This was my first time eating here. It was extremely busy, with a large line. I was impressed to see how quickly people were able to order and the orders were made. Definitely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Great job to your employees for being quick, accurate, and having delicious fresh food.
Staff here was extremely friendly. Loren came around to the tables to make sure everyone was doing ok. She even gave us 2 small free desserts because we had a small baby along and she determined we (the parents) deserved a treat. You are the best Loren. We appreciate you.
This is My 1st time ever eating Chick-Fil-A. It was very affordable! My combo was $12.26 for a spicey chicken combo. There service was so quick! I was surprised how fast I was served & of course the staff are super friendly & the facility is clean. Would definitely return & highly recommend!
I had a fish haddock with what's on cheese garlic parm french fries in a chicken tender when I say my fish so fresh cook just right season so good so big the french fries is so crispy and so good 2 people can eat off this fish let me tell you about that chicken tender all you need is one it so big and they cooked IT to profession everything on my plate was good and fresh and I was late picking up my food go try it if you love good chicken and fresh fish
We had a great experience at Chick-fil-A! Jose at the counter was really welcoming and understood everything we asked for with our order. The place was nice, clean, and the ice cream hit the spot. If you want good food and solid service, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back!
I’m assuming every Chick-fil-A in America has long lines. Why is that? Great food is a given. It’s more than that though. If there is one chain restaurant that always has kind, friendly staff it’s CFA. This one in Henrietta is absolutely incredible that way. From the manager to every staff member, the people are wonderful. Another impressive quality is that the entire facility is always very clean.
I went here to grab some dinner with my two sons and it was later at night but I am vegetarian and the mac and cheese and waffle fries and chick fil a sauce with a milkshake was amazing! fast at the register and food was up quickly! all around great experience!! 🙂
I always have a great experience when we come here. The biggest perks are the professionalism and friendliness the staff express and the convince of their Drive through. I love their waffle fries and chck-fil-a sauce!
Never actually had food here, I just deliver for door dash, there is usually a 2 minute wait for the delivery orders by the time I arrive, but never much longer than that, and for that I am very thankful, the service you get here should be the industry standard. Professionalism and efficiency from all of the staff.
The food is always good but the service that the woman gave while pulling up my mobile order in the cold rain was just fantastic! She was just a sweetheart and to be in the cold while doing it definitely deserved so many props !
One of the best locations in the 585. By the time I'm at the booth to sit my food arrives. If I'm in the drivethru it's quick, even during rush hour (12-2p lunch times).
The gentleman working the window with the southern accent was very friendly. Had manners and was polite. Food was good.

Third and last time I will eat here. Why is it so hard to get the right chicken on a salad? In April it took 3 salads and half an hour to get the drive through delivery girl to notice me sitting farther up in the delivery area. Her attitude was horrible. My next attempt I was told they were out of grilled cold chicken for the day. It was 11 o'clock in the morning. Today the order was placed online and cold grilled chicken is an option but I got hot. I had pulled forward and tried to wave down the delivery guy but he never saw me. I pulled back through the drive through and was told they don't do cold chicken anymore. Why is it an online order option then? I asked for a salad with grilled chicken on the side. As I pulled around the sweet girl who had brought my shake asked what was wrong and I explained. She said cold chicken was an option. As I got to the window I heard her tell the manager and he raised his voice and told her 'I have already told her there's no cold grilled chicken!' He shouldn't treat an employee that way, especially in earshot of a customer. Why isn't it an option anymore? Not everyone wants hot chicken on a cold salad. And if it's not something you offer, don't have it available for online ordering.
What's all the hype about? I got a (#1) classic chicken sand with pickles on the side. Cashier was nice, but a regular piece of fried chicken on the greasiest bun arrived … and that's it. They forgot the side pickles, but there was NOTHING else on it ($$$). I tried their signature sauce to add some moisture, and it tasted like fake bacon, liquid smoke added to mayo. One and done.
Just ordered via uber eats. Ordered two of their famous bowls and 6piece chicken combo with four sides (1 mash, 1 gravy, 2 wedges) Did not get the famous bowls at all. Got correct pieces of check and biscuits not got no wedges/ instead got two Mac and cheese, which I didn’t order. Tried calling the store but no one picked up on several attempts. Definitely not impressed. All I wanted were some wedges since I had a craving for them :(
Are you guys serious? Selling this? What kind of fries are these? Just looks like leftover pieces. Do people have to check everything right in front of you at the store? Paid for garbag.
I ordered 4 chicken spicy sandwiches and 12 pieces of nuggets and no sasuse for my kids for dinner. Unfortunately, I found one bug in the lettuce from my son's sandwich, we remove all the sandwiches lettuce are not cleaned. Very poor food preparation. Very disappointed. Almost we spend $36.75
You got a five star review 2 years ago. Changed my mind today. I got a bunch of nonsense. Chicken tenders was burned and dry. My toddler couldn't chew them. The fries, I got bits and pieces and that was THREE large orders of bits and pieces. No extra sauces like I paid for. So sad. And it wasn't even busy like what the hell! I'm glad I got scraps. Homeless people eat better than I did at this location. Oh and I'll be writing corporate a lovely letter.
This has been the 4th or 5th bad experience here at the Henrietta location. Here’s my experience just this time: 1- terrible service: waited in line as the only other other person being served for almost 10 minutes started a stopwatch because it was ridiculous. Was never acknowledged and extremely slow service. Other people were also served slowly 2- when I finally was served they said weren’t accepting cash. I asked if there was any way( including using the other register),was told no. I escalated it and they said oh yeah actually we can ring you out on the other register… 🙄 after I had conceded to using card which I didn’t want to do. 3- ordered dine-in was served to go. I asked about it and was told we aren’t doing trays…the next customer literally was served dine in on a tray (picture for proof) 4- got my sauces wrong and never brought out my drink had to go up and ask for it. 5- started closing at about 830 when they close at 10 (picture for proof) Im disappointed because Chik Fil A prides themselves on service and they have repeatedly failed here at the Henrietta.
They have forgotten parts of my order so many times. Gave me 27 polyneisian sauces but no nuggets. Did you think I was gonna eat the sauce with a spoon bro?
Purchased the spicy chicken sandwich and a few hours later was sick...talked to several other individuals who have experienced the same thing. I had a feeling when I went at 9pm at night in a Tuesday and the sandwich tasted like it was old. Lesfon learned, I'll never return again.
I walked in started to place my order, the girl at the counter rolled her eyes because I said I wanted crispy chicken and then walked away from the counter, so I took my money elsewhere. The employees at that sore are very rude and have no business dealing with customers.
This restaurant is usually slow to complete internal orders. The managers act dismissive and abrasive toward customers who express genuine frustration after waiting excessive periods of time at a fast food service. Oftentimes, they lock the doors during normal hours because they lack enough staff members to run shifts. If a customer knocks on the door and expresses irritation due to locked doors, then the employees or managers act indifferent. The morale is extremely low. I suspect that this location will close permanently if the management continue to fail in exercising competent leadership toward their staff and customers. I have yet to hear an apology made to grievanced customers who actually waited 30 minutes for their fast food. This location makes the Popeyes stores look like 5-star diners.
Management is rude to dashers passive aggressive. Food takes way too long.
They told me to pull up and they would bring out my food and I’ve been waiting for 20+ minutes and other people have gone through and I have not been served yet
If I can give 0 stars I would! This is the worse KFC in the entire city I can’t believe they haven’t been closed down. The food is old and cold sloppy mess. The biscuits tasted moldy. The wedges taste like old potato jerky just plain NASTY. I just threw 37$ in the garbage! NEVER EVER AGAIN. Please health department look into this place!
Staff is horrendous, manager is even worse, food looks like it’s been sitting for a week and your order will be messed up. Tony’s birdland across the street 10x better don’t your waste your time.
Portions run small. They don't fill up the fry boxes. No service and takes forever for food. After 15 minutes received food cold. Never busy and takes forever. not worth it and now I know why it's not busy
Ordered at 7:16 got to the location on Dewey Ave at 7:30 all doors are locked. Still sitting in drive thru at 8:10 waiting to talk to someone. I paid online. I called the store and they picked up the phone and left it off the hook. Manager admitted to taking the phone off the hook. Claimed he was the only one working. Rolled his eyes and shook his head when I asked if my order was ready. He said as ready as it will be. Completely rude, unapologetic. If you can avoid this location please do. It's too bad that the service and treatment of the customers is so terrible.
Went through drive thru to pick up mobile order. Got order and luckily checked the bags before we left the parking lot bc we were given all the wrong sides. Went back through drive thru and told to pull forward. Same worker then told us they gave us corn bc they didn’t have fries…”do you want potato wedges instead?”. I said yes, but also didn’t get the mashed potatoes either. She didn’t say anything else, closed the window. Came back and literally shoved the bag at me and slammed the drive thru window and walked away. I don’t know that I’ve ever had anyone be so rude while ordering fast food. And they got our order wrong. And the Mac and cheese and biscuits were cold and dry. Will never go here again for sure
The employees choose to lock the doors whenever they feel like it. I've been there at 4:30pm in the afternoon before and they announced that the dining room area is closed for the rest of the day.
Absolutely insane how bad the service is, I was asked to pull forward and someone would bring me my food 30 mins later I was forced to knock on the door to no answer and then walk up to the drive thru window to remind the employee, she came out and gave me the coldest order I’ve ever had, will not go back, please go anywhere else
Absolutely Appalling Experience – Avoid This KFC at All Costs If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I just had the absolute worst experience at the drive-through, and it was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. I placed an order for two Number Seven meals with mashed potatoes, fries, and Mountain Dew (no ice). The order taker acknowledged my order and told me to drive up to the next window. I said thank you and waited patiently. It took about 5 to 10 minutes just to get to the payment window, despite there being very few cars. When I finally got my food, I was only given one order. I politely let the woman at the window know that I had ordered two meals, not one. She looked at me as if I were speaking another language completely confused. Then, instead of addressing me directly, another employee came up, ignored me entirely, and asked the first woman what the issue was. After being told I had ordered two meals, this second employee handed me a second drink, closed the window, then came back to demand to see my receipt. I gave it to her. She then told me I had only paid for one meal. At this point, I calmly said, That’s fine, I want two meals, and handed her my card to pay for the second one. After she charged me again, she asked me to pull up and said she would bring the order out. I waited in front of the store for an additional 10 minutes. During that time, every single car that came through the drive-through after me received their food and left. I was still sitting there waiting for food I had already paid for. Eventually, my passenger went inside to see what was going on, only to be told that they were refusing to bring the food out until we provided a receipt—again. Mind you, they had just seen it in the drive-through and charged me for the second meal themselves. This back-and-forth was not only frustrating but also downright disrespectful. The staff acted like we were in the wrong, even though their failure to communicate, document, and follow through was the entire problem. The total time it took to receive two simple chicken meals? Over 30 minutes. There is zero professionalism, no communication, horrible customer service, and a clear lack of training or leadership at this location. What could have been resolved with a quick apology and timely service turned into a headache that completely ruined my evening. It’s honestly embarrassing for a business to operate this way. I live nearby, and it’s sad that such a convenient location is run so poorly. After this experience and after reading other similar reviews, it’s clear that this is not an isolated incident; it’s a pattern. I will never return to this KFC and strongly urge others to stay away until management does a serious overhaul of the staff and trains them on basic customer service, communication, and active listening skills. Do better!
Got charged ordering online and had 4 delivery drivers cancel because they were out of “chicken” , tried to cancel online and they said they couldn’t because order was “in progress” called the restaurant roughly 30 times with no answer. Called customer service stated not responsible for their franchise. Stay away. Worst kfc location I’ve been too and I’m from Kentucky! lol.
Used drive up at 3935 Dewey Ave in Rochester, ny. 20 minutes from home. Opened box at home and wrong order. My ticket # is, 1878, I ordered and paid for 3 PC. Combo with coleslaw & small milk. Received 2 pieces of chicken, 1 busquit, mashed potatoes, and 2 small desert bites. Called the store and cannot speak to a human. The phone wants an access code then hangs up. Besides going back out in a rainstorm, to the store, how can this be fixed?
Didn’t get a chance to try any food waited to place an order for 15 minutes and left without buying anything. Noticed only 2 people working there. They were trying to get as much food out as they could. But I was ignored the whole time I was at the counter. Need better management
