What a little gem of a place! The interior is very nicely decorated (and clean) but the bonus is the great patio in the back. I had the carne asada, carnitas and al pastor tacos and they were all delicious. The carne asada was probably the best I have ever had. Nice amount of spice without being overwhelming. Great prices and great service. David was a delight and super helpful. Food came out quickly and plated beautifully. Will be going here whenever I am in the neighborhood. Would give it more than 5 stars if possible.
This place has great food. The tacos are tasty and have interesting twists to them. The nachos are, usually, freshly made and top-notch. The horchata is hit or miss, but quite delicious when it's on the mark. The churros are amazing and decadent. Their french fries are surprisingly delicious. They do take a long time to prepare your food, so expect a wait.
Soo tasty. The drinks here are very fresh, you can taste the fruit they use and they have a refreshing take on some classic drinks. Their nachos were bomb. At the end, they serenaded me happy birthday with some warm churros, super thoughtful since my mom had only mentioned my bday in passing. The wait staff was very kind, would come here again to try some more items.
The quesadillas are really good. I've ordered from there many times and it still hits the spot. I enjoy the maduros very much and the churros. They have a cute bar there. It can get very busy.
Small Mexican restaurant with a rear deck and small bar. The food here is awesome. The dishes are authentic and fresh and you can certainly tell that from the first bite. This is not a run of the mill cookie cutter Mexican restaurant, the attention to the food is undeniable.
Taqueria Kermes food is so good, you will struggle to not order too much of it, to the point of eating until you feel slightly ill. The burritos are awesome, surprisingly the french fries are actually amazing, and the tacos are on point. They food also arrives incredibly fast. I recommend it to everyone I can who lives in the neighborhood.
I really really enjoy this small but cozy Mexican restaurant, great prices for the amount of food, great costumer service. I really enjoyed the TACOS!!! A lot too choose from when it comes to tacos. Some very spicy so if your not the daredevil type don't dare.
I LOVE THIS PLACE! I stumbled upon this restaurant doing a search for Mexican restaurants. The food is SO FRESH and tasty! I always get the surf and turf taco or the fried fish taco. The Hawaiian quesadilla is divine! (Please do try!). The kermes nachos are also a great starter. I’m sure no matter what you get, it’ll be a hit.
From the first day we moved to our Ridgewood apartment a few blocks down and we had Taqueria Kermes I knew it would be hard to beat. It's been one of the best places I've eaten at in all of New York. I have too many pictures to just share one. The food and drinks are unbelievably delicious and look even more delicious. AND everyone is soooo friendly. Will forever keep coming here ❤️
The flavor in this restaurant is amazing. The owners are super sweet. I look forward to coming here ! Worth every cent, if you want Mexican flood packed full of flavor !
This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the entire city. I’ve been coming for years and have yet to encounter anything other than amazing food. It’s all served and prepared by the nicest cutest family ever and I wish I could spend my holidays with them.
I still dream about the delicious food I ate here a few months ago when I was visiting my daughter in Ridgewood. I will be back!!! This review was from 5 years ago. I was back yesterday and it's still delicious food! Highly recommend.
Honestly, this is the best restaurant in the entire neighborhood! The food is high quality, very decorative, delicious & the prices are affordable! Be sure to order their custom drinks as well, insanely good!
The service here is fantastic food is great i recommend this place 100 percent for Mexican food absolutely love it
This place delivers every single time. The Ala Diablo was so delicious, the fajita tacos are delicious (really all of them are amazing). Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. Great drinks and backyard patio. A must visit.
I want to say that this place is great I think it’s wonderful the service was great! They did have outdoor seating when I went, it was a small backyard the downfall was a lot of mosquitoes but totally worth it! I had street style corn as appetizers and fish tacos as a main course and a churro Sunday as dessert so was it pricey yes a little but I had a full course meal and was well worth the price! I think it’s a pretty authentic Mexican restaurant with new flavors that enhances the Mexican flavor, and I will say the churro Sunday was a bit surprising because it had a hibiscus flower inside that took me by surprise. The margaritas were a little stronger than I’d like the flavor of tequila was to overpowering and wasn’t well mixed. But I’d like to end on a good note that the fish tacos were out of this world I think they were amazing they had new flavors that I hadn’t try before in a tacos and I think it was perfect.
I have been coming to this gem since they opened. Living in Brooklyn can offer variety but can become stagnant at times. So I decided to try this place out since I always passed it on my way home work. The food is amazing. Tacos are full of flavor, Burritos are the best I’ve had in NYC period. I have tried others but they can’t come close. Appetizers are amazing. The presentation of the food plating is unique and the effort to plated it is always beautiful. Drinks are reasonably priced. Their Horchata is one of kind. After years of being a customer, they now serve alcoholic beverages to refresh those taste buds. Overall I would recommend it, as I’ve recommend others in the past. They will not disappoint. One last thing. The Staff is amazing.
I love everything about this place. First and foremost the food is AMAZING! They have a bunch of different taco selections so you can mix and match, tasty fulfilling entree’s, and their cocktails are super delicious as well. Everything on their menu has reasonable prices. The place itself is nice, quiet, and cozy. Its never packed and the staff is always super nice. Been here over 10 times already and haven’t had a bad experience yet!
I frequent there often with my family. The food is great especially the Kermes Nachos and shrimp cocktail and I am not a shrimp cocktail type of person. The Drinks are always good too. David usually helps us and he is very polite and helpful. Great service.
One of my favorite Mexican restaurants. It can get pricy but the food is amazing! Also the drinks are so good. I'm surprised it's not crazy busy and it should be. This place deserves a lot of customers. Staff always friendly and good music!
Cocktail, ask for the 50/ 50. You'll thank me, unless you have several. Then you'll forget to thank me. Can get pricey, but never had a bad or average meal. The chef is insanely talented. The dishes range from really good to absurdly delicious.
Been going here for a couple of years. We’ve eaten tacos at other places but always find ourselves loving the ones from here best. Small family run business that makes every taco combination unique. Their specialty pork belly tacos are great when they have them (on very rare occasions). Sometimes the food can take a while but it’s always comes out good and makes up for it in flavor. Drinks are good (they are on the sweet side though). One of favorite Mexican spots.
Recently moved to the area and was craving Mexican food very badly after a long day of moving stuff into my apartment. Came in and had some of the best guacamole ever! The service is very quick and prompt and the staff are extremely friendly. Nothing is overpriced and the food is amazing!
Love this place.. The corn is delicious
Very good food! Carnitas not usually my favorite, but theirs is fantastic! Shrimp and fish tacos also both very good. Skip the Margaritas, though. They use syrup, and too much of it. The outdoor space is a cute patio!
My husband and I have loved kermes since its very opening, a mainstay for every celebration or night where we just needed a good meal after a long day. We watched their family grow up in their restaurant, the back yard expansion which is stunning and always enjoyed every single second of feeling like home the second we walked in. We have moved to a different state and this is our biggest miss. If you're not going here at all times you're missing out. The surf and turf tacos are the best tacos I have ever had in my life. And the churros.. we can not forget the churros!!!. We miss you Kermes!
I’ve been coming here for years and it’s truly a hidden gem. One of the BEST taquerias in Queens. The food is always fresh, the staff is so kind helpful and overall the food just never disappoints. I’m so sad I moved out of Ridgewood, where I grew up and can no longer enjoy this food anytime I want. I still try to visit when I can, but I have a Taqueria Kermes sized hole in my heart 😫
Been coming here for years and have never left disappointed. The food is phenomenal and leaves you satisfied every time. The family that owns this restaurant is a wonderful group of people and it’s amazing to see the entire family be part of running the operation. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in the area.
A bit pricey but delicious. Burritos are really good. Tacos are great. Camarones a la Diabla is one of my favorite things I’ve ever eaten.
This place has the best guac and chips. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve eaten here and recommended it to friends & family. The birria tacos and drinks are great. Worth the price.
Beautiful outdoor patio. Excellent cucumber margarita and fresh-made guacamole. Kind, welcoming, family-owned neighborhood spot. Always a treat to visit!!! 🌟
Very friendly staff, the food is so tasty it never disappoints. The guac is prepared right in front of you so it doesn't get any fresher than that, the flavor is so well balanced you just want to keep eating.. The Best Mexican restaurant in the area!
Amazing Mexican restaurant. I’ve come here many times over the years and they consistently make delicious food at a fair price. Their filled Churros are the best I’ve ever had. Make sure to try those too!
This place is really the best because they've got the freshest protein, killer fries and guacamole that's seriously addictive. Don't get me started on the side sauces. I dont remember the name but there is an orange tint creamy one that I love. Mind-blowing. If you are in the Ridgewood Queens area be sure to stop by. You will not be disappointed!
This quiet restaurant has decor that is typical of a Mexican restaurant. I ordered a strawberry margarita on two separate visits over here. The first time that I ordered it, the drink was a disappointment. On my second visit, I was hesitant to order a strawberry margarita again because of my experience the first time. The waitress informed me that they had recently changed their recipe and believed that I would like it. I decided to go with her recommendation and I'm glad I did because the new formula is wonderful! My boyfriend and I had an array of tacos with our meals. Our favorites included the Surf and Turf and the Fajita Taco. The fajita taco was so good and I'll definitely be going back very soon for another one. We liked our tacos so much that we ordered another two during our meal. The turn around time for our second order of tacos was very fast and they were just as tasty as the first batch. We also ordered flan for dessert and it had that Goldilocks amount of sweetness where it wasn't too sweet, but wasn't not sweet enough. We loved our food and the quiet environment. The waitress was also very attentive during our meal and attended to us frequently, but not to the point where it would have become annoying. Great food and cute little Mexican restaurant! We'll definitely be back!
I get take out here often, and it's *always* been great. Staff is nice, service is quick, and food is the bomb. Also one of the best burgers in Ridgewood, I swear!
Well i dont really write reviews just a bit lazy🤣, but i really go on checking reviews when im looking for new places to go eat😱. Ok so my first time here, the staff attention super great, good vibe in the place, very chill relax and the food Delicious, just the guacamole and the carnitas a little bit salty nothing to worrie about but the only little complaint thats, would definetly recommended good family spot and seen some gorgeous women here to that come to eat😍🤣🤣🤣 ooo before i forget this Frozen Margarita was on Point🤝
Ok, I’ve left a good review of Taqueria Kermes before and I’m leaving one again. In normal times, the food is excellent and so is the service. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. And now during COVID19, Taqueria Kermes continues to be excellent, safe and clean. Every employee is wearing a mask. The restaurant is spotlessly clean. The food is as good as ever and it’s so clear that the employees really care about safety. The back porch is lovely. The tables out front are lovely. The food is amazing. Take out is super easy and fast. It’s hard to own a business, especially a restaurant, during these crazy times. If you have money to spend on take out, this is the best place on fresh pond road to spend it. Definitely recommend the Hawaiian Quesadilla and the tostadas. Nice mezcal selection too!
What a lovely little spot- so warm and welcoming and the food was absolutely fresh, delicious and generous in portions. The guacamole was outstanding served with warm (!!) lightly salted homemade chips. The service was delightful and we are so grateful for this establishment. Thank you!!!!
I tried this restaurant as a walk in midday. It has a relaxed atmosphere and could seat 4-6 people in the back. I ordered guacamole and chips along with the pork and al pastor taco and it was so fresh and full of flavor. I will definitely come back to try the rest of their menu. Service was patient as well.
Finally I have a favorite place for tacos in Ridgewood! I have been meaning to come here for a while and after a doctors appointment I decided to pick up tacos for lunch. I got carne asada and carnitas tacos and they were sooooo delicious. I loved the tortillas. I got my food super fast and the people were really friendly.
Honestly the chicken pastor burrito is one of the best burritos I’ve ever eaten in my whole dang life. The joint is super cute and the staff is really sweet. 12/10 would stuff my gullet again.
We came as a group, but they were very nice and seated all of us. Great food and good vibes after church! Make sure you have a chance to read everything before you order! They got a lot of good options.
We've been here sooooo many times at the recommendation of a coworker. Genuinely the food is amazing, the workers are so kind, and the atmosphere is great. I love the decorations they have inside. It's so cute. Personally, I get the crispy fish tacos and my boyfriend gets the birria (hands down the best birria) with the guacamole (which they make table side in the cutest little molcajete). Definite go to if we want Mexican food
Every bone in my body wants to gatekeep this place; but when I’m eating in this incredible restaurant it feels illegal that this place isn’t packed. The service is warm and friendly, you feel like family in a sense. The decorations are bright and in each detail a different region and expression of Mexico is ever present. They have a sunny backyard and sunlit seating room. The entry door/ store front ( which is brown and a bit drab) is deceiving in the freshness of the food and atmosphere, as once inside drinks such as the frozen cucumber margarita and literally EVERY TACO makes you want to jump up and confess your love for all things Mexico. Family owned, ran and loved … one of my favorite hidden gems on fresh pond.
The Taqueria is our go-to restaurant and we have the pleasure of dining here at least once or twice a week. The food is always fresh and prepared with love. Some of our favorites on the menu are: the guacamole with chips, made to order at the table, the shrimp Vera Cruz, any of the Burritos, any of the steak dishes. We are also always happy with the specials. Also, everyone loves the Rodeo Burger. And…if you are the mood for a cocktail, you will not be disappointed. Try the Aqua Frescas for non-alcoholic beverages. This is a family-owned restaurant and they are the nicest people you’ll meet. We had my big 80’s Birthday Fiesta at the Taqueria on March 2nd. It was the perfect spot for 28 guests. The food was, as always, amazing. They went all-out with the decorations and treated everyone like family. Everything is done with passion and love.
Taqueria Kermes served, designed and executed a fantastic Mexican menu for our Quinceañera's celebration. Included were the best margaritas in town and definitely the best margaritas we've had all around. Our gathering of 30 family members was perfection. We highly recommend this family owned and operated gem on fresh pond road. Indoors or outdoors in their beautiful garden area will be a great time for all !❤️🇲🇽
This is my new favorite Mexican place in the neighborhood, I am so happy we discovered this restaurant. Adriana was a pleasure, she had everything packed and ready to go so quickly even though it was dinner time. We ordered to go however they have a patio now open in the back so next time we may stay. The food was delicious I got the chicken flautas which was so good especially with the green side sauce and sour cream they included. My husband got the chipotle chicken burrito which was even more delicious. The portion was very generous and we both had food left over.
My absolute go-to Mexican restaurant near my house. Have been eating here for over 5 years. Most of the time it's delivery, but I've sat and eaten here alot too. The tacos are just so good everytime. Great, fresh tasting ingredients and lovely service everytime I go. Don't have any complaints.
Authentic Mexican food with Amazing outstanding service and family feeling. My photos are not able to capture the flavor and love that went into these meals. You have to call or stop by as soon as possible. They are also adhering to all rules to keep you and your family safe. Stop by today!
Fresh, incredibly savory and pretty food! The presentation of the food is beautiful. The chips were thin and flavorful, yet stand up to the guacamole. The Rojas sauce is rich and spicy. The tacos are all thoughtfully crafted and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive too!
Everything about this meal was exceptional! The vibe, the service, the cocktails and wine - and the all-so-important food was the most exceptional element! They have a sign behind the counter that indicted where the CPR machine is kept and I started wondering if it was because they serve tocos so good they could kill you! Highly, HIGHLY recommended!
Food was actually really good. Love the fish tacos. The background music was a little loud and our waiter, even though he was very polite, came and asked us 5 different times how everything was, which got to be kind of oppressive. Would recommend.
Food was bomb! Drinks were decent...not very strong. Waitress messed up my fish taco and wouldn't take it back or bring the correct one. She argues that I ordered what she brought though my friend heard me order correctly. I'd go back but would hope for better service next time
I loved the decor and the vibes is good. The drinks is very good but a bit pricey for the amount that they give you. The food is ok not as I expected. I had a steak burrito and the pieces of meat had veins so it was hard to chew. So not good! But others a nice spot to get some appetizers and a drink or two for a last minute spot it wasn't too bad.
I've only ordered takeout from this longtime neighborhood favorite, but it never disappoints. I usually go for the tacos--they're a bit pricier now, but worth it. I was never a big fan of fish tacos until I tried their "Baja" fish taco; the crispy fried fish is so delicious! The crispy shrimp taco is also great, and the grilled steak taco is another solid choice.
We love this Mexican restaurant went for the first time and oh god the guacamole is made just in front of our table fresh and delicious, I ask for a fish burrito that it wasn’t on the menu and they made it! The hot sauce green and reed was tasty, we had beef quesadillas and plain quesadillas way good, also tried the mojitos great not to heavy on alcohol and refreshing! Definitely coming back!
Went to dinner with some friends and it's the middle of July. We sat UNDER the A/C so we didn't really feel it at all. We all ordered margaritas and they were delicious. All of our food when we ordered it was delicious. But why are the prices so damn expensive? They charge for chips and salsa $4.50 when usually they are free and then they charged $12 for guac and chips when just down the street avocados are being sold for $1 at the cheapest fruit stand in the neighborhood. What a rip off. I don't think I ever wanna come here again. I just can't with the $12 for guac. That's absolutely ridiculous.
I am a long time customer at taqueria kermés, but they really don’t value the potential they can be in the ridgewood/Glendale area. Food is good, but the dam prices is to high. I don’t think they notice the area they are in. THIS IS NOT MIDTOWN, 20 dollars for a burrito is insane. Wake up please!!! the owner can get real nasty with customers always looks like she doesn’t want to be in the business. You guys can be better. Overall great food, but way overpriced.
Was not impress with the restaurant. Before we even had taken our coats off we where told the special of the day. Then asked for our drink order. I asked for lemon and water and however it water with a lime. No chips or dip to start. We ordered guacamole and chips as our appetizer 2 chicken and 2 al pastor chicken tacos. The guacamole was don in front of us. But they didnt explain anything the just went thru the process. That probably was nicest part of going to the place... the. Once our plates were done the waitress took our plates quickly. This a once time place to go check out but not a return again friendly place. .
I've been going here for 10 years. The food IS really good. It used to be one of my favorite spots in NY. Sadly it's gotten kinda too expensive for what you get. A single taco is $6. It also used to be super nice homey vibes inside but they painted it a nasty hospital blue color and switched to crazy bright lights. I'm sad to say you might be disappointed with this spot...
I had not been here for a long time but remembered the food was good and since I was in the neighborhood. I had a burger and my boyfriend had the tacos. I wish I could rate higher but when my food came out I grabbed a handful of cold stale fries just after the plate was placed on the table. Which then just leads me to imagine how long cold greasy fries just sat there and they topped with a few hot ones and served it this way. The burger was decent but over priced and the tacos were good. Not too excited to return here. The space is cute and opens in the back with more tables. However, they did still have Christmas decorations in April.
Food just wasn't good to me, very heavy in taste and grease, and small quantity large price, do t recommend foe authentic Mexican food, don't think the food moves too much here. Tasted old ,not fresh.
We have been going they have for several years now to get their delicious burritos but recently we ordered takeout and we're extremely disappointed when we got home because the burritos were smaller, not till this much and it seems like they forgot the guacamole song, same price though! Not sure if we're going to go there anymore and through the years we've brought several friends who became customers as well.
The owner and the cook are nice people, but it doesn’t matter when a rude girl serves the food. The young girl attitude is terrible. We spent here so much money every time, but that was as too much when the server said “you’re welcome “ after we paid, instead of thank you! That is nonsense and more than rude. We will never go back this place because of this girl.
Okay I’m not gonna lie this place has good food and drinks. The issue is the high price. $24 dollars for a grilled chicken ceaser salad and $11 bucks for an agua Fresca where if you go all down Freshpound the other Mexican restaurants which are authentic and good as well sell the agua Fresca for $6 or so. It is outrageous considering that it caters to the ridgewood queens area. Their turning this into a white washed Mexican restaurant because they want the white people paying more.
I was extremely disappointed with my recent food delivery from this establishment. Not only did they arrive much later than the estimated delivery time, but the food was also overpriced and arrived cold. In addition, the portion sizes were much smaller than expected. The restaurant is only a few minutes away from my house, so the long wait and poor quality of the food were especially frustrating. I would not recommend this establishment due to the poor service and low-quality food
I ordered 4 burritos and French fries with every single one of them. I asked the lady that took my order if any of the items contain meat because we don’t eat meat and the lady said no. After my family and I ate some of the order (out of 4 we all took A half of burrito because they were too oily and the fries were too dark) our stomach felt funny. Two hours later the kids were throwing up and me and my husband had diarrhea. Went to the dr to find out we had food poison! So I called next day explain the situation and the person I spoke to on the phone said the manager will give you a call back, waited a day and called back. Today the manager calls me, I explain the whole situation and her response is I can assure you it wasn’t my food ( I clearly told her the only other food we ate that day was bread with butter which we eat every morning her food was lunch and you can imagine after that we couldn’t eat anything else) so I asked, do you use the same oil to fried any meat or other food, to what she responded yes we use the same oil to fry shrimp and fish. what?????? Wonder why their fries look the way they did! I said to her well that’s exactly what got me and my family sick we don’t eat shrimp or fish, she said well you didn’t tell me you had allergies, I said we don’t have allergies. Are you serious you mean to tell me that using the same oil is not wrong?? Thank God my family is not allergic to seafood. I can’t imagine what would had happen if we ate most of the order. Just disgusting! We paid a total of 58 dollars for 4 burritos and French fries and she didn’t even agree to refund half of it (which I asked her too)
If the food was halfway decent, then maybe you can overlook the absolutely HORRIFIC service. But then again, what's the point of giving this place business if that's what you end up with. Cheap Mexican food with horrible service. Save your time and (over priced) money and find another Mexican spot.
If you're looking for an Mexican spot with real Mexican food, this is definitely not the place to go. The chicken tacos nasty. How can you mess up chicken tacos? The chicken enchiladas was disgusting. The way they looked, taste, just everything. The description on the menu was completely different from when they serve it. Took one bite and couldn’t eat it. There was chocolate on it as well. I was completely dissapointed with this restaurant. I have no idea how they have 4 stars. Smh
After seeing so many good reviews I gave a chance to this place. I ordered two steak burritos for a delivery. The person at the phone was cordial and took the order well, and delivery was fast and took like 20 minutes. BUT… first off, the delivery guy was rude when I tip him whit just 30%, I mean 10 dollars for a 30 dollars order is a good tip. But anyways I went to my apartment to share the most salty burrito I have ever eat in my life, and it was not a one burrito mistake, it was a two burrito mistake, because my wife’s burrito was equally salty. Very disappointed with the flavor.
We have gone many times and we're always happy with the food and service. But we just went again on Cinco di Mayo. What a mistake. They kept the back door open because they had customers in the yard. It was freezing. Everyone had to eat with coats on inside. We told them but all they said was they couldn't close it. Then we all ordered the same tacos as we always do, but this time it was so spicy that we had to say something. Our response was that's the way it is. Well, it wasn't that way the other 5 times we ordered it. There is another place right across the street. Next!
terrible experience , young girl with glasses not welcoming at all had attitude the whole time i was there. Didnt serve water we had to ask about 10 minutes after being there and even then she gave an attitude about getting our waters . Even after the fact she still went to take other orders and ignore our request our water was served 5 minutes later moral of the story do better taqueria kerme and get better caring employees
Service was horrible walked out before even getting served. Young girl with glasses unwelcoming , took our order without even asking what we wanted to drink after almost 10 minutes I called another server over to ask for water and she had an attitude!!! Yeah no I’m all about customer service and I experienced an F+. Side note after reading another review someone mentioned the same thing about place being unwelcoming…..
This place accepts orders from Door Dash when they're not open, and then they blame Door Dash for having the wrong hours (as if there's no way for a business to fix that). No apologies over the phone either, as it was all my fault for trying to place a $70 pickup order.
Lousy atmosphere, crowded, items everywhere. Staff never smiles. So disappointed to see no skirt steak. Ribeyes in a Mexican restaurant - not for me. They don't know what hospitality means. And no chips n salsa.
Taqueria Kermes has always been my favorite Mom and Pop shop for a long time. I don’t live around the area but I am always craving their delicious food. Unfortunately, my recent experience wasn’t the best and I was very disappointed with the service. Our server, a Mexican woman with glasses, was not welcoming at all. She didn't smile and had a very bad attitude throughout our meal. This made the dining experience quite unpleasant. Let’s not to mention, she only brought out one meal for my boyfriend and I when we ordered two, as well as not cleaning up the table and picking up the empty glasses and plates when we were done with appetizers. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers.
They really need to fire her 2 teenagers in order to survive. They don't want to work, you have to walk over to the bar in order to get anyone's attention. You wait 15 min to get water even though there's only 2 other tables with people. Don't understand why keep them as servers when they obviously don't want to be there.
Overpriced. Small portions. Food tastes fine. Ordered nachos, very small, with barely any nachos. Asked for some extra chips since they were cheap on it giving 10 chips. They charged an extra 5$ for chips that should of came with the skimpy nachos. Take two, to-go trays, very tiny trays, had the nerve to charge .50 cents for each one.
I ordered takeout, & the tacos came with a really spicey sauce on them. They did not advise us it was going to be this spicey, and tacos usually don’t come spicy sauce inside, the sauce is on the SIDE. They even put red onions on the tacos, who puts red onions? When I called back, the manager Sandra was so rude on the phone, and it’s a quite a shame you treat your customers this way. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Food is average, could use better presentation and flavoring. Burrito was too mushy. When paying they add a processing fee and when I questioned I was told with an attitude that that is if I pay with credit card but that's not what the receipt says. While I was there other customers were returning food also, I couldn't finish my.
Charged me extra for a container after I payed and gave tip asked for to go and made me pay twice food wasn’t even that good
