A 5 year in n out employee who moved across country and came back to visit of course had to get in n out ! This location did a Fantastic job! Great customer service and accurate order taking and my burger is slightly complicated they nailed it. Fantastic bun toast, and beautifully cooked meat, board person made a beautiful bottom with all correct ingredients & the fry person served up perfect portions, beautiful melt on the cheese. All food was HOT! Every clean environment! Hats off to the morning crew today as they worked so well together !!

Best burger restaurant ever! What can I add to this review that would make anyone trust In-N-Out Burger anymore than they already do? The answer is nothing. This burger restaurant in Riverside has the same consistent quality that I have grown accustomed to here in Southern California. Despite what seems like a long line, the cars move quickly and you are served quicker than expected.

The good ol’ In-N-Out at Cali! Had a craving that suddenly came at late night, decided to make a quick stop at this location. First of all, my god, the staff were more than friendly and professional at keeping the place not only clean, but also fresh! (Restocked continuously, fountains filled with all necessary details,etc) Although, the speaker calling out the order number ready was a bit loud for my taste, it accomplished its mission as everyone was on spot when the number was called. Double Double hit my weakest spot for the love of burgers, yet the paired fries were as good as it can get. Tell me, if you don’t order milkshake, why visit? ;)

Simple the best! In-N-Out Burger is always on TOP! 4by2 protein style and you are melted 🤤 fresh, hot and delicious like nothing else. Their fries are boomb too. Maybe not too healthy but from time to time you can spoil yourself with them. They are doing really great food for cheap! #respect! Clean inside, most of the time one person walking through restaurant and clean it. Super nice! Remember to change towels between cleaning tables. Clean restrooms. No complaints at all! Definitely recommend and MUST TRY in CALIFORNIA

For the most part this In N Out is pretty good. There's only been a couple times where the order taker at the counter was not very good. Today I had to repeat and review my order 4 times and with a second person on the 4th time. Majority of the time the employees are on point and friendly. It's mostly clean except when they're super busy but that's understandable. The last couple times I went and ordered to go my animal fries were not served very good. They slapped the spread and the onions so sloppy most of it ended up inside the container and not on the fries. You guys can do better than that!

They built this one smart. In N Out is famous for having a slammed drive thru and in some cities it spills out to the street. That never happens here. There's a huge parking lot shared with a gas station and the line wraps around itself. I feel bad for the other businesses in their parking lot because there's constant drive thru traffic, but it moves quick for how many people are usually waiting. It's right off the VB exit and other than being bombarded with the smell of burgers it's caused some congestion on the off ramp from people wanting their burger.

I always leave 5-star reviews for In-N-Out because they consistently have the best burgers and the best customer service. However, this time, I was met with some rudeness and what seemed like annoyance from the cashier. The lady taking the orders, Yajaira, didn’t provide the warm, friendly service I’ve come to expect. We greeted each other, and I placed a simple order: one Double-Double, animal style, with extra spread. She looked at me like I was asking for the impossible and said, “Extra spread?” I said, “Yes, please” — which I’ve been ordering for the past 10 years. She responded, “Animal style already comes with extra spread, in case you didn’t know.” I smiled and said, “Can I have extra extra then?” She huffed and tapped on the screen. I also felt rushed and a bit pressured when I was trying to decide what else I wanted to order, which made the experience uncomfortable. Normally, In-N-Out staff are super patient and helpful, which is why this stood out to me. I don’t think it’s fair to leave a one-star review over a single off interaction, especially when In-N-Out usually delivers excellent service. I just wanted to share this moment in hopes it was just an off day for Yajaira.

I've been to a hundred in n out locations, from fisherman's warf to kingman az. This place was the dirtiest I've ever seen. Trash under tables,the waste bins inside full to the top. Watched the day manager walk right past a busted spread packet at the entrance. Hot peppers on the floor. First time I've ever been disappointed in a location. Food was good as always.

Friday night, crazy busy inside & drive thru line is 40 cars deep, waiting in line from just pulling in to leaving with food took estimate 35-40 minutes. We had to pull around to the front to park because they had forgot to give us part of our order. Went inside, showed them our receipt & they made another burger (cz they forgot this item) & gave us regular fries (even though we ordered & receipt stated animal style burger & fries). It was a missed order in drive thru & a wrong order from inside. We waited long enough & just left with wrong burger & fries.

Always an issue at this in n out. Got this burger wrapped terribly there was ketchup all over the bag and my shakes were liquid once received.

09/17/2025 at around 5pm. I stoped by to order french fry for my son. I had to wait almost 40mins just for two fries. The girl who prep the fry just ignored my order. Also the fries was very salty I saw the girl who prep the fries already sprayed salt and another girl passed by and sprayed salt again. These people ran around looked like so busy but it wasn't that busy. Very low job quality and the fries taste very salty. The person who order after me even got her food before my just two fries.
