Do not come here their service is good but I ordered my pizza they asked me to wait 15 minutes and as I was getting my pizza while I was inside waiting the tow truck comes and starts to tow my truck away and my girlfriend is outside while I was getting the pizza and she tells them why are they taking our car. This spot will get your car towed even if you were waiting inside for your pizza. There’s my receipt.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews and I try to give everyone grace, but this is honestly the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to. I’ve been here about four times only because it’s the closest one to us, and every time it’s been a letdown. There’s an American male employee with a mustache who usually wears a hat, and he is consistently rude and unaccommodating. It makes the experience uncomfortable from the start. The wings are always dry, which is disappointing because Pizza Hut is known for having good wings, just not at this location. The pizza is messy. They also almost always forget my ranch, even though I’m paying extra for it. Pizza Hut isn’t the cheapest pizza option, so you expect the service and quality to match the price, but that hasn’t been the case here at all. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or not, but whoever is in charge really needs to step in before this location does more damage to the brand.

So I never like doing reviews on anything but this time I think it deserve my time doing it. So I came to this location on mission riverside I order my food and spent over $86 dollars and I took two bills of 50 to pay and they didn't received of because they don't larger bill only 20s and down which is pretty stupid because I'm spending more than 75 dollars. For that reason I give this place a 1 star review.

ABSOLUTELY HOSTILE MANAGEMENT! This store needs a major corporate cleanup. The manager (young woman, REFUSED TO GIVE HER NAME) was caught LYING, mocking a person with a hearing impairment, and showing blatant, childish arrogance when I came to pick up a DoorDash order. The situation escalated when a second manager (Name "Beth") COVERED UP the misconduct and accused me of having a 'FAKE NAME.' I offered to verify my ID with the police, and young woman manager still REFUSED TO IDENTIFY HERSELF. This is not bad service; this is DISCRIMINATORY, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNETHICAL behavior. Corporate needs to step in and fire the manager immediately. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS

This chick manager is completely rude to the delivery people, she's always giving them attitude and talking down to them. When they try to explain something, she just keeps making fun of them with her crew and cracking up to mess with them

Buy a pizza get a second one free on Tuesdays. I order 1 large 1 topping and the second pizza exactly the same and still $32 bucks! What a rip off. Don't fall for the buy one get one free. The deal was take out only.

I ordered a large stuff crust well done and a medium pizza well done both weren't well done at all still tasted like raw dough... they barely put any sauce on it horrible. I ordered a pan pizza for the medium one and they gave me hand tossed which had very little sauce on it very very disappointing I didn't get to enjoy my pizza it was a waste of $31.00.. I called the store back 3 times no reply is there a number I can reach to talk to someone higher then a store manager?

I am very disappointed with this place. First of all, my daughter wanted pizza and I had to order it and have it delivered to the hospital. She was in a major accident. I was blessed to find a place that delivers. I'm on a budget. I was only willing to pay under 20.00 total The young lady assured me my card would only be charged 19.00 with her discount. She lied and charged me 23.00. Causing me to not have enough money in my bank account for my deposit for the hotel. I needed that price and pizza hut employee lied and took advantage of me. I'm very upset that I was OVER CHARGED. THE EMPLOYEE REASSURED ME ONLY 19.00. I Was not charged what I was told. I don't think she realizes what kind of problems she caused me.
