Came by for Friday dinner on opening week. Amazing! The wait time the accuracy the entire service was great. The food was just what we have been needing on our side of town. I added a chicken cutlet to my Spicy Vodka pasta and amazing ! The calamari wasn’t rubbery
This has 100% been the most fantastic experience for both food and service we have had since moving to Salt Lake. The staff are so upbeat and friendly and the food was amazing!!!! I could have sat there for hours enjoying the whole atmosphere!!!! We have just moved here from Australia and the team helped us with recommendations for things to do here in Utah as well as tasty choices off their incredible menu!!! This was a 10 star experience for us and we will absolutely be back as regulars. ❤️
The second I found out North Italia was coming to utah I made a reservation on their opening day. Since it’s opening, I’ve probably been there 10 times and it never has disappointed. Some items I would recommend are the pesto pasta, the Cacio E Pepe pizza, Caesar salad and you must get the white truffle garlic bread. Also, the ambience in the restaurant is amazing whether you wanna sit inside or outside both are great options and won’t disappoint.
North just opened a couple weeks ago and it’s definitely worth a visit. Everything from the atmosphere to the appetizers to the main courses was really great. Friendly service, food was hot and fresh, and this will likely become our new Italian go-to that’s closer to home than Salt Lake itself. Highly recommend!
North Italia in Riverton, Utah, is one of those restaurants that manages to feel both upscale and approachable at the same time. Located in the beautiful Mountain View Village, it delivers a polished Italian dining experience without ever feeling pretentious. From the moment you walk in, the space feels thoughtfully designed—modern yet warm, with an open kitchen that adds a sense of energy and connection to the food being prepared. The menu is loaded with fresh, handmade options. You can tell they take their craft seriously here. The white truffle garlic bread was the perfect start—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with flavor. We also tried the bolognese and the fig & prosciutto pizza, both of which were fantastic. The pasta had that perfectly tender texture only fresh pasta can deliver, and the pizza crust had just the right amount of chew and char. Service was a highlight. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without hovering. It felt like the staff genuinely wanted us to enjoy our evening, and they hit the mark. Even during the dinner rush, everything ran smoothly, and the vibe remained relaxed and enjoyable. They also have a great drink menu, including a solid selection of wines and some craft cocktails worth exploring. If you’re looking for brunch, I’ve heard good things and plan to go back to try it—dishes like the cannoli French toast sound like a must. All in all, North Italia is a fantastic spot for date night, dinner with friends, or even a solo treat-yourself meal. The combination of quality ingredients, sharp execution, and great service makes it a place you’ll want to return to again and again.
Had a wonderful experience, it was soooooo good! Dylon was the server and he was awesome, hope I spelled his name right. 😬 Food was delicious
The food was as good as everyone said. By far the best things we ate were the eggplant parmesan and the Margherita Pizza
First of all, congratulations on the wonderful training in customer service! Top notch training and care for customer's needs. Brittanie was our first experience, and she was wonderful with my daughter's allergies!!! The food was really good. The carpaccio had a wonderful sauce that I really liked. It was different from other carpaccios I've had, and I would definitely go back for more. My daughter had to work, so they were accommodating in getting her food out first and also getting a to-go box so she could leave. Our food overall was delicious! I got the ribs that were made to perfection. I loved the veggies with it. I think the only thing I would suggest and change was to put a bit of gorgonzola or another strong cheese with the risotto for more flavor. Now I want to talk about the ambiance. It was perfect. I felt like I was traveling. It didn't feel like Utah. Everything was great!
The food, cocktails, and ambiance here are great. And finally a place in Riverton with good lighting that isn't blinding. However there is one thing North Italia needs to fix: they put a balsamic flair on way too many menu items and do not call it out in the descriptions. Such as the "Grilled bread with Olive Oil". This comes out doused in vinegar. And it is not mentioned on the menu. Please call this out on the menu or just don't do it. Leave a small jar of it at the table if people want it. Some people, like me, can't stand the taste of vinegar and this is a menu killer. Even the Salmon came out with a perimeter drizzle of balsamic for no reason. Otherwise I liked everything we had.
My hubby and I dined in around 8pm on Monday night and we absolutely loved it! We understand when a new restaurant opens it takes some time to work out the kinks so in all honestly yes it took about an hour for our main course to come out but we got our appetizer fairly quickly and since the food took longer than expected the manager and our server were extremely communicative through everything so we weren’t worried at all! The garlic bread was 10/10, got marinara on the side to dip as well. I got the chicken parm which was INCREDIBLEEE. And my hubby got the throttle presto pasta, also amazing. Yes the food took sometime but overall we had such a great experience there. The service was top tier from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out. EVERYONE, people that weren’t even out server would say hi as they walked by and check in which I thought going that extra mile was amazing! We will definitely be back😍💜
We went to brunch for the first time and the food was amazing! I had the smoked salmon avocado toast and a beautiful Pinot Grigio. Our server, Nessa, was attentive and polite. We are already planning to go back this weekend.
The food & cocktails were wonderful. The service was fantastic! Their entire staff was amazing-so sweet! We will definitely be back. 🤩
Beautiful dining . They have kid menus too! The food was amazing ! Our waiter was amazing as well! We got kids cheese pizza ceases salad Parmesan eggplant and a bolognese plate! Sooo good. There was 2 adults and 2 kids and this definitely is fine dining and amazing food so expect the pricing!
Haven't even received our check yet and I’m already eager to give this place my review. So so so good, this place was incredible. Beautiful evening to go out on a date, nice and romantic environment, Excellent service from Emily (who deserves a raise, she's amazing) who went above and beyond, split our shared meals so nicely and everything. Definitely adding onto my list and coming back. Kale salad was amazing, chicken parm soooo good, and garlic bread amazing.
North Italia in Riverton was absolutely delicious! From start to finish, everything we ordered was amazing. We loved the truffle breadsticks they were packed with flavor and so addictive. The drinks were super refreshing and well made, and our entrées were cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was great, the service was friendly, and the food was truly outstanding. Overall, North Italia gave us such a great dining experience. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re craving quality Italian food!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience at North Italia in Riverton! The food was incredible fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive; everyone was attentive and friendly from start to finish. A special shout-out to Kabe, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. Definitely one of the best dining experiences in Utah can’t wait to come back!
Wonderful place! It was packed and after a bit of a wait for my food it became apparent why. I had the ravioli and it was absolutely delicious. The drinks were some of the best I've ever had. Myself and 2 friends must have sampled all their cocktails. Definitely recommend for a good date night with reservation. Or if you don't mind sitting at the bar, you can get a spot quicker.
One of our favorite restaurants in Scottsdale, AZ. So glad to see it came to Utah. The entire meal was fantastic and the restaurant’s ambience is top tier. Standouts were the pesto chicken pasta and butternut squash risotto. Definitely will be a regular spot for future date nights.
I LOVE this place. Their food is incredibly fresh and thoughtful. Our waitress told us they locally source the ingredients and what they can’t source from here in Utah, they import from Italy. Every single drink and food item that I’ve tried has become my new favorite. The kids meals are huge. I love that the staff don’t wear uniforms — it’s fun to see their unique style. The patio has shades in case it gets too hot and sunny where you’re sitting. I recommend this place to literally everyone.
I went to North Italia for dinner and had a great experience. We ordered the beef carpaccio, seared scallops, spicy rigatoni pasta, and started with a pitcher of sangria. The restaurant itself is modern, cozy, and spacious, making it a great spot for date nights, group dinners, or just sharing appetizers and drinks with friends. The beef carpaccio was definitely the highlight of the meal—absolutely delicious. The scallops were cooked well and paired with risotto, but the risotto was a bit underwhelming in flavor and appearance. The rigatoni had a nice kick and was very tasty. The sangria was on the sweeter side, which I enjoyed. Prices are affordable for the quality, and the place tends to get pretty packed, so I recommend making a reservation, especially for larger groups. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu.
We have recommended this place now many times after only having tried it once. We loved the food and had FANTASTIC service! We made a reservation for a Saturday evening and we're called in right on time. We got a little bit of everything as we had 6 people in our party and everything was delicious and had great sized portions. My favorite was the chicken parmesan with the tastiest pasta but the salmon was a close second! We also tried a couple appetizers which were also very good. We will definitely be back!
First time in today for a late lunch/early dinner. Not busy on a Friday at 330pm. Our server Hannah was pleasant and attentive. We had cocktails, appetizer of the truffle garlic bread (was good but very small bites, some of them burnt, smothered with the butter, wished it was more to the side- though the presentation was lovely, not sure why its $16 though seeing as its like half a piece of bread), entrees (garlic knot sliders were excellent and very filling, stromboli, and the eggplant sandwich), and a dessert (the donuts with lemon curd and blueberry sauce-amazing). All excellent! Loved the atmosphere and decor of the dining room. Can't wait to come back again to try more of the menu items.
The Breakfast Mule cocktail was refreshing and tasty. The Grilled Bread & Good Olive Oil appetizer is a must. So delicious! The Pig pizza was so good (the dough is bomb). The Squid Ink Tonnarelli wasn’t bad but it’s nothing I would order again. Service was great and the atmosphere was lovely. We will be back!
If you’re in the mood for Italian, look no further than North Italia! The food here is so fresh and made from scratch. The white truffle garlic bread is to die for!! I loved their lumache pasta, the pasta was perfectly al dente! The desserts are phenomenal too. They have a full bar, plenty of large family seating, a family bathroom with a changing table, changing tables in the M and W restrooms, and a very open and spacious waiting area. Our servers were Jade and Ryan and they were both so nice! Everyone here is so friendly, professional, and happy.I highly recommend North Italia!
This is yummy Italian food. It's a bit on the pricey side but worth it if you are looking for a fancier fare. The hostess said 30 min wait but we ended up waiting about 80 min. That was my least favorite part, but it also means people were enjoying themselves. The peach mocktail was light and refreshing. The arancini was super creamy with good peppery balance. The star was the garlic bread with truffle ricotta.....unreal good. The Margherita pizza bomba style needs to be on your order. They have a good cheese ratio. The crust is good. I love the brushed oil and salt to give it a bit more pizzazz. The bomba style is a creamy cheese and calabrian chili dip that elevated the already good pizza. I wished I saved some garlic bread to dip in the bomba. The blognese was good, but not as amazing as everything else. We got the donuts for dessert. Light and airy. The creme is a little thin. The strawberry coulis is great! Alexis was very attentive as our server in spite of a busy Friday night. The manager stopped by several times as well. Very good hospitality.
We went here for our son’s birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. Our daughter had been here recently and suggested it, and we are glad that we came back and tried it ourselves. We started off with the grilled bread with olive oil, which is a must to get the night started. Fantastic olive oil with balsamic and grated Parmesan. We picked the spicy rigatoni, tortellini, chicken pesto, and the prosciutto pizza. All of the dishes were fantastic and our top favorites were probably the rigatoni and the chicken pesto. Wrapped up the dinner with a tiramisu, which was enough to split between several people We will definitely be back and happy to have this close by so that we can get some quality of Italian food without having to drive to downtown Salt Lake
Handmade pasta and you can TELL! Perfectly cooked and the sauces on the Trottole and the Bolognese were unique and flavorful. The pine nuts and crispy capers with the chicken pesto sauce tie the whole dish together! Opening night, so I’ll give management and the waiters credit for handling a bit of chaos. They’re obviously still getting a feel for things, but I imagine in a month from now, they’ll have their feet under them. Atmosphere was on POINT. Very Italy; very classy! Overall great value for the price, and will be coming again (and again!).
Went here from my mom’s birthday lunch today. We LOVED IT! We usually avoid Italian restaurants, since a lot of my family members have gluten allergies. This restaurant was super flexible and accommodating to the allergy, which we really appreciate! The restaurant is super cute and well decorated, we sat on the outdoor patio. Our waiter, Brett was very kind and attentive and made sure my mom had a great birthday lunch. The rest of the staff was super friendly and helpful as well. The food was well presented, and tasted great, we had the Bolognese, hot honey prosciutto pizza, one of the charcuterie boards, and a super yummy affogato for dessert. It was all amazing! Thank you thank you! Can’t wait to keep coming back here.
This location has just barely opened! The food is excellent! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Our waiter, Ethan, was very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions or get us something we needed. The restaurant is very clean and organized. If you sit on the far side of the restaurant, you can see the kitchen staff working which is fun. They have a family bathroom which is such a blessing when eating here with children. There is plenty of parking and tons of other shops around after you eat some awesome food. Everything was great! I highly recommend North Italia!
We went here for a date night and couldn’t have been happier with the choice. Everything was on point. The food was excellent and came out super fast, even on a busy Saturday night. Our server, Heather, was absolutely amazing 11/10. Great vibes, awesome service, and bomb food. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!
I booked a valentines dinner here never having tried North Italia, the drinks, appetizers, main course service was all top notch. The bread a journey of taste, it truly was and is why you go out to restaurants. To have those type of meals that leave you feeling refreshed and new. Chefs did absolutely amazing really couldn’t say one bad thing about our experience and dinner. We will be back
This was one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time. Started with white truffle garlic bread and one of the best old fashions drinks I have had in utah. We then had strozzapreti and squid ink tonnarelli both recommended by our server Dayln. Who was one of the best servers and provided such a great experience. I dont think i have had better Italian food than I have had here. I highly recommend if you want a great experience, service and food.
Our server was friendly and attentive. Food was good. We ordered the bread and oil appetizer (doesn’t say it has balsamic vinegar but it comes all over it, just a heads up) husband couldn’t eat it. Server tried to make it right by bringing out other plain sliced bread. Calamari was good, different batter than I’ve had before on calamari, marinara was great! Chicken parmesan and spicy rigatoni with Italian sausage were both good.
Great Service, Stylish Atmosphere, and a Few Standout Dishes I had dinner at North Italia around 5 PM, and the restaurant was pleasantly quiet at that time, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable experience. From the moment I walked in, the service stood out—the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. It really set a positive tone for the evening. For our meal, we ordered the Calamari Fritti, Squid Ink Tonnarelli, Chicken Parmesan, and Pistachio Gelato. The calamari was decent—crispy and well-cooked—but it didn’t have a particularly distinctive flavor that set it apart. The Squid Ink Tonnarelli, on the other hand, was a highlight. It had a bold, slightly spicy flavor that was both unique and delicious. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something a little different. The Chicken Parmesan was solid—comforting and well-prepared, though not especially memorable. The real surprise came at dessert: the Pistachio Gelato was outstanding. It was creamy, rich, and packed with authentic pistachio flavor. A perfect way to end the meal. The ambiance of North Italia is another strong point. The interior design is modern and stylish, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes it a great spot for both casual dinners and special occasions. Overall, I had a great experience. While not every dish was a standout, the excellent service, beautiful setting, and a couple of truly delicious items made it well worth the visit. I’ll definitely be returning—and next time, I’ll be ordering the squid ink pasta again!
Overall, the entire experience was great. The food was delicious albeit on the expensive side. Definitely loved the arrancini and the white truffle oil bread. Service was a little slow but I'm sure that's because it was busy. We for sure want to come back and try their brunch menu as well as the rest of their food items. So happy to have a taste Italian place nearby!
I was impressed. I don’t eat Italian often but was glad we stopped here for our anniversary. The place had a great vibe, excellent food, and very good service. Their wine selection was good and they had the best garlic bread we’ve had in a really long time. Would definitely recommend.
Great service! The waitress was so on top of it. Very impressive and accommodating. We got the Italian cheese bread with a side of spicy marinara. So bomb! We got the bouglenese, added shrimp and mushrooms. Then a traditional chicken Alfredo and Raspberry sorbet. Overall great food. The Bouglenes was a little underwhelming it didnt have much sauce.
Pasta was super good. Loved sitting outside. We got several dishes that were great. Didn't care much for the Meatball Appetizer, or the White Garlic Truffle Bread. But the Calamari was good. Braised Short Ribs were great! Lumache was super yummy, and the Chicken Parmesan as well.
Came here on a weeknight, and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful, but clearly was very busy. I typically order the white lasagna, but apparently it’s not white anymore. I’m allergic to tomatoes, so I was disappointed to hear that. Alas, I ordered the seasonal beef short rib with mushroom risotto. The meat was tender, and it would’ve been perfect if it was warm. Unfortunately it was cold. I didn’t want to complain, since our waitress already seemed spread thin. My friend enjoyed her pesto pasta, and we loved our bread starter and tiramisu dessert.
4.5 Stars! We've had our eye on this place for a few months, so we finally gave it a go—and we weren't disappointed! First off, the ambiance was stunning. It had that perfect blend of modern elegance with a oceanic vibe that made me consider redecorating our home with similar esthetics! (Note to self: convince my wife!) The service was top-notch too. Our server was not only attentive but genuinely happy to be there, which added a lot to the experience. Now, onto the food! The White Truffle Garlic Bread was a standout—seriously awesome. It was light and airy and provided a unique first course. I had the Chicken Parmesan (I'm a sucker for it) which was hearty, and good but didn't quite reach get out of the mediocre lane. The Grilled Asparagus, on the other hand, was spot on. It was fresh and zesty especially with the lemon. And then there was the lasagna—flavorful, yes, but not quite what we expected. It's like when you unwrap a gift and it's not the socks you were hoping for but nice socks nonetheless. :) Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and would recommend anyone to give it a shot. Enjoy!
At North Italia in Riverton UT, I stumbled upon a brunch dish that’s basically a love letter to eggs—two sunny-side-up beauties perched atop a veggie-packed hash like they’re sunbathing on a rustic Italian patio. The arugula adds a peppery pep talk, and the toasted bread is the perfect sidekick for sopping up the yolky goodness. Service was warm and welcoming, though the waitstaff might’ve been channeling their inner Italian Nonna with the “take your time” vibe—perfect for lingering, less so if you’re in a rush. The ambiance screams chic yet cozy, but the price tag hints you’re paying for the vibe as much as the plate. Worth it for a lazy Sunday, especially if you’re craving a meal that winks at tradition while kicking it into modern gear. 4.5/5—those eggs deserve a standing ovation!
Food is delicious. I had the Strozzapreti while my wife ate the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka. We both loved the freshness and flavors of the food but the service was horrible.. took us just over 2 hours to get out of there 90% waiting for our food and app to come. The server was brand new, nervous and worried about getting kicked out of her home. I don’t fault her for what she’s going through and in different circumstances I’m happy to help but we were there for a date night and good food, when you work a job where you hope for tips, it was a little too much information. She can do a lot to help her position offering outstanding service, she barely talked to us.
North Italia serves up delicious American-Italian food, but at a cost. The garlic bread is rich in fat and quite delicious. Their small plates, including the calamari, mushrooms, and Brussel sprouts are fresh, well seasoned and very enjoyable. For the main dish, I had Bolognese because it is one of the lower calorie options on the menu. It had met my expectations, but didn't exceed them. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the meat sauce was delicious. The portion size was about average. However, if I am to spend over $30 (including tax and tip) on Bolognese, it BETTER be significantly better than what I or my family can do at home to earn 5 stars. While visiting family last Christmas, I was blessed with a Bolognese that barely tops what North Italia can do. That said, homemade, high quality Italian food does take time to prepare. Bolognese is no exception. You are paying for convenience coming here. If you are a medigan looking for good American-Italian food in the Riverton area, and don't want to cook it yourself, North Italia is a great starting point.
Not comparable to the one in Houston Texas at all. The service was slow and nobody served us for 15 mins once sat, then it took another 10 mins to get water and another 15 mins to get orders in and we had to ask for silverware as the table was not set. We didn’t have a waiter because the bar staff were suppose to take our order so a random staff member named Emily ( she was great) had to take care of us. We noticed a bunch of staff would congregate at the back and just chit chat while customers waited to be serviced. The manager was not very accountable with how he handled things (he said the wait was not that long but we checked our time once we sat down and it was indeed 15 mins before our table had service)… he tried to make it right by giving us free desserts but we declined. Just disappointing as we spent about $80 per person here and left feeling like this was not up to par to what is being advertised. The calamari app was good but portioned smaller than what we’re use to. My friend’s shrimp and crab pasta was dry and watery at the bottom. My fiancées lasagna portion was unacceptable (one slice of pasta with cheese and some meat on top) and my short rib risotto was good and had decent portion but not as good as the north Italia in Texas.. it’s usually extra tender but the one I had here was slightly tough. $45 carafe of sangria was all ice. Decor was nice but the huge mural of “driver number 7” on the wall was definitely a choice as I see it used for a lot of restaurants around here. I might give this place another try as it is a beloved staple back in Houston tx and we use to go all the time and never had a bad experience but I would have to see that the restaurant has rectified their issues in time through better reviews. It feels like opening was either rushed, hiring of staff was not intentional or it falls on the person running the restaurant. Also my friend wants to add that they should give out bread if they’re going to make you wait so long to get service.
Ambience was great. Service was great. But the food was just average. For appetizers, we got a margarita pizza. It was decent. A lot of burnt areas which was not pleasant. My wife ordered the scallops which came with veggie risotto. I tried some from my wife’s plate. Scallops were overcooked and risotto tasted so bland. Then come to my entree. First I ordered the branzino. Server came back saying they are sold out. Then ordered the salmon. Again sold out. Then server recommended the shrimp scampi. I got that but it was just average. Lots of room for improvement for the restaurant food quality.
We were excited to try this new Italian restaurant. We made a reservation and arrived on time. We looked over the menu, ordered an appetizer and then waited 1 hour for our food. It wasn’t terribly busy so we didn’t know what the issue was. We asked our waitress and she said she’d check on it. The manager came out and said the chefs were trying their very best and offered us bread with balsamic and olive oil. It was still a good 20 minutes until we were served our food, then two entrees were cold. We told the waitress that our food was cold and they ended up comping two entrees. We would have rather had hot food served to us so we could enjoy it. It turned out to be a comedy of errors for our Easter Brunch. I don’t think we’ll give it a second try.
We had a surprisingly awful time here. We were very excited to try out this new place since it opened up by us recently, so we made a reservation and got there a bit early. Our table wasn't ready until about 15 minutes after which is okay I fully understand that, but then the food really surprised us. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer and it came out soggy and tasteless, then we ordered pasta and fish as entrees. The pasta was very bland, tasteless, and drenched in oil. The fish was okay but rough and again, not much flavor. I will say the drinks were actually very good, but that's all the praise I can give. We actually left here after our entrees and went to a different restaurant because we were so disappointed.
This was my first time at North Italia, and I went in with high hopes — unfortunately, I left disappointed. My girlfriend ordered the Lasagna Bianca, which was delicious, but my pasta with shrimp and scallops had a serious issue: the scallops were spoiled and had a very unpleasant smell. I politely told our waitress that I no longer wanted the scallops. I honestly expected the entire dish to be replaced, given that the scallops had been in contact with both the pasta and the shrimp. Sadly, that didn’t happen. She did, however, offer me a complimentary dessert for the bad experience and was very kind from the start, which I appreciated. That said, for the price and the quality I received, I think I’ll choose a different place to dine next time.
BEWARE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES We have loved this place since they have opened. However this week we found that you need to be extremely careful if you have severe allergies. The menu does not list all ingredients in there items. I have a severe to fish/shellfish allergy. I always do my research before I go, so I know what I can eat. Unfortunately, the dish I ordered had some sort of oil on the top that was Not mentioned on the menu that was a concern for my allergy. Thankfully, we caught it before it was an issue however, I felt like the situation was handled very poorly. Between the server and the manager, we walked out feeling like we were not heard, and the whole incident was my fault. We used to love this place and now I don’t think I will ever go back. Please take extra precaution if you have any form of allergies as it does not seem to be a priority for this restaurant.
I would first like to start out by saying our servers were wonderful. They were attentive with our drinks, and asked if we needed anything every single time they came to the table. Our food was enjoyable. Some things were not great like the bruschetta appetizer, I would describe it as bland and soggy. My one star is coming from is the timing. We were there for 4 hours. Our reservation was for 6:15 we got seated around that time. It took us an hour to get appetizers, which came out before our drinks. Another hour to get our entrées, and they forgot one person at the table. Another hour to get our checks started. That was not the end of it. We had a medium sized party with separate checks. They messed up every single one of our checks. EVERY. ONE. After another 45 minutes waiting for them to fix our checks. Ours were correct (others were still not) we handed them our payment. They charged our cards, the incorrect amount, adding an additional item to our check and an additional tip on top of the already added gratuity. Which added almost an additional $60 to our bill. We had talked to the manager Melissa multiple times during our visit expressing to her our frustration with how long things were taking. She over promised and WAY under delivered. This was an absolute joke! Luckily, we are the kind of family that has a good time together no matter what. But even for us, this was too much. Please North Italia, DO better!
