I had bone-in buffalo wings also garlic parmesan bone-in wings very good. Remember to order ahead of time as it takes about 20 minutes for them to cook your chicken fresh

They actually try their best to get your order finished as soon as possible whether it’s carry out or dine in. I’ll take the drive to this location over any other in riverside specifically for their customer service.

Came here to grab a quick bite and let me just say that the service was AMAZING 💖 Yesenia is very friendly and efficient at her job and makes sure to keep the restaurant very clean. By far the best Wing Stop I have been to.

This Wingstop is hands down the best store to go to if you are in the mood for wings! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly atmosphere and inviting feeling! The cashier Reiyna was so sweet and helpful in explaining the flavors and what is popular right now, she didn’t make us feel rushed as we browsed the menu. Once our order was placed and she kept informing us on how long it would be which was not long at all. Normally we wouldn’t leave a review but we felt she went a above and beyond to make sure our first time in a wingstop wasn’t our last. Her service alone was enough to make us come back for more! The food was absolutely amazing! We had the garlic parm wings and Korean spicy!

First time coming to this location, I was already upset because I called twice and they didn’t answer my phone call so I could place my order. The guy helping me when I got there was really nice. But when I got to my car and I checked my wings I seen that they were not covered in sauce the way they should be, if I wanted plain chicken tenders, I would go somewhere else for that.

Huge disappointment! I used to love 'dry' Louisiana rub wing, but stop going since covid. Today i was excited to order it again for my kids because it was late for me to cook. From the time i pick up the to go box and snift it. It didn't smell the same. When we ate it. It is not dry at all, in fact it is wet and kinda soggy. It was not very appetizing, the spice taste and smell different too. What a shame, don't think i will order from wingstop ever again. My kids ate only one wing and the other one took only 1 bite , told me they prefer the 'copy cat' Louisiana wings that i make at home during covid time which they love a lot. If you used to order Louisiana wing from few years ago before covid, you will know what i am talking about, it used to be very crispy with dry Louisiana rub, not soggy sitting in grease like the one I received today. Seasoning is off too.

Definitely better wingstop locations, this one happened to only be the closest one to me. Ladies working the front were loud and forgot out us. We went for a order, said our name, they said it wasnt ready and they’ll call us shortly. We waited 5 minutes.. then 10… then 15… then 20… watching countless customers come and go. Then an order for a doordash was ready and one of the ladies called it out loud saying it was ready. All while we were still waiting. So then I had to go up to her and let her know we are STILL waiting for our order and she just looks over to the counter for pick up orders and grabs a big bag and hands it to me. Turns out it was ready MINUTES before but they just never bothered calling out my name. Food itself was OKAY. Fries were soggy from them just sitting out, and some of my wings were also not cooked thoroughly all the way through. Some were so badly undercooked I spit multiple of my wings out.

So I placed an order for pick up, and I’m pretty disappointed and upset since it’s becoming a consistent issue. Both times my wings are little scrap pieces not full pieces and I ordered an 8 count boneless meal, not acceptable. It’s pretty ridiculous, I included a picture. I won’t be coming to this location again. Do better.

I wanted to share my recent experience with my order, as it has left me quite upset and frustrated. On 11/25/2024, I placed an order for a 10-piece corn at 12:09 PM, which was estimated to be ready in 16-21 minutes. This was no problem for me, as the location is on the way to my next appointment. I arrived at 12:30 PM, the time the order was supposed to be ready, but when I checked in, I was informed that the order was not prepared. The lady at the counter told me she would start making it at that moment. While this was a bit inconvenient, I remained patient, expecting my order to be ready shortly. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the employee was on her personal phone while I was waiting. It felt unprofessional and added to my frustration. At 12:56 PM, nearly 30 minutes after the initial pickup time, my order still wasn’t ready, and I was running late for my appointment. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication, combined with the employee’s lack of attention, was extremely disappointing. I have always had great service at this Wingstop location, which is why this experience was especially frustrating. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving your service and preventing similar issues in the future.
