Burger King opened recently and it shows, the service is not the best, the bathroom had some problems and half the restaurant smelled like sewer every time they opened the bathroom door. The menus are like all the other burger kings except for the Children's Menu service that was delivered to me without the classic packaging and the girl's surprises were not available. There were also errors in the delivery of the order with some missing parts, resolved by going to ask at the cashier. You can improve.... Come on...

Locale poco pulito, personale abbastanza gentile ma sottorganico. Conseguenza : tavoli non puliti, un solo vassoio per tre persone insomma servizio un po carente visto le condizioni di lavoro. Purtroppo non è la prima volta che ci troviamo in questa situazione.

3 volte in un mese ordino roba da portare via...e manca qualcosa..capisco che non è il lavoro piu bello del mondo ma i dipendenti non nascondono per nulla la vogli pari a zero di lavorare li.il dipendente è l immagina del negozio...e in sto negozio non ci vado troppo volentieri ...

Every time I go it gets worse. Food is always missing from orders, frozen burgers, they brought me fries all mushy and looked like leftovers! And when I asked for them to be changed, she even got annoyed! The eggs are always dirty, the staff is definitely untrained.

I'll start by saying that I prefer other fast food options... Totem for ordering, lots of offers, definitely some good ones. The sandwich isn't quite good enough, the bacon is boiled, the burger isn't the best, the sauce is very salty, but it doesn't bother me that much. The service is easy. The atmosphere is a bit chilly.

Non valutabile, scontrino ore 20:14, dopo mezz'ora non è ancora arrivato nulla ALMENO NON CHIAMATELO FAST FOOD Sempre a Rivoli c'è un altro locale da panini slow food (stessi prezzi e qualità di gran lunga superiore) serve in 15 minuti. Cibo tutto sommato commestibile ma nn buonissimo..... Se dovete andare in bagno fate prima ad andare nel piazzale all aperto i wc sono peggio dei bagni chimici..........da terzo mondo

Era la prima volta ,ma e stata anche l'ultima, servizio pessimo . Avevamo chiesto bevande senza ghiaccio , poi il bacon non ben cotto. Che delusione

Incompetent service, they served me 30 onion rings instead of fries and when I went to ask for the fries from my order they told me they should have thrown the onion rings away. Shame, money spent for nothing

I go often and I like fast food overall, but I always get drive thru, and the offers that exist at all the other Burger Kings they don't have in store, which happened at Halloween and now also with the Christmas coupons. I won't deny that I go all the way to Collegno sometimes, if I save with the app why not take advantage???

Ordered through Glovo and out of 3 burgers, 2 were missing. I asked for a refund through Glovo, but in the meantime, the burgers went up 20 cents each and the delivery charge was 2 euros more. The burger arrived very quickly, but both the burger and the fries were cold.

Yesterday afternoon around 5 pm I stopped by for a bite to eat, and this is the plant-based sandwich I received. It's extremely stale plant-based meat. I also work at a fast food restaurant, and if I see meat that color, I throw it away. Woe betide anyone who gives a customer such a piece of junk. Obviously, I ate the better part and threw this part of the sandwich away.

Yesterday I went to the Rivoli burger joint, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a free toastie, and after I sat down, a girl came over and brought me the toastie. She was kind enough to ask me if I wanted a tray, but I declined, since it's just a toastie. I opened the paper the toastie was wrapped in, and it wasn't toastie, but a mini burger. And what do I find? Smelly cheddar cheese and two strips of dry bacon... Now comes the TOP moment!!! The toastie...er, the mini burger, had the bun all upside down, with the sesame seeds on the inside and the inside on the outside. How much do you want to bet that thing fell there, landed, and they put it on top without even realizing it was crooked? I got up and, since it was free, threw it away... I should have left it on the table for them to see. I'll never go back to that tasteless place. Then again, some people are as friendly as an insect. If you don't love that job, do something else.

Terrible service, to say the least. The order was placed at 8:52 PM and arrived at the table at 9:43 PM (it included two menus). There was absolutely nothing "fast" about it. The waiters were disorganized, very confused and disoriented, circling the tables with trays in hand, not knowing where to go. The cleanliness was questionable, with trash cans overflowing and filthy floors. An experience not to be repeated.

It took an hour for our food to arrive! There are only 5 people working without wearing sanitary gloves. I don't recommend this place. Will never return.
