Amazing cute little place. Baristas are super friendly and very kind. He was really helpful in finding a drink that I’d like and even gave me a drink free since it was my first time. The lemon loaf was amazing and looked really cool too. I got a Yuzu coconut matcha and it was great just the right amount of sweetness. Great place to sit and study. They even have little signs that say “sit with me”or “open to a little date” if that’s what you’re looking for. Will definitly come back.

The vibe of Condron is relaxed, peaceful, and slow-paced. What stood out to me about Condron was its atmosphere. It is located on a quiet street that is away from the bustle that your typical cafe is around. The energy from the street permeates into the cafe as well. This would be a good place to have a chat with someone or read a book. I enjoyed their iced Americano and it seems like they use fresh beans that aren't overly roasted or extracted. Condron is a unique café in Riverside.

Got there and the line was long but was quick. Got the usual hot latte no syrups and it was amazing! Opted in for a maple cinnamon roll and it complimented the latte well with its warmth and fluff. Seating gets filled up quickly.

Perfect pull, every time, regardless of the barista. They make good use of their Slayer. Super friendly staff and hipster vibes. My definite go to for espresso in the area.

this coffee shop is located on a pretty quiet street but once you park, you'll quickly realize that the coffee shop is really popular! they were packed inside and it took us a few minutes to order but the young lady behind the counter made the drinks quickly and was nice. they have seating available inside and out which i hope they keep even after CoViD

I come here all the time. The coffee is great, the people are better. I love chatting with Jada, Adrian, and Sophie! They’re super attentive and friendly whenever i stop by. Adrian has the best recommendations, he gives me an amazing drink every time. The only downside when i come here is that it’s always so full of people. Good sign for the business but more seating space would be cool!

Best coffee spot in Riverside. They use a slayer espresso machine . For those who don’t know that thing cost more then a Mercedes . Let’s just say the espresso is epic. The seasonal drinks are hand crafted . Everything here is amazing . It’s a gem

Thank you Condron staff for the lovely visit. The team went out of the way to write the wrong right. Had an oolong peach tea, vanilla latte, and a coffee cake while I worked. The atmosphere was lovely and the cafe was packed. Great place to study or chat with a friend while sipping your favorite brew.

Drinks are great! Lots of places to sit to chat, study, etc. I will say it does get quite loud in there so bring some headphones if your goal is to study. Matcha drink is great! The strawberry matcha drink is a seasonal drink but it’s a must get when it’s on the menu.

When the time came, we both got our drink and burritos. Our drinks were great as always but our burritos were horrendous. My burrito was sitting in a puddle of oil. It looked like it went to a Diddy party. I was so hungry I decided to try it anyways, the whole burrito was full of extremely salty breakfast sausage. There was no egg, no hasbrowns, no nothing. It was served with a side of sour cream, pico de gallo and a hot sauce which I’m pretty sure was just Valentina warmed up in the microwave. This burrito was so bad I actually got offended. Whoever made this burrito was either extremely high or did not care at all about their job. Please, whatever you do, do not get the breakfast burrito. Condron do better - I know you can.

I paid $8 for milk… The barista was distracted by another customer, took forever to make my drink, little to no syrup flavor. Couldnt even bother to exchange it since i was already on a time crunch. The cameras doing the color justice but it was the palest matcha ive seen coming out of this shop.

So I just stood there waiting for my order and then he never called it out until I went to the other side and asked if that was my order 😒

My coffee and/or matcha hasn’t been nearly filled to the top of the cup the past 3 visits. I’d say there’s an inch of room at the top of the cup. The lattes are insanely sweet, and way too milky. It seems like the new baristas have the ratios messed up. I also haven’t had a pleasant experience with the new workers once. They don’t interact and sometimes don’t even ask what I would like, they just wait for me to say something. I sadly haven’t wanted to get a drink here for a while.

I had high expectations for Condron Coffee but was unfortunately disappointed. I tried an iced matcha (no sweeteners), and it was flavorless and overly milky. My wife ordered the brown sugar iced coffee, which was also bland and watered down. We also tried the turkey melt—while not terrible, it left me with an upset stomach for the rest of the day. I really wanted to like this place, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. The employees also seemed to be having a rough day, as they weren’t very friendly.

Good lattes, bad attitudes and prejudice vibrations due to my shade of skin. Everyone before me(light skin) got greeted with a “CHEERS enjoy” with a big smile after getting their drink. Except for my friend and I. No eye contact and no response even after i said thank you so much after getting my drink. Even after the people behind us getting their drink as we were walking out MY EXPERIENCE. Would not recommend coming here if u are a shade above of light.

I came across this coffee shop a while back and any time I'd be in the area and needed to do some work l'd choose this place due to its aesthetic atmosphere. However..... their customer service is horrible. I want to say it's been maximum five visits I have made to this shop and every time it's not the best. I felt the service got worse with time. I came in today around 3:30pm since I needed to wait some time before meeting friends for dinner down the street. Thought I'd give it another chance and definitely confirmed this place has no hope. The guy at the register was too into his conversation with the female barista that it took him a minute to direct himself to me as I waited by the register. From the moment he directed himself to me he clearly was not interested in engaging and had the most apathetic attitude. I understand working at coffee shops is the "vibe" but acting like you're too good to engage with your customers is not it. This is the same issue I have come across with this staff. Definitely ruined the quality and experience of this place. Do not recommend for future coffee fanatics in the area.
