Great food at a great price - inexpensive and large servings. Staff are great - you couldn't ask for better. Private rooms for special occasions. Don't forget to ask for the dipping oil with garlic and parsley of the bread. Our group meets there monthly for fun, get-together, and take care of a little business. A jewel tucked away in Roanoke, TX
We love this place! It smells amazing when you walk in, the food is always fantastic, and the service makes it even more special. We've only been there 5 or 6 times, but we get hugs and high fives every time we walk in like we've been customers for years. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and the portions (food AND wine) are always very generous. Best Tortellini Vokda ever. Possibly dinner tonight!
Great Food! Great Service! Great Owner!... The owner was ensuring groups were well separated (socially distanced)... Had some non-traditional fare that night- Crab Stuffed Tilapia with Vodka Sauce... Outta' this world. The Peroni on tap was ice cold. New Local Italian Resturant.
Italian Bistro was amazing! We go often and in fact they catered our wedding 10 years ago. The service is still amazing and the food as amazing as always. We went to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and were so glad we chose to go there. The live music was a great tone for the restaurant and it was the perfect date night atmosphere 🥰
Absolutely love Italian Bistro, have been coming here for many years! I always feel welcome, even have my company Holiday party here! Great food, calm, enjoyable ambiance and never have had a bad meal or bad service. Love the house salad dressing and warm rolls. Love chicken dishes, never disappointed! A toast to the owners, they know how to dish it out!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The food was tasty, the portions were generous. My daughter mopped up her Alfredo and then ate the rest of my sketti. The service was good too. There is a full service bar and large area for private parties. Very nice old school Italian feel.
Outstanding Italian restaurant. Newly updated, attentive staff, live Italian music when we were there, nice bar area, very fair prices and an elegant atmosphere. Food is outstanding. Garlic knots they bring out are very good... lasagna is the best I’ve ever had, wife loves the shrimp scampi... the house dressing is also delicious. Not a fan of their pizza... looks delicious but tastes low quality but im not there for pizza. I highly recommend this place... great place for a date night.
Enjoyed the evening with family from out of town. The food was good with large portions for those with good appetite. Best part was Tony the waiter great guy and super with my mature parents. He had us laughing in short time which made our night.
Have been going here since 2008, miss the coziness of the original restaurant, but the food is the best Italian, regardless of price in the Fort Worth area. The portions are large, leaving plenty to take home and further enjoy.
GREAT food and even better service! From the bread to dessert- everything was wonderful. The owner even came to our table to ensure that everything was perfect (on his day off!) and treated my husband and I very well. Five stars, hands down. We will definitely be back.
My family has loved this place!! It’s a great environment and fantastic staff. We’ve been back here several times and on several occasions, specifically special events or family birthdays. And they have always enjoyed seeing us again! It’s been great, and it’s pretty fancy. I definitely recommend this place to eat/dine.
My friends and I went here before our Homecoming dance and it was the perfect place to eat. The food was amazing and the portions were huge so as a group of 7 teenagers 3 meals was the amount for us! The atmosphere was so nice and the live singer was amazing. He was very friendly. I recommend going here for a date night, before a formal dance or just to celebrate. It’s honestly really great.
Took my wife here for the first time and we were extremely happy with the food and service. I had a chicken Parm plate with spaghetti and it was so good. The marinara sauce has to be like homemade it was that good. It was enough for 2 people! My wife had fettuccine shrimp with a tomato sauce and she really loved it. The bread was unbelievable and the prices were very reasonable so for sure we will be going back in the future. I even took a pepperoni pie for the kids and they really liked it. We're from Brooklyn so we need good pizza. Bathroom was big and clean as well. A definite place for good Italian food
We came here two weeks in a row and had lunch and dinner. The food is great and you get a huge portion. We had great service both times on Saturday night they had a live singer walking around serenading the tables. He was great! The owner stopped by on both of our visits to check on us and their bread is awesome!
Huge portions making it well worth the money. Great atmosphere for family or even a date. Super friendly service. We will be back
I was craving basic spaghetti last Saturday and decided to Grub Hub this to my work. I ended up with the meatballs. It was so simply delicious. Exactly what I was craving. The noodles and marinara looked and tasted like you would expect from Lady and the Tramp and the meatballs were something that Robbie Hart from the Wedding Singer would have given piano lessons in exchange for. The house dressing is amazing as well as the garlic knots! So I ordered it again on Wednesday, hit the spot for the second time in a week... And then my husband and I went to dine in this evening. The atmosphere and service was as great as was the food. I had just gotten off of work and the glass of wine and great meal in a great atmosphere was exactly what I needed. Thanks y'all and keep up the great work!
We stoped by while traveling, and it turned out to be the best part of our trip. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was top notch, food was delicious ( chicken Rollatini) i gotta go back and have it again. I wish we lived closer to go more often.
Valentine’s Day, live saxophone, we didn’t like the soup but didn’t complain… a waitress (not ours) notices and immediately removed it from the table and ticket. All the food and drinks were FANTASTIC. Service was amazing. Not a dirty dish left on our table more than 2 minutes. Will definitely be loyal customers as this man cares about his business and is invested in his people. Great experience.
We arrived not sure what to order. The woman who took our order was very knowledgeable. She made a few suggestions. We ordered the lasagna, chicken Alfredo, and spaghetti. We took the food home to eat. The food was excellent. Everything was fresh and hot. We especially enjoyed the garlic bread that came with the order. It was light and tasty. The lasagna was cheesy and flavorful. The Alfredo was a nice blend of cream and garlic. There was plenty of parking, including handicapped parking. They had a kids menu. The service was just excellent. We definitely return
Great food as always. Very consistent experiences at the Bistro and we highly recommend this place. If you are in the mood for an appetizer then get the mozzarella sticks. So good! The wife always gets lasagna which is different than many other places and it has more sauce than many Italian establishments but it’s great. I always get tortellini vodka because the vodka sauce is so great. Highly recommended to get vodka sauce if you come here. Salads are fair but the wife loves their house dressing which is a raspberry vinaigrette.
Took my mom for her 91st birthday and the staff and food were very good. They brought my mom a complimentary slice of really good cheese cake that everyone enjoyed. Thanks again to the staff of Italian Bistro!!!
Our favorite local Italian restaurant! Very reasonably priced (especially their wine bottles), they have a big menu with everything you would expect at an Italian Restaurant plus a lot more. Their pizza is great and this is always where our kids want to go. We have been here many, many times and have never had a bad experience. Can't say enough good things about the staff!!
I absolutely love this place! My wife and I have been here multiple times! The atmosphere is amazing! The food is immaculate! The staff was very friendly! Our waitress was not only taking care of us, she was also singing as well! She has an amazing voice! She definitely made our date night perfect! Anything less to describe this place is just inaccurate!
Chicken Genovese was WONDERFUL! Full of mushroom flavor! The portion was generous and enough for me to bring half home for dinner tomorrow night. And best, fresh baked bread, 2 entrees (salad included with entree) and 1 glass of house wine was under $45! We will definitely be going back!
Food was excellent! We were celebrating our friend's 'big' birthday and Sam, the owner, was friendly and accommodating. He asked what we like and then we felt like he made each dish special for each of us! The pizza was the best we've had here in Texas, made New York style! Tony, the bartender, was also very pleasant and kept us going! This is the real deal!
Great restaurant! Service is excellent, food is delicious, atmosphere is nice! Definitely recommend coming here!!
Let's start off by saying it was OUTSTANDING! The service was great, my wife and I wanted some fresh coffee and she made us some. I always get the stuffed mushrooms which are great. We live some distance and always look forward to going there whenever we can. Please go by and try them out you won't be disappointed 🙏!
After 20 years of living in the Roanoke area and a visit to Italy in the spring, we've started looking for authentic Italian cuisine locally. This is the place! The atmosphere is incredible and the food brought us right back to the bistro we've come to love in Florence, Pisa, Venice, and Rome. The prices are on point. We will be back for sure!!
I went to the Italian Bistro for a family dinner tonight. The food and service was amazing. We had the sea bass, salmon, scallops and shrimp on artichoke hearts. Desert was fantastic too. Sammy, the owner made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or just your evening dinner. Wonderful!!
I've lived in this area for 3 years and had never been in. I'm pretty sad about that. The food was excellent as well as the service. It's absolutely my favorite Italian place for now on. Good job, everyone 👏
Great experience all around, as usual. Our favorite italian restaurant.
Stopped in on 07/18/2025 while on a motorcycle trip and I will say I have rarely had a nice time than I did here. As a throat cancer survivor, I order two glasses of water with no ice at my meals and my waiter brought them rapidly and with no question. I saw that they make a dish called "Sausage Pizziola" which just so happens to be my "go to" Italian meal. They made in PERFECTLTY!! Along with huge side salad the meal more than made up for me missing lunch. If I ever find my self back up that way I will go there again. Outstanding food and staff and all not lot a lot of money.
An amazing family owned Italian Restaurant with a large menu to choose from. Very cozy atmosphere with outstanding service. My ultimate favorite it their spaghetti w/meat sauce entree. The company will be celebrating their “20th Anniversary” on May 1st, 2025.
Celebrated my son’s rehearsal dinner there. Wonderful food, spectacular service, and wonderful atmosphere. Arlen is always so kind to us and makes us feel like family. You owe it to yourself to dine at this gem.
We have gone four weekends in a row because the food is amazing. The staff is so nice and they remembered us on our second visit. Everything we have tried as been delicious. Lona has been our sever each time and she is so sweet!
We drove six hours to see our son for his 23rd birthday. He requested the Italian Bistro for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere when we arrived as the live entertainer was great and added to the authenticity. The food was reasonable and the quality was amazing. Huge portions and the service was great. It was comfortable and had the old world Italian bistro kind of feel to it. We recommend this place and we will definitely return.
Atmosphere and food is amazing!! Owner took the time to visit with us , added to the experience. Anyone rating less than 5 stars has lost their mind. Love it!! CCC Denton
Wonderful experience. Cold beer. Delicious food. Best bartender, Lona. She made the evening perfect. Knew everything about this place. Thank you Valona. Your amazing.
The food and service have always been fantastic every time I come here. Except the salads. A bit plain. Not a deal breaker to say the least. I’ve only gone during work lunch hours.
I use the go here all the time!! The food was fantastic, and the pizza was great. How family tradition is who gets to serve the pizza to each other. And my favorite part is after we went… we would go to the snow cone place across the street! Lots of good memories here.
This place is a perfect example of a hidden gem. The food here is very delicious; from the Caesar salad to the fried calamari to the meal. I really enjoyed dinning here and will highly recommend it!
I love Italian Bistro! I haven't been in a few years, mostly because I don't work close by anymore. I happened to be on an alternate route home and knew I'd be near the bistro, so I decided to stop in and pick up dinner. Sami (owner) and Vinny are the best! There's not one bad item on the menu. The sausage pizziola is probably my favorite but the Stromboli is a close second, followed by the chicken florentine. Basically, you can't go wrong here! If you're near Byron Nelson and in search of a great place to eat... stop in, you won't regret it!
This quiet Italian restaurant has great food and a nice atmosphere, I had the Chicken Genovese was Delish and the Tiramisu was excellent. Thank you for the great experience.
The foodnwas phenomenal and the service was perfect. The lady was so helpful with providing great suggestions and was so attentive. I wish I would have gotten her name, but it is our new favorite place to go when we want italian food and a romantic place to go. The owner always makes sure he comes and sits at our table for a short visit and also gives great recommendations. They also always have live music Friday and Saturday nights! I highly recommend
This was all around a great spot! The owners were there, as usual and for an icy Monday night, we felt right at home and not rushed even though we got there in less than an hour before they closed. Great place! Go try it!!
I have grown up always enjoying the Italian Bistro. It has always been one of my favorite restaurants and I have never had a bad meal. I even chose them to host my rehearsal dinner and it was beyond perfect. The staff was so easy to coordinate and communicate with when I was planning the dinner so I knew exactly what to expect without having to stress. They even made a custom menu for the night to make ordering easy for our guests. I have always recommended this place to everyone and will continue to do so. Thank you again for everything!
Very high quality location. I've eaten here twice, and am always impressed. The rolls are ok, nothing super special to me, though they do come with butter to help the flavor - 6.5/10 We had an oil/balsalmic dip with the rolls, 7.8/10. The salads were good, 8.0/10. The meals for our group were all delicious and large with lots of cheese. I had tortellini alfredo with chicken. The flavor was fantastic 9.0/10, but I added a good chunk of pepper making it a solid 9.3/10. The only reason it wasn't a perfect 10 was the chicken. The chicken was really bland other than the alfredo sauce, and almost seemed boiled rather than sauté or baked. ☹️ We each had dessets which were all amazing. My tiramisu was probably the best I've ever had (I'm no conissour of it) but absolutely amazing 9.8/10. Everyone else loved their desserts too (no one tried the plain or strawberry cheesecakes, but not due to any particular concerns). Service was very good with lots of refills. Place is somewhat quiet atmosphere, and felt typical italian vibe. I do like this place a lot and would be very happy to go back again!
Great Italian food. Always friendly service. I have been going to this place ever since they opened in 2003. Back then, Roanoke was a much smaller town. And because of the way the town grew, all of the many new restaurants were built around each other in a different location from these guys. And unfortunately people are forgetting about these guys because they are now kind of off by themselves. PLEASE don't forget about this place. It is WAY too good of a FAMILY owned restaurant too lose. I would really hate to see this great group of people and really good food go away.
This is my fav place to eat at not just because the food is great! I love that it's a family establishment. They are very kind and they try hard to please their customers. Vinnie is my fav server he's caring and kind. I've been going to this restaurant for over 20 years. I will continue to go there. They are like family!
Wow! So so good! We pick a different restaurant to try every time we come to Roanoke. My grandson said he puts this place at the top and definitely have to come back. Very delicious. Bread was so good!
Love this place for their food. Don't be fooled by what may appear as less than friendly staff, it just seems to be their demeanor. But they are just all business and will take care of you and serve great food. I don't live in Roanoke, but i go out of my way many times for their food. Seriously, this is a good place to eat or pick up food.
I’m giving 5-stars because I love the food here and I don’t want to lower their overall rating. However…the service here needs a lot of work. The younger servers are nice but clearly inexperienced. There’s one middle-aged man who is always there. I assume he’s an owner or at least a GM. With that being said, I cannot for the life of me understand why he gives ZERO personality, friendliness, or warmth to his guests. If you hate serving - don’t do it. Hire people who are enthusiastic about maximizing their income through tipping by offering world class service! We keep coming back here because we love the food and want to support this business. But please…pretty please…at least pretend like you appreciate your customers.
Great food and interesting wine menu . Lindy and Viny made sure we had a great time . Chelsea makes great drinks while we enjoyed the bar first. The water refill was on top even after we paid the bill. That's what I call hospitality, thank you for that Mr Viny 👏
It’s our 34th wedding anniversary and we are still celebrating at our favorite place!! amazing food, atmosphere and people. Thank you Sammy and Flora, Vinny, Bianca and team for always giving us a beautiful experience and for celebrating all the important moments of our family over the years. We love y’all and we love the Bistro!!
Went on a Friday night in January, about 7 PM. There was 4 in our party. We sat towards the front of the restaurant toward the right, back corner. No table cloths in this section of the restaurant. Did have a candle in the center of our table. We really enjoyed the live music with the singer who sang music from the rat pack era. Some love birds even danced to this type of music. There’s a bar and bar seats too for those who care to sit at the bar. We ordered chicken piccata and veal piccata and we also got a couple of appetizers (caprese and mozzarella sticks). The service was great and the food was great. I ordered an cranberry/vodka with pineapple. That too was good. The restaurant was packed and honestly waiting on our food did not take that long; Maybe about 30 minutes. Gave us time to talk and not be interrupted. We had complimentary bread and the appetizers arrived within 20 min after sitting down. The music was wonderful and staff’s professionalism was excellent. I have been to this place 6-7 times in the last 2 years and every time service and food has been excellent. I’ve only gone for dinner, on Friday and Saturday nights.
Seen it before, never tried it…. The front of the building facing the street is actually the side , front is to the east facing another building which makes it look like it’s not busy, that’s why we’ve never stopped….. excellent food, this will be our new go to Italian place if I’m not wanting the soup salad and breadsticks from Olive Garden ;) wife loved the homemade lasagna and I had a Stromboli and it was the best I’ve had, next time I will add anchovies ;).
It’s always a delight to come and visit this family owned restaurant in Roanoke. This is our go to for Italian. Not only the food is delicious but the service is always on point. Friendly faces always welcome us and take our orders. The servers have been there for the longest, and the owners are always on site and make sure you are enjoying yourself. Live guitar music on Fridays is a tradition now. Good wine selection. My favorite dish is seafood pasta, though this last Time I was craving pizza and I was able to choose my own toppings with a thin crust. The spumoni for dessert was so good!
The Italian Bistro is top notch for Roanoke, TX. A diamond in the ruff. This place pulls out all the stops as a top notch restaurant while maintaining take-out pricing (which it does a lot of) The atmosphere is truly one of a fine dining experience with a casual feel. The walls are lined with great wine options while a more than modest full service bar is ready to serve the more spirited diners. The menu caters to all your Italian favorites while including some more refined entrees. The biggest kudos to this place is that the owner incourages you to create your own masterpiece. Any sauce, any meat, pasta...your way! Tell him what you like and he will create you a personalized feast! All this and a truly authentic Italian restaurant experience from the owner to the wait staff. Even a live singer on the weekends, serenading you with Frank Sinatra favorites. Do yourself a favor and eat in next time instead of ordering out. You will not be disappointed! PLEASE HIT LIKE BELOW 😋
Ordered a pickup order. Food was fantastic. Had the lunch portion lasagna. The atmosphere was nice while I waited. I'm only rating 4 stars because the staff was very introverted. I a small quick conversation with the gentlemen that was waiting to seat people that took me to the counter to order and pay for my meal, but after that nothing. Nothing from the other server that I saw and nothing from the lady behind the counter even when I was at the counter. My experience with Italians or at least Italian restaurants is that they're always very friendly! Food was good so I will return. When I do I will update this review.
We decided to try this place out after having driven by it many times. It's nice inside, casual, not stuffy. It's probably an older building with lower ceilings and carpet so the noise level is very low. My family has mussels and calamari for appetizers. The mussels were big and the sauce was good. The calamari was crisp and delicious. We had six people and 5 different entrees. Everyone was pleased with their dinner. The staff were also very friendly and attentive.
A local Italian restaurant that checks all the boxes. The menu is extensive and full of all the typical dishes. The portions are generous, and the flavors are good. The staff are attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is very nice, with an open floor plan including a full service bar. They must be doing something right because the place is always busy. All in, it's a solid bang for your buck.
The bread on the table is off the charts delicious! The menu has a huge selection, and the portions are very generous. The main entrees are incredibly delicious! The service is fantastic! There are a couple of downsides, which kept me from giving it 5 stars. First, the homemade Italian dressing is beyond horrible! It's Italian dressing with catsup mixed in it. It completely ruined the entire salad. Why don't they have just regular Italian dressing, which is our favorite? Secondly, if you use gift cards here, other than theirs, it automatically takes a 20% tip off of your gift card balance. It took 60% out of one of my gift cards and 20% off the other. Pay cash or use a regular credit card. Also, the food is very pricey.
First time dining here after driving past it for years. Was very impressed with the quality of food and excellent service. Kids had a pizza that was well cooked and delicious. We had lasagna and seafood linguine with white sauce. Cooked perfectly and well priced for portions.. only issue was that it was too quiet with no music playing at all.. Will definitely be in our monthly rotation moving forward.
I really liked the food and the drinks were good and strong, definitely made well. We went on a Saturday night and we were seated within 5 minutes so that was very good. However, after sitting down the service slowed to a crawl, it literally took over 45 minutes to be served our food. The slowness of the service was our only complaint. We will definitely return to see if this was just a fluke or not, but definitely wanting to find that out as the food was delicious.
I really enjoyed my experience here. I don't like crowded restaurants. Me and my wife came here on a Sunday around 1 pm and there was hardly anyone else in there. But the food was really good for the most part. I didn't really enjoy their pomodoro pasta personally. It wasn't bad, I just thought it was lacking in flavor, but my wife got a more traditional red sauce pasta, and that was extremely good. I loved the atmosphere and design of the restaurant, very comfortable. And the service was good as well. Food came out relatively quick too. I would defiantly come and eat here again if I'm in town
Usually very good. I even recommended it just last week. Tonight however, my Stromboli was way over cooked. The dough was crunchy. Even worse, the individual butter packets in the bread basket were used 🤢. Made me wonder 🤔 did they re-serve the uneaten bread ??? The waitress discounted the meal but no attempt to apologize or any remorse.
Food is good however if you are looking for just a pizza, there are other places that specialize in Pizzas. This more of the nicer Italian meals for the families or date night at an affordable price. The food is really good and if something isn't right, they will fix it if you ask. Service has its ups and downs. They tend to be slower with large tables or when very busy. So if you are going to a scheduled event afterwards, give yourself about an hour for two and 90 mins for a party of 4+. The staff is ok, however if you want something you have to ask, it seems like they are inexperienced but some of them have been there for a long time so it makes me wonder. They don't go above and beyond to offer suggestions or followup. There was live music on Friday and Saturday evenings which was nice.
Good Redneck Italian food. I should have know the moment I stepped into the place that country music was a sign... The food is comfort food style and not high end Italian. This place would never make it in a big city. The bread was tasteless except for the heavy smearing of butter and salt. The salad was basically iceberg with ranch, I mean Ceaser(?) Dressing.... with way too much Walmart ground Parmesan "cheese". The seafood combo (while nicely priced at $20) was very much you get want you paid for. Tiny bits of clam with 4 shrimp and 4 mussels (average size). The sauce was underwhelming. I'm not sure I want to try a cannoli..?? But I do love them... stay tuned.
Excellent service but not so much on the food. This is the second visit with mediocre food. I ordered the Jerulslem chicken. The sauce was good but not great. And the chicken truly tasted like it was cooked separately and then added to the sauce. I've had this dish many times elsewhere and Italian bistro makes it the worst. I was a party of 6 and 2 of us had this dish with the same comments . 2 others felt they too have had better of what they ordered. And two were very satisfied. Again, the service was excellent.
The food is....OK. The salads were just lettuce with cheese and dressing, and the Italian dressing was red and tasted like ketchup. The rolls were soft and hot, but had almost no flavor at all. Our entrees tasted marginally better than homemade, but the pasta sauce was very acidic and thin. The meat in the lasagna had no flavor. Our servers were all very pleasant, yet service was slow. The atmosphere is nice enough. I'm not a fan of live music (unless it is really, REALLY good), and the girl who was playing/singing wasn't as good as she was loud. It made conversation more difficult. All in all, not a BAD experience, but not the best. I don't know if we will come back. Edit: To reply to owner's comment: The owner was incredibly rude and sarcastic in their reply to my review, when this was an opportunity to improve. Please see their comment below. That comment affirms my decision to never return, and I will not recommend it to anyone else.
This was the first time I have been here for dinner. The lunches have always been very good. We were seated immediately and bread was brought to the table. Then nothing for 15 minutes until we had someone finally took our drink order 15 minutes to get our soft drinks and take our order. Then the real wait started... An hour later our entrees arrive, hot but bland and without much flavor. The server apologized about the wait several times and brought us dessert on the house. While it was a Saturday night, it was not completely full. I would have not cared about the wait if the food been much better. Instead it added to our dissatisfaction.
Prior to my last visit I've only tried the calzone which was good. Most recent visit, not so good. The steak and cheese sandwich had gristle in the steak. The salads were good but the Caesar dressing had a sweet tinge to it. I didn't care for it. The stuffed mushrooms again in a sauce which was sweet. I won't be going back. Roanoke location.
The place looks really nice, but honestly, the food just wasn't up to par with other Italian restaurants. Our server wasn't very friendly & had little to say. We won't be back. There are better Italian places to eat.
I think this was an off night because I've heard good things about this place. Our order took 45 minutes to come and in the meantime lots of to-go orders went out the door. I know these are tough times, but folks take the time to come in, look after them. The filet was a delicious cut but was over done.
Ordered the salmon. Food was over salted. The vegetables were so salted that they were inedible. the bread is coated with butter plus salt. The pasta served with the salmon was excellent and along with the shrimp the meal was okay. The salmon was also okay after I scrapped off the coating. Wife had the tortellini and it was very good. Calamari for the appetizer.. not calamari. It is the imitation calamari probably a fish paste.
1. The spicy chicken and shrimp: the sauce was watery. The chicken was dry and the shrimp was unseasoned. 2. The Alfredo tortellini: sauce was also strangely watery, though the flavor was fine. 3. The Bread rolls: tasted stale, but it was the best part of my meal. Service was fine. Atmosphere was good. I really liked the decor and the lighting. I dont think I would be as bothered if the food experience wasn't equal to a microwaved frozen dinner with shrimp thrown on top. For the $50, I just feel cheated.
Vennie is not a delightful employee of your company please understand that!!! The money that we pay for the food and service at your restaurant!!! U would hope to have a kind person to help u!! Your employee gave off the degrading energy that he was been disturbed !! OMG because he had to help me !! This is the second time I have experienced this kind of rudy behavior from your stuff!!!!! I don't recommend this place to be a place to come too and eat at!!!
The food is amazing and the service from some waiters is great! But one thing I have heard from many other friends and family, and as well as my own experience, ever since they started the live music, it’s like impossible to hear ourselves talk and have good quality time and enjoy food with the loud music. The food and service from a select few are amazing. But the music is horrible, and just way too loud.
Something has changed. Not like it used to be. From the bread to the salad and entrees it’s just not as good. Hot bread but with no flavor at all. Italian dressing tastes like ketchup. Lasagna was cheese, pasta and little meat. Very little. Maybe the chef changed, something has changed.
1. Bread was not the best whatsoever but, that wasn’t what I went for. 2. Ceaser Salad was horrible lacked flavor and was overall just not good. Have had better elsewhere. 3. Ordered the Chicken Fettuccine: Right off the bat food was very watery and did not look appetizing at all but the reviews said otherwise so of course we stuck with our meals. No flavor, except for a weird soap taste and lemon taste like cleaning supplies. IMMEDIATELY THREW UP WHEN I GOT IN THE CAR. Do not recommend, if I could give a zero I would. These reviews are lies, seemed like the only people happy in there were just drinking at the bar with NO food in front of them.
Pretty building with poor quality, overpriced food. I had chicken piccata. Let's start with the salad. Caesar salad and they don't make their own dressing. I can't prove it but I suspect that they don't actually make any sauces from scratch and my dinner companion said he thought his eggplant parm was frozen. My chicken piccata had no taste of lemon, the sauce was thin and it was bitter. There were two tiny chicken cutlets that had been pounded quarter inch thick. They had no color but we're still dry and tasteless. Clearly overcooked. Not even the rolls were made in store. They were clearly frozen dough that they just baked. Three guests at this meal and none of us would go back. Now, as the price my chicken piccata was $18. There might have been 6 oz of chicken on the plate. The food cost was probably about $3. Menu cost should be three times your food cost. This should have been a 10 or $11 meal. Not an $18 meal. I would never spend my money at this place again. Oh, and the service was poor. The waiter actually reached across one of my companions heads to give me my meal and we were seated at a four top in the middle of the floor.
The owner of this restaurant it’s the worst person in the world. Terrible attitude. Would never give this restaurant business ever again.
