Had previously thought this was just another OK pizza place. Couldn't be more wrong. IT'S A PIZZA DELICATESSEN, EVERYTHING YA WANT ON A KILLER FLATBREAD CRUST! Absolutely delicious.

The only place around you can create your own pizza or salad just how you want it that day. Even wash it down with a cold adult beverage. I have my cravings from meaty to vegetable heavy, and from mild to extra spicy and this is the place to try a pizza any way you want it. Sauce selection is great too! I will be visiting often!

Entire Store was clean as were the workers practices. Almost everyone in the store was trying to help me with something great welcoming environment. And the food looked and tasted delicious. Great portion for the price if you ask me. Even their house drink the blackberry lemonade was amazing. I will definitely be returning for another great experience.

they forced me to eat a vegetarian pizza. i opened the box and called to say i got the wrong pizza. it had racing red vegetables, mushrooms and some sort of grass on it. she said "we know thomas and we're sorry, come back in and we will make a new one" i told her i was at lunch but would take her up on it tomorrow. i had to eat it, i was hungry :(.... and it was DELICIOUS!!!... it was cooked perfectly and considering i was expecting the meat of 3 different animals on it.... that's saying a lot. they are super friendly. my meatzza was very good as well. vegetarians 1 - thomas 0 just got a new genre of my favorite food

Just had my first Mod Pizza. It was done to perfection. I added 4 topping to the 11"thin crust pizza (diced tomatoes, mushrooms, roasted garlic and my favorite, anchovies). The toppings were generous and the service was outstanding. A great first experience.

Went in for lunch with my wife. The selection is great and pizza was good. Not a fan of the pre-cooked chicken they use, but the rest of the food was great. Their No Name cake was really delicious. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Food came out quickly and hot.

We’ve visited a handful of times. Service is hit or miss. They seemed bothered almost for simple request. Like asking for a side of parmesan or ranch. You get a eye roll and a deep exhale. I understand people have bad days. I’ve been there. I’ve never waited longer than 10-15 minutes for pizza. Line is always stocked up and I get my pizza pretty quick with good quality. Not as great as other locations.

My granddaughter and I come here each week. Noah was behind the counter making our Pizzas. He was friendly and welcoming. He made several awesome pizzas for us and cooked them also! Perfect just like we asked! Pleasure to come here. I just miss the friendly staff manager Annette. She was also awesome! Until recently she was our main pizza maker. She was awesome too

First time at MOD pizza. Not impressed. Went for lunch and food was just ok. Tables dirty and employees on their phones. One employee had pajamas on! Very unprofessional. Probably won't be coming back.

Felt so bad for the manager!! Her and another young man were working very hard and rushing around as it was very busy. Unfortunately one of the employees kept arguing and even yelled at her rather than help me and family... Very unprofessional...

Pizza was good but the salad had a huge lettuce stump taking up a good portion of the container it came in.

The toppings on the pizza and the toppings on the receipt were not the same. I was missing toppings as well as getting toppings added onto my pizza. Pizza had a taste that was not good, could not figure out what it was. Seemed like lower quality ingredients. Was missing a dessert that was supposed to be in my order. Overall, disappointed. Only good thing that came in my order was the side of Balsamic Glaze.

Ordered online and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 25 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. Waited in the store for another 25 minutes before getting my order. Pizza was not fully cooked through and was also missing toppings. Should have just drove further to go to Blaze pizza instead UPDATE: I had explosive d¡arrhea all night after eating here. 0/5 stars

I was really disappointed in my visit. Despite being the second in line when I walked in, it took almost 15 minutes to order and pay for our pizza. I didn't leave a tip as I wasn't being served in any way to justify a tip. That was a mistake apparently. The employee that rung me up was the same employee plating orders. She purposely ignored my order while the family of 4 in line behind me all got their pizzas. My pizza was waiting on the rack to be plated and she was ignoring it. When I tried to ask, she then started asking other people in line behind me what they needed. I will never be returning to this location.

I ordered pick up. They barely made the pizza correct. The girl was on her phone so maybe she was distracted… Completely uneven slices, toppings were not evenly distributed… I ordered a pizza with toppings and 2 of the slices were basically cheese. I didn’t get the hot honey on top that I ordered, it was not baked crispy as requested on the order. This place needs to get its act together, I have a bad experience almost every time I come here and I really wanted this location to thrive. Management please hire employees who care even the slightest so I can have a decent pizza! I do not want to order from this location…

Came in for the kids eat free promo on Halloween in costume. Realized when we got home that we got charged even though they said we didn’t. Disappointed.

I know this location just opened and I’m not sure how long, but wow this service was awful! I’m not one to review and I give a lot of grace to food service employees, but we were in line 40 minutes only to be told they were very low on mozzarella cheese… we decided to see what we could get since we’re tired and hungry from a long day. We were able to get a small amount of mozzarella, globs of ricotta and half cooked pizzas that were cold since there was no real leadership in that place. They also had half of the ingredients not out all because they had no system going. I’ve worked in the food business when I was a teen as well and I have never seen such chaos. Too many young teens working and some employees were in there TRYING, but then they would just sit and argue and play the blame game. A few of the kids in there had terrible attitudes after we were both very kind and patient with them as well. Our pizzas sat after barely being cooked for another 10 minutes and we couldn’t even get ranch. After all that wait not one of our pizzas we’re comped or discounted.. pictures below have bites so we made sure it was decent enough before trying to pick up something else. We also came home, added our own mozzarella and had to cook them. Get some real leaders here!! I get it, it was busy and you run out of things but some kind of error happened to run out of mozzarella on a Saturday night. Can’t believe we paid $24 for pizza we had to doctor up at home… I’ll be calling tomorrow.
