Up in the Loft for a private party, things were all first class. I enjoyed every aspect of the facility. Including the secret elevator to the room. A++ I'm going to try the restaurant soon for sure. Highly recommended 👌

It was a nice place to have a meal. Kind of mid-lit trendy place. It was comfortable and our waitress was really friendly. Come to think of it, the hostess was really nice too. That set a good tone for the evening and we all loved our food. The Waygu burger in particular was amazing and cooked to perfection. The prices are a little high in general, but I would say they are about normal for Ridgewood. They have good cocktails for $18 each and they also have some nice local beers. There is a small side room that it looks like you could rent out, and it looks like it holds like 15 people or so.

This place is our favorite in NJ. We used to live close by and now we live in Maryland. We still made a trip out here. They make the best cocktails in the tri-state. Yes even compared to NYC. Their food is really good but their truffle fries are unparalleled.

Park West has a very unique menu with a gastropub kind of feel. The ravioli is one of my favorite dishes with a very complex taste. The seafood tower is also very good and fresh. I have tried most of their cocktails and find them to be very good. So far I have not had anything on their menu that has been a disappointment and always leave feeling very satisfied.

The Park West Loft crew did an incredible job hosting my mother's surprise birthday party. The food, atmosphere, open bar and staff were phenomenal. My friend and I went here and got a table outdoors. We ordered drinks and the Wilmer's Gnocchi & Ribeye Spring Rolls as starters. Did not disappoint. So delicious. Wish they gave us at least another spring roll...not for sharing I guess since we only got 3 (they're not too big), but they were yummy. For our entree, we both ordered the Steakhouse Wagyu Burger. AMAZING. The truffle aioli on the burger was *chef's kiss*. Would go here again.

Park West Tavern was the perfect location for our small private lunch event. Pete was prompt in responding to and accommodating our needs, and booking the space was simple. They offered a prix fixe menu (which they custom printed for our event), let us bring in a cake from a bakery (which they cut and plated at no extra cost!), and even helped set up place cards and florals before our event. Every one of our guests loved the food, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend for a group lunch or dinner!

I recently had dinner at Park West Tavern with a friend, and the food was outstanding! We started with the Almond Chicken Nuggets, which were perfectly fried with a satisfying crunch. For my main course, I had the Hanger Steak Sandwich, which had just the right balance of steak, cheese, and mushrooms—highly recommended. My friend ordered the Amish Chicken, which was also delicious.

Honestly, I don't even know where to begin! The ambiance is amazing, very cool, not too loud, yet not too quiet. We had a larger amount of people, so they placed us in a private room with a TV, so my nephews & the rest of us can watch the game of our choice. Being in that private room made it feel more cozy & as if we were all having dinner at home for the holidays. Also, the wine rack wall that you see in the pictures is absolutely beautiful! You don't have to be a wine drinker to appreciate that decor! I can't say enough great things about the food; from the appetizers to dessert! (and a complimentary piece of cheesecake for my Dad's bday, which was very nice of the restaurant to do. Most places don't make it complimentary). My Dad & I shared the oysters as an appetizer... they were DELICIOUS! The other appetizers were very very good & displayed very nicely. My dad ordered the pork chop for dinner & he couldn't sing it's praises enough! He literally "Mmmmm'd" after every bite lol. Now, I'm not a big pork chop person, but my right hand to God, I have never tasted a pork chop cooked like theirs! It was amazingly extremely tender that it almost melted in your mouth... Omgoodness, soooo good! He made all of us try a piece bc we thought he was being a little dramatic lol, ohhh, but he wasn't! My brother had strip streak that was really good & melted in your m mouth as well! My sis in law, cousin & I ordered salads. So, one would assume that it's just your average salad. Nope! Wrong again! I LOVE Cobb salad, so that's the one my cousin & I ordered. I couldn't believe the size of the bowl of salad our awesome waitress Laura brought out!!! We're Italian & it looked like a pasta bowl filled with about 2 lbs of macaroni... Holy Cowww! It tasted delicious. It was so enjoyable, but there was just too much for all 3 of us to eat that we actually had to take about 1/2 of it home! I kid you not! My nephew's burger was big, cooked just right & was nice & juicy! My youngest nephew ordered crispy chicken from the kids menu & it was tender, crunchy & a very good portion. Oh & don't forget to order the truffle fries with your order... delish! So, all in all, EVERYTHING was fantastic from start to finish! I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant...100%! Who knows? Enjoyed a nice dinner with friends and we are already talking about coming back. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, especially with our table next to the fireplace. Love this place. The was super 👌 delicious and service was great. It was 11 of us and they were to fit us in. But I recommend call ahead for such big party. As you can see by the pictures I think we order everything on the menú . I had the brussel appetizer the best I ever had. Some one had the kale salad. Niece and fresh. Krispy green. Just good good good. We had to have fries because we foodies. They were regular. Nothing compare to the excelent quality of everything else. The children order the burger. Big and juice. Also good. They had a special of 1 he let me know with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. It was so tender we did not need a knife to cut in to it. Mash potatoes were scrumptious. So was the huge stake some one else had a table. The salmon was beyond delicious. It was a salad and you can taste the freshness of the lettuce. We also had the steak over salad that was just a good. For dessert we had the crumblelet that was so good and crust broke in such a way that you know he was going to taste it before you even had it in your mouth.the drinks 🍸 did not disappoint the best nichi martini ever. Wonderful ambiance, food and servers. We had a California Chardonnay which was good for the price. Appetizer of shrimp on bamboo skewers was gently fried and perfectly seasoned with herbs and a wonderful sauce. Burger was perfectly cooked at medium and served with a great Bleu cheese topping. Fries were cut and seasoned in house, NOT FROZEN. Delicious and unforgettable.

PWT has the best fries ever. Everything is amazing, but their fries make this place a go-to for my fam and me. Their decor is great too. I love the exposed brick, different levels and bar space. This place is a must-visit!

Brilliant chef preparing high level dishes for a quaint and discerning neighborhood. The risotto, the gnocchi, the schnitzel, the almond chicken nuggets…, all absolutely refined and wonderful.

Had a really nice time here for dinner on Friday. The atmosphere is really nice although it can get a little loud. The food and drinks were all excellent. Can’t wait to come again.

We had a gender reveal party in their private room and the staff, especially Sophia were great. Sophia helped us setup the room and was very attentive throughout the entire party. The food was great and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place...loved the almond chicken nuggets and the burger!

If you're looking to eat healthy this is not the restaurant for you. But if you want a delicious burger cooked perfectly give it a try.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant via DoorDash, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food arrived hot, fresh, and was absolutely delicious. Although one item was initially missing, the manager, Claudio, went above and beyond by personally delivering the missing dish to our home in Pompton Lakes. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets this establishment apart. The Caesar salad had a homemade dressing that ranks among the best I've ever tasted—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The chef's salad was generously portioned and packed with all the classic ingredients, making it a satisfying meal on its own. The short rib ravioli were a standout, with tender meat and a flavorful sauce that complemented the dish beautifully. The steak sandwich was cooked exactly to my specifications, showcasing the kitchen's attention to detail. It's quite rare for a restaurant manager to personally deliver missing DoorDash items, but as this was my son's mac & cheese dinner, Claudio's gesture was exceptionally commendable.

Exceptional for New Year’s Eve! Chef’s talent and attention to detail shined in every appetizer and main, and the cocktails were likewise delicious and balanced. I really appreciated being able to order off the regular menu on NYE (with additional NYE specials as options). They were super accommodating about removing meat from several dishes, and everything still tasted phenomenal. Hospitality was also a blast from the past in the best way. I called them several times and had a competent staffer answer immediately and go the extra mile in finals days before/of my reservation. They also called me to confirm day-of. Waitress was friendly and attentive. My one tinyyy gripe is that all food orders had to be placed at once on NYE. I don’t even hold this against them because of the holiday, but I’ll always order more when someone lets me hang onto a menu and see where my appetite takes me through the night. I was really impressed with everything about this place. To start, the dinner menu had plenty of options. I decided to go with the chicken with the sauce was fantastic as an appetizer. The mix of flavors with the green onions was a great touch. For my main, I got the Warm Mozzarella, it was definitely a large plate with tomato’s, melted mozzarella cheese which was very good, and 2 pieces of bread, however, the dish was large for the pieces of bread. I ended up having to eat a lot of well flavored cheese and tomato’s. But, no complaints as it was a fantastic dish. The service was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and everything was quick and easy, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere was great too, with nice, romantic lighting. The tables and seating were clean, and the entertainment, including a cool bar near the entrance, made it even more enjoyable. Overall, an awesome restaurant in Ridgewood!

Wow! What a great time. Beautiful deco., warm, inviting, quaint, and fun. PWT staff is attentive and friendly, bartenders are out of this world. My wife and I indulged in banana mojitos that were absolutely perfect. Not overwhelming or overpowering, bringing me to the dinner meñu. Whatever app you choose, (gnocchi is insanely good), the flavors are all there. Freshness you can taste, and just wonderful combinations of flavor in every plate. Portions are good. Highly recommend trying any one of the specials as Chef Sheffler really puts in work. Just delightful. As you can see in my pics, I couldn't wait to dig in even before taking photos! What an awesome time. Can't wait to come back. In spite of the difficulty finding parking, the romantic walk did us good. I know I sound like a commercial, but trust me, you will too.

Grabbed dinner here for 2 people. Great selection of salad and healthy options. For appetizers we got the ribeye spring rolls which were very meaty and fantastic. It increased our appetite for the mains. Then we both got salads with protein added which were generous in serving and kept us very full. The food and the service was great! The waiter made sure we have everything we needed and answered any questions we had. They only offer some wines by glass so heads up for light drinkers. Offers variety of IPAs as well as common beers. Next time I want to try their cocktails and pasta mains as other tables seemed to be enjoying theirs as well. The only downside if I had to say was the indoor was bit echoey during the crowded times which made it bit difficult to have quiet conversations - we had to raise our voices a bit when talking.

Went for early dinner. Seated immediately. Service was excellent. Amazing chicken "tenders" - best ever! Squash risotto with grilled chicken was perfect. We also had salmon on warm brussel sprouts.... delicious! Try the ricotta zeppoles with different sauces and whipped cream. A delightful evening!

All I can say is wow....the food was double my expectations, and I was expecting alot already. The menu is intentionally limited, which makes for a curated diverse selection. Appetizer was amazing, and the sandwiches we got tasted fresher than anything I had in a while. I highly recommend this!!

The food was actually good. They bring to the table these crusty bread with cheese free. The French fries are amazing hand made. I got the burger it was very good but not super crazy about the bun. The appetizer were very good as well.

I was there with a large group (18 people). The service and staff were excellent. I ordered the steak for $52. The steak itself was excellent and tender except for a few strands of connective membrane across the width of the cut. I would not raise the issue were it not for the price, which implies a flawless cut. For the broccoli, I'm not so generous. It was a combination of charred and raw. The fried onions are served in a quantity that suggest they are a fill in for potatoes, though if I ate them all I fear I would still be repeating 5 days later. So: Service Excellent Food Overvalued But we had a great time...

Park West is hit or miss on the food. The menu is somewhat limited (at least in my opinion) and I am not too big a fan. I tend to stay with several appetizers over a main course. The service however is great. There are several servers that keep me going for a quick local dinner out after a long day of work.

Great burger and drinks. Asked for crispy bacon for my burger, not even close. Waitress came by on my last bite and wanted to have the bacon redone. Not the waitresses fault.

Lovely. The brussel sprouts app was delicious. So were the salmon and chicken as mains. Perfect size portions with just enough room for a stellar tiramisu. We will be back. Limited, but well thought out wine list.

The restaurant was wonderful, as usual, but parking was bad, after the snow last week. The sidewalks and streets were clear, but Ridgewood DPW saw fit to pile up the snow and ice at the curb, so getting out of our car on the passenger side was dangerous, especially to senior citizens such as us. More below on Parking. Again, the food was wonderful, but we will not be back after a snowfall.

Nice back patio for outdoor dining. They seemed very careful, cleaning, wearing masks. Food was just ok. Salad better then ribs.

Nice atmosphere and decor. Friendly bartender and staff. The passed around appetizers were very tasty. However some options were unnecessarily complex in my opinion. For the main course. It started with a salad that was nice and simple, but unfortunately over dressed. The lettuce got soggy. Next came the pasta with vodka sauce. This was the highlight for me. Delicious! Plenty of sauce with basil and graded cheese and perfectly cooked pasta. I'd go back for full dishes including this sauce. Then it was downhill from here. The dinner rolls were inedible as they were very dry and stale with a sponge like texture like they were microwaved. The provided plenty of what looked like quality butter, but was unable to sample. The salmon dish was nothing special. It was slightly over and the flavor seemed to be just salt, and too much of it. It sat on a bed of under cooked barley and carrots that was unexpectedly sweet. Not for me. They also served a chicken and steak dish that visually looked good. I'll be returning next week for another party and an update. Thanks.

Really nice local tavern, professional service, good vibe, nice menu. We had spring rolls and a couple of salads with steak and salmon. Steak was really good but the salmon was over cooked and dry. I would ask the server to cook it medium.

The pistachio cream Brussel sprouts were the best thing on the menu. Can’t believe they took this off. We came twice a month for that alone, haven’t been back since they took it off. I’m all for seasonal change but keep the best stuff, or bring it back as a special! Will return when they return.

First time there stopped in spare of the moment. Place was very crowded but we were seated fast outside and it was a lovely night .Service was very good and the food also very good. Highly recommend

Had a late weekend dinner...waitress was satisfactory....ala carte items were delightful.... visited during Sprang break '22....go ahead enjoy the pub.

Stopped here for light eats and wine, and was happy I did. The almond nuggets and truffle fries hit the spot. So good!

Had late night drinks and snacks. Interesting bar menu - huge homemade chicken "nuggets" which were tonkatsu sized. Deviled eggs were good. Nice place for Ridgewood.

Park West Tavern Grill delivers a solid dining experience with some notable highlights. The burger, ordered medium, was cooked well and had great flavor, though the bun could have been better. The beet salad with falafel, however, was a standout—fresh, flavorful, and truly satisfying. The real star of the visit was the Old Fashioned, which was expertly crafted and among the best you’ve had in a while. This spot has a great vibe for a relaxed lunch or a fun gathering over drinks and bar food with friends.

Just amazing food,went for a friends bday we were 7 of us..our booking was for outodoors but change of weather we went inside for lunch and tye server was so kind. Their team was very polite humble. We ordered a lot of food Including cauliflower,cheese platter, eggplant hummus,ravioli,brussel sprouts. No complains everything was just great. Will definately go again.

The atmosphere is great, especially if you like to meet in town for a drink. The service was acceptable. The place was 3/4's full at 9:00. The shrimp appetizer and Cesar salad was delicious. My chicken sandwich was disappointing. However, my husband's hanger steak sandwich was good but bread was soggy. If I go back I would try the hamburger sliders. Overall, it was okay. On a positive note, they offer valet parking on Saturday Night .

I came in on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. My friends and I sat inside and were given brunch menus. It took a while for our waiter to bring water and take drink orders. Once he did, he came back and asked if it's OK if he gives us the regular menu instead of brunch menu (??). I was on the fence between the baked eggs and burger but my decision was made for me. It wasn't a huge deal but still an operational miss. The service was terribly slow and inconsistent (several different wait staff), but the food was great. I got the PWT burger, and it was cooked as asked, juicy and flavorful. Fries were crispy and warm. They did forget the sauces we asked for on the side, but not a huge deal. Overall, the service was slow and inattentive... 2 stars for service, 5 for food.

The food and atmosphere are excellent. The reason it's only 3 stars is that I've been in for both dinner and just drinks at the bar 4+ times where the beer tastes horrible. The first time I thought maybe they had a skunked keg, but after the second time I think that it's probably that the lines need to be cleaned. I've sent the beer back every time and the waitstaff is very nice about the whole and take it off the check, but I think that something needs to be figured out on that. The last time we had the bartender try it (from his own glass), and were across the bar watching and the face he made told us he tasted it too. I will go back because the food is good and the whole family enjoys it, but I will only order wine or soda.

It was a little pricey for food quality. Food wasn't bad just a bit overpriced. Bloody mary came with an actual mini sandwich, which was interesting. Service and ambiance were good.

It's more of a nice sports bar, big tv's at the bar. The food & drinks were good, but average, the staff are pleasant & freindly. Relaxed atmosphere.

I’ve been to this tavern twice, hoping to enjoy the experience, but both visits left me a bit disappointed. The first time I went, there was a long wait, but I decided to be patient. Once seated, I had some drinks and food — the flavors were okay, just average overall. On my second visit, I was again told there would be a wait, even though I noticed several empty tables inside. After waiting about 15 minutes, we were seated at what seemed like the least desirable table. When I kindly asked if there was another option, I was told there wasn’t. The staff weren’t very helpful that day, and the experience felt a little unwelcoming. In the end, we decided not to stay. Overall, the service and attitude here leave a lot to be desired. The food isn’t worth the wait, and the experience isn’t welcoming at all.

Ate outside for lunch on a nice Saturday. Medium crowd, but not full. Slow service getting started. Finally got our order in, and the food came rapidly, thankfully. The burger and steak sandwich were outstanding. Eggplant, so-so. Salads fresh and properly dressed. Overall, they know how to cook, but they need more servers.

The food is good here. They have a beautiful Mother's Day brunch buffet. This place is big, so it is good for large parties. The service was okay, but the waiters sometimes sped by without checking on our table.

While the atmosphere is pleasant enough, and the service was fine, the food selection was limited. The appetizers were good but the steak sandwiches were just ok because the bread was lacking. Tortellini was enjoyed by two of us but still, for the price there should have been a larger lunch selection.

Got the cheese + charcuterie board, it had a few slices of deli meat, a block of blue cheese, a block of gouda that was impossibleto cut with a butter knife, some mustard, jam, 5 mini pickles, 4 olives and 2 slices of bread. It's not even close to worth the $28 price. The mains were just as disappointing. We ordered the sea scallops and the hanger steak sandwich. The scallops were underseasoned, and the sauce was watery and created a small pool in the corner of the plate. The onions on the hanger steak sandwich were mushy, flavorless, and watery. The steak was fine but not worth the price. Our service was good hence the 2 stars. Wouldn't recommend.

The reason for my one star is because of the food. All the staff were lovely, the atmosphere was lovely, but the food was absolutely disappointing. My partner got the skirt steak meal, and even though it was cooked to his liking, he said it was flavorless. My salmon was cooked wonderfully, but the rest of the dish; flavorless. For the amount we paid, the food was not worth it.
