Stopped by on 9/1 around 2pm , pretty slow location, ate inside food was fresh guy up front was really nice, but the size of the burrito was not even half the size as normal. Don't think I'll come back to this location.

Very disappointed in the portion sizes. The bean & cheese burrito was really flat, not typical of a burrito. I mainly tasted tortilla due to having very little amount of beans and was able to eat the whole burrito in only a few bites. The cheese burger's meat patty was very thin for a burger, I was thinking it had no meat at first since I could barely taste the meat. I sent a picture to my friends who all were making jokes about it. I wish I took a pic of the burrito but that was eaten so quickly. This is not how I remember Baker's at all. I'll give them one more chance and hoping this wasn't a representation of how their food is. Ending on a positive note, the fries were hot & tasty exactly how they've always been.

The manger has terrible customer service skills, didn’t want to give me the corporate number, wanted to charge me extra for a lager fries when the gave me the wrong size and then called the police on me and my family when I came inside to ask for the corporate number and my brother wanted a refund for the food, he told my brother he wasn’t going to give him a refund till I left the store which makes no sense since my brother paid for the food and I was in there to get the phone number he’s very unprofessional and shouldn’t be a manger at all and this was a $60 order I will never give this place any money of mine again and making sure I tell all my family and friends never to stop there again and we normally go at least once a week if not more

$14.95 for a 4 please chicken strips!!! Plus $0.97 for Jalapeño slices these prices are ridiculous I don't mind paying for good chicken strip dinner, but these strips are dried and very small. I will never return to this place.

Gabriel the manager very nasty and rude they said he was the manager well that’s why it in that community they don’t have high expectation for customer service in the community. That’s my assumption because he would rather throw an entire meal away then adjust the customers custom order so I’m quite sure he’s helping this business lose money. He’s gonna still get his little paycheck, teach your employees about customer service and not principal.

So i ordered the double baker with cheese for $6 and change and I haven't been in awhile and the gave me a sad looking burger with lettuce butts and no real lettuce as well as some flavorless patty. Not sure if it was a bad day but you need to step up your burger game!

I used to love coming to Baker’s. What happened? Place fell off super hard. Soulless kiosks have replaced the nice ladies up in the front, food quality has gone downhill, and for some reason it feels dirtier and unhappy being inside this place.

My recommendation? Go to a different baker’s or save your money. This place used to be great but my goodness it’s gone downhill… Dined-in with my 2 year old today around 12pm today and even though the food was cold and almost not edible, that was not the worst part of my experience here. After standing at the register for around 5 mins, I informed the staff that I was ready to place my order. Staff told me to use the kiosk and I informed the staff that I would rather place my order with them. I was then told to wait and they would be out to “teach” me how to use it. Keeping in mind there was no one else in line that they were “helping” as I saw the staff mostly on their phones and talking amongst each other. While ordering at that kiosk was not too difficult for me, it still took me longer to order than it would’ve taken any staff member to help me out (per my request). After I receiving my order I saw the same issue with another customer. There was an elderly disabled man that also asked for help/ to order and the staff was absolutely horrible with the man. I will certainly not be back to this location due to poor food quality and staff unfriendliness. Very disappointed.

Went to this location today 4-17 @ 5:20pm to pick some dinner. Got to the speaker ordered food our dinner. Ordered a #12 combo(didn't get the fries) taco burger with no lettuce or tomato, #1 combo, and a twin kitchen meal with the burger just dressing no cheese and the taco no lettuce or tomato. Got home and very dissatisfied. The burger had cheese. The taco had lettuce and tomato, and the taco burger had lettuce and tomato plus it is cold. This is not the 1st time this location messes up.

I went to Bakers (Main St. 92501) at 11:45pm because my daughter was hungry. I ordered a ground beef hard shell taco and a small fries. No one else was in the drive thru. When I got home my food was tampered with. The workers put extra extra salt on my fries. They also gave me a soft taco with chicken, ground beef, rice, extra extra onions, and who knows what else. I saved the food. I left a message with corporate. I need a refund. I hope those workers get fired. I also will NEVER go there again. I prefer the Bakers on 3rd Anyways. Go there.
