Terrible service, awful treatment, they answer without enthusiasm 😕 to new customers. Maybe they have a lot of orders, but this isn't the way to respond to new customers who don't know the menu. You ask them and they give you rude answers.
The service is truly awful because they don't have enough staff. Waiting 90 minutes for food is disrespectful. The only redeeming quality is the service provided by an employee named César Omar, who is respectful in his work and explains things properly. Without a doubt, all the staff should have his experience.
