I love this restaurant, the pizza is delicious, Carol and Rosa are very kind people and they always treat me super well.

First off thanks to Yesenia at the front, she was all by herself and it was busy and she still got me my food in a timley manner. She is the reason I will be coming back again. Now I Ordered a lunch special which came with a individual sized pizza (4 slices), a small salad, and a small drink. All for 12 bucks which isn't too bad of a price. The pizza was nice and crispy and wasn't super greasy. I do reccomend coming if your around but hope it's not super busy since the building is a bit smaller

This pizza changed my life it has been extremely hard to find a good slice out here in so cal, so when my son said we should try this place I was skeptical. When I tried it though all my worrys washed away this is great pizza! I strongly recommend you try. And that is just the good the workers are great and just overall everything was excellent 10/10 would go again

Amazing spot with friendly and welcoming staff! The price is very reasonable—$40 for two large pizzas and an order of pasta is a great deal, especially compared to nearby competitors charging $50 for just two pizzas. If you choose to dine in, you can even enjoy a beer with your meal, which adds to the overall experience. It’s a perfect place to bring your family, with great food and a laid-back atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Pizza Factory continues to amaze with how kind hearted all of their employees are. Today I got an extra large pizza, wings, and garlic bread. The food here is always hot and made fresh. There’s no other pizza place I’d rather go to for any of my events.

The pizza was great but the employees were on another level!! A friend and I came here to grab a bite in the middle of our study sesh- the cashier was kind snd nice enough to let us continue studying in the restaurant. The seating was comfortable, bathrooms were clean and employees were attentive and kind to all needs. Prices were fair too! Definitely coming back here 🙌

10/10 pizza spot!! As a regular customer, the service is great. The whole team is very welcoming and the food is always delicious. I enjoy dining in, this location is very clean. I highly recommend bringing your friends and family. Best pizza spot in town!!

I often frequent the Pizza Factory because I go to the coffee shop next door. My first time in Yesenia was extremely helpful and patient while I figured out what I wanted to order. She recommended a few options and informed me about the daily lunch slice. The restaurant and bathroom are clean, which is sometimes rare for a fast-paced environment. Yesenia always remembers my face and asks me how I enjoyed my last pizza. Even when they are busy, the workers are transparent about the wait times and update you with your order. I ordered pizza again today, and Daniel and Yesenia made my experience smooth and efficient. Daniel finished cooking my pizza in about 15 minutes. If you are around Van Buren, please stop by the Pizza Factory and get yourself a pizza and a drink!

We have been here twice and both times have been positive. The first time we came in the staff gave my girls raw dough to play with and they were trying to toss it up in the air. There is clear glass and they were able to see the pizza maker toss our pizza in the air. Second time around, after placing our order, my husband asked if they can cook it a little longer to get that crunchy crust. When it's done, one of the staff members comes to out table and asks if it looked crunchy enough? We said yes it looks great and he said great I'll go cut it up for you guys. That was very kind and it shows that they care about customer service. The pizza is always delicious and the staff always kind and friendly. Thank you.

These guys are friendly, quick, and desire to make you happy. Came by to grab food for my family and the front counter attendant, Gabby, was very up-to and made sure my order was accurate before putting everything in and, even when swamped, was professional and positive while interacting with me. The managers, Steve and Andrew, were HIGHLY interested in making sure I was impressed with this establishment, from thanking me for my service in the military and asking me about it to holding my order a bit longer so that they made sure my calzone was properly done. While waiting, I even overheard them talking about making sure someone on the phone knew that they could save money by ordering an item in a certain way, which was amazing to hear considering these guys are pretty new to the area. The atmosphere in-house is very friendly, with family-friendly radio playing and the PF team making sure everyone gets their food as accurate and premium quality as possible. I've been to Pizza Factory's back when I was a kid, so I had a bit of an expectation on what to expect. The team at this Pizza Factory were STELLAR in their conduct and performance, the food looks and tastes amazing, and my expectations were surpassed in every way! Thanks, Pizza Factory! 5 out of 5

Great service. Good pizza. Clean seating area. Clean kitchen. The pizza is in the top 10% of equivalent carry outs. Better Lil Ceasars Domino's and equal to Papa John's if not better. Great tasting sauce and ingredients. My only complaint would be the crust was a bit thinner than what I'm used to. The big plus is the price. GREAT PRICES!! BIG MENU!!! They have Calzones salads and got sandwiches. I'm going back because it's a great place. I'm going to order calzones and sandwiches. Then I'll update this review. Pizza Factor is my new pizza place. I think I can over look the thin crust because they taste dang good.

Great service. Good pizza. Clean seating area. Clean kitchen. The pizza is in the top 10% of equivalent carry outs. Better Lil Ceasars Domino's and equal to Papa John's if not better. Great tasting sauce and ingredients. My only complaint would be the crust was a bit thinner than what I'm used to. The big plus is the price. GREAT PRICES!! BIG MENU!!! They have Calzones salads and got sandwiches. I'm going back because it's a great place. I'm going to order calzones and sandwiches. Then I'll update this review. Pizza Factor is my new pizza place. I think I can over look the thin crust because they taste dang good.

We all burned our mouths from the sauce, which tells me they have the dough sitting out, then pour boiling hot sauce on top, then melt the cheese in the oven. This means the cheese cools down much faster, but take a bite, and the sauce will burn you. After about 15 minutes, the whole pizza turns into flavorless cardboard. That's fine if it were a $5 cheese pizza, but it's a $20+ dollar pizza. boneless wings were dry and soggy. Which means they probably don't use a fryer. It's probably frozen and then reheated. They had no crunch to them. They also have no clue about the seasoning that goes into the sauce, so hope you don't have any food allergy because nobody there can tell you what's in the pizza sauce. To be fair, the staff were friendly and the restrooms were clean. Just too much money without the quality to go with it.

Great pizza horrible delivery service!! My son ordered pizza for himself and our family! We love the pizza but once again we didn't receive our complete order! Came in, tried to order and was immediately told it's a 45 min wait because of online orders 🤔 .... but I'm here. There's no separate line for online orders? So confused. Anyhow, I don't know how the food taste. I left for Domino's
