

Ordering was ok and fast. When we received our food is when poor service happened. Sitting at the table a server was calling out a name we were not familiar with but close. So we took a look at the order and it was ours. We just explained that they misspelled the name but the order was ours. The young man was upset and used profanity towards us. I just asked to speak to the manager. When she arrived I asked if she allowed her employees to use profanity. She just looked at me with a blank look. I repeated what he said to us and she told him to go back to the counter No apologies..... just nothing. My burger came out cold. Since selling to an out of state company, Whataburger has gone down hill in quality of food and service. It's no longer what it use to be.

I was for the third time given cold, old fries and after turning around yet again to politely present them to the manager immediately after leaving drive through she stated they would happily prepare me some new fresh hot fries...That is NOT what they did! What they did do was LITERALLY throw the old fries back in the grease and put them in a bag and give them to me...this is the second time they have tried this and the third time I have made management aware of Quality and customer service issues

Bought some breakfast items to redeem a free coffee. Place is run down and fill of flies which should have warned me. The biscuits and pancakes were good, but I put the coffee in my fridge. Was going to enjoy it with some cold foam only to see a teeny tiny roach floating on the surface of the coffee. Please don't come here because it seems like this location doesn't clean their machines.

Terrible wait time. 30 minutes, there was only one car in front of me and inside had no customers inside. Crew kept opening window and asking what I ordered. It was a simple taquito with cheese and breakfast platter. They also forgot to pack utensils with the platter. This is unacceptable for an empty fast food restaurant. This particular location is going downhill. Used to be my favorite place to grab a delicious and quick bite. Food still tastes good though.

The ONLY reason I’m giving even 1 star is because I was forced to in order to leave a review. After today I’m officially done with this Whataburger. I sat in the drive-thru for almost 30mins for a chicken salad, being told by the drive thru rep that it was “coming” and when I finally decided to get out of my car to figure out what was going on, they never even started making the salad! Absolutely unacceptable! The manager was apologetic and provided the refund that I requested but I will not be back to this location.

I don’t get it. Why have me pull up for my food to not only be cold and French fries burnt. I really wish I would’ve double checked this order before I left.

From out of town and THREE times order was wrong. First two i was at Hotel and did not want to go back so i took it as it was. Tonight i come in and order was wrong again!!! No cheese or bacon .....the “mgr” tells me , i will get you back and peppers on the side. Like WTH is that? On the side? I took two bites, so another customer steps in and says “you need to remake his burger” i was drained and tried and what she did was right....and STILL got it WRONG!! No peppers!!! But what do you expect when crew is not even close to 25. Cussing is no big deal either apparently. Talking as if they dont work for a company. The cook with the mask is beyond unprofessional...straight ghetto with half of crew...what a shame. I used to love Whataburger

They take long for no reason. A lot of lagging around and no real team work here. I Uber here a lot and always here long than 15mins on fries and burger. Literally any time of the day or night

My number 13's orders were missing items, one of my chicken strips meal had no chicken strips, the box had only fries and a slice of bread, the other one had a piece of chicken and it was raw, my son was throwing up, NASTY, DO NOT EAT THERE

I come here for years and I never had a negative experience inside, but forcing your customers to use napkins and clean a little spill while complaining to other customers about what other customers left before you come to me and then complain about my spill too. Nobody wants to hear you complain that your front counter and you shouldn’t be sweeping and cleaning tables. I left after I was told Shame on you for not cleaning up my little spill that my lid caused it wasn’t closed all the way. Then going around telling other customers complaining about me next. So uncomfortable I didn’t even eat anymore threw my food away. She was complaining second she left the counter I got ears. I told her no , while I was eating and she started raging and insulting me. You win lady I ant eating inside this store anymore. Sad cause everyone else was so well behaved and professional. Ruined my experience

ITS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WHEN THE LINE OUTSIDE IS SLIGHTLY MOVING FASTER THAN THE INSIDE. I’ve been coming to this Whataburger since I moved to Rosenberg four years ago and have always ordered my burger the same way without any issues. During my most recent visit, GILMORE told me I couldn’t have both mayonnaise and mustard on my burger because it would be “contaminated.” I’ve never heard that before, and it was very confusing. Unfortunately, his attitude came across as frustrated and unprofessional, which made the experience even more disappointing. I’ve always enjoyed this location, but this interaction left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience. Not to mention my fries were cold!

Waited 20 minutes before going to see what's going on with my food that I ordered online. Then they barely started to cook hash browns when I asked about my food. Yet another Whataburger location to write off. Things to expect on your visit while the night shift workers are on the clock: Incorrect orders, delayed orders, forgotten condiments, forgotten modifications to orders, inexcusable and inexplicably long wait times; only to receive lukewarm or in tonight’s case, soggy, cold “food”, inappropriate and downright disrespectful behavior from workers and friends of workers who are allowed to loiter in the dining room, and more detractors that I don’t have the time or energy to list. I understand that this is just a fast food restaurant, but there is no sense of regard for the customer whatsoever once the clock hits 8:00pm. I have never had an issue with the daytime staff, but the employees, and those in management after 8:00pm, ought to be ashamed of themselves. Wait times average 10+ minutes, once again yielding mostly inaccurate, cold food, and regardless of whether you order online, in-store or via the drive through, you will NOT receive your food in any way, shape, or form of timely manner. I have been made to wait upwards of FIFTEEN minutes in the past, while I was the ONLY vehicle in the entire drive through. I have given this location far too many chances, and now, unfortunately, I have learned my lesson. Stay away from this location like it’s the plague.

Ordered take out, got home and noticed order was butchered. I expect this from fast food, try to give them the benefit. But it’s happened multiple times from this location. Have to make a habit of checking my food before I leave. Also, online ordering does not work properly, hasn’t for not having now. When I bring it up to workers they act like it’s not their job.

I went to this location today around midday, I ordered a meal and ask for honey mustard sauce, before the person aho was taking my oder could respond another lady with the name tag BARB stated that I have to pay extra for the suace, her attitude was very rude and as a result I told the attendant helping me not to worry about it. Worse fast food experience ever. Ordered a burger and got it with no meat. Literally no meat. Fries were cold and took over 20 minutes to get me what I paid for. They have like 15 employees working the kitchen and not one of them have the slightest idea of what they are doing. Disgusting service. Never again coming to this location.

06 March 2025 this place was complete chaos. Overstaffed with employees bumping into each other while others just stood around doing little. The indoor seating area was full of patrons and many were waiting on a litany of outstanding orders. I waited 31 minutes from time-stamp on my receipt to receive my simple chicken-strip meal, not departing until 1:13pm.

I want to thank the staff at Whataburger for ensuring that I will never eat at this restaurant again. "How many ways can you get it wrong" must have been a challenge that you all were given and you met that challenge brilliantly. My drink was the wrong size, the fries were undercooked and the sandwich given to me was not what I ordered. Unfortunately I didn't discover all of this until I got back to work. I haven't been this underwhelmed in a very long time. Notice, in the picture, the sandwich isn't chicken.

Disgusted with this whole entire order Drinks were flat. When asked to get a different drink server started acting rude and laughing and telling everyone my drink is flat. looking inside my cup as it’s not flat and giving cup back with an attitude. Burgers were not good at all. Fries were extremely hard. Everyone is laughing and cracking joke and being rude This location did not make me feel safe to eat my food. Bad service all around. Do not recommend
