I consider it more of a fast food restaurant than a grill restaurant. The service and staff were polite and friendly. I wasn't thrilled with the quality of the meat. The experience was nothing exceptional. I don't think I'll be back.

Went there for a Sunday all you can eat ribs! Although value was good, I sure have had better ribs in my life. Some orders they brought were totally burnt. We still got a new replacement, but it still felt like the reason they're doing all you can eat is that they're maybe last in the line, a bit stale?

Everything was delicious and perfect. It's a shame about the price, which is completely out of line with what you'd eat on a lunch break. Anyway, everything was good. Friendly and helpful staff.

I went to eat with my family. There were only five of us, and after 30 minutes, even though the place was almost empty, my entire family received their chosen dish. EVERYONE EXCEPT ME! I had to wait another 30 minutes before the waitress arrived and told me it was ready, but we forgot about it. I can only say one last thing: terrible service and a long wait for a cold sandwich.

The meat was cold and very tender, the side dishes were taken straight from the freezer without any additional ingredients, but still had the ice cubes, the wait was long despite the small number of people, and the dessert was served mushy. Club Salad delivered, ordered yesterday by my wife. It could be considered a serious scam considering the price paid (15.90) ​​and the paltry quantity received. Among other things, there was no bread or cutlery.

The place was half empty. We waited over half an hour to order dessert, and then another 15 minutes to get it. They only brought one of the two desserts we ordered, and after another 5 minutes we got up. It's not possible to wait more than 45 minutes for two desserts that were already ready, and we even paid for both.

I ordered a slice of grilled chicken with cherry tomatoes and arugula. I've attached a photo of the arugula's condition, which is indescribable! When it was time to cook it, I mentioned this to the waiter, and he said, "Oh, that's not possible, it expires in 20 days." When on earth can salad expire after 20 days? Impossible. Yet the waiter insisted. I took him to check on the arugula, and he grimaced and went back to the cashier. I paid the bill in full. Furthermore, we waited outside for at least 45 minutes to order dessert and coffee, and then we got up and went to pay without dessert or coffee because no one showed up. I also brought this up to the waiter, grimacing, and saying, "I know." I'd say there's a lot to review, starting with the person managing this situation!
