There is a delivery person named Azam that has a heart of gold. She helped me tonight by delivering pizza to hungry refugees in the hospital because their one year old daughter is having health problems. They have no money and haven't eaten a real meal in two days. I had ordered the pizza by phone because I couldn't go to the hospital myself. Later, She called me stating that she couldn't find anyone to delivery it to so she patiently waited while I called the man to ask him where he was. Turns out he was in the ER. When I told Azam he was there, she graciously offered to walk to the ER side to give him his pizza. Then she called me to let me know that he got it. Thank you so much!!

It was great, I ordered on the phone 2 medium 2 toppings for less than $13 and 10ish minutes later they had it ready for me to pick it up. Also how I ordered on my phone they even knew my name. I got plates. Maybe the only thing is there's no packets of crushed red peppers or parmesan cheese. But they'll sell you a little shaker for $2

This Domino's has restored my faith in the chain. The employees are top notch, from management, to the prep and delivery. My pizza is always fresh and made to my specifications. I love the work the company has done for the app and love how i can track my progress on my android watch!!

Ordered directly from this location the other night, after finding the generic Domino’s app unworkable. The young man on the phone was wonderful! The gentleman delivering arrived almost immediately and was wonderful! The price was great, and, of course, my order was perfect and delicious! Thank goodness some businesses still have dependable quality in every area! Thanks guys for a 5 ⭐️ experience!

I don't know why this place has so many negative reviews. We order online from this store frequently and we have only had 1 bad experience. The experience was a rude delivery driver but due to an accident right in front of my apartment complex, I can understand how he was frustrated. Overall they are ALWAYS on time, friendly and the most I can complain about is ordering 2 Garlic Sauces and only getting 1, which is really not a big deal. I love this place, especially when I am too busy to worry with dinner like today.

My pizza's always good, and it's delivered in a timely manner. The delivery people are the nicest they could be at this location. I've never had a problem with order accuracy. Best if ordered online or through the app.

David Burch a young man working at this location was very knowledgeable and respectful. I have an injured shoulder and would’ve had trouble carrrying my Pizza to the car. He not only helped me with the smile but , brought my pizzas to the car service. Great pizza 10 out of 10.

Looking at all the past comments, I’m guessing this location has revamped because I’ve ordered 3 times now and love it! It seems that they switched to a more tavern-style pizza which I absolutely love. It looks handmade as they advertise. If you want an over processed, bready pizza then there are others but I enjoy tasting the toppings with a proper amount of crust like those made in more expensive pizza places. Since I’ve never had an issue, my encounter with the staff doesn’t go beyond picking up my pizza. I use the app (and get great discounts) so I don’t need to pay at the store. For those with poor experience with staff, try to remember that energy is matched and kindness goes a long way. Reports to corporate and protest by absence goes farther than attacking minimum wage employees.

Long time favorite and the quality is consistent. I like that you can change the amino of sauce on each pizza. I’ll never want a light sauce but I like having the option. Delivery is a bit slow and I’m only a mile from the location. But it beats facing traffic to go pick it up.

Was not able to change my order after it was made, but I order here for lunch at work multiple times a week. They always make my chicken habanero sandwich perfectly, get here in a reasonable amount of time, and do not mind bringing me a lot of sodas (that way I do not have to stop on the way home to get sodas from the store lol). All in all good store.

My concern was hygienics. Moving from the register to kneading the dough without wearing gloves or sanitizing hands. Anyway, the pizza and wings were great and it took the amount of time they said it would take. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

The pizza from Domino’s was delicious and super fresh — you can tell it came right out of the oven. Only downside is they forgot my main ingredient… the jalapeños! Still tasty overall, but I was definitely missing that spicy kick

Previously we had always gone to this location for our pizza, however today was very frustrating to say the least. I had ordered our pizza online and gone to pick it up. Their card swiper is broken do they were having to manually input the card info. For some reason my card wasn’t going through, even though I knew that I had plenty of funds available. I told them never mind and left. I called about my card and there was no problem, so I went to a Kroger and bought a gift card and put money on it. (Yes, I was craving so pizza that badly lol) I reordered our food and came back with the gift card in tow. They tell me again that my card isn’t going through! I tell them, I just bought that 10 minutes ago at the store. It has this amount of money on it, how is it not going through? They tried again and no go. I was prepared to go to Chick-fil-A but I wanted me some pizza dang it! So I drove 7 mins over to the 3820 N Fry location. One swipe and BOOM, my pizza is paid for and in the oven! Idk what the deal was with this location but you can bet the 3820 location is my new go-to! Much newer, nicer strip. The girl at the register was very polite. And now that I’ve passed enough time leaving this review about how disappointed I was with this location, I can pick up my pizza and go home and be in pizza heaven!!

. My pizzas from this location are always cut halfway, so when we grab a slice it’s always torn apart and they never add the garlic butter or that garlic sauce to the crust which is very disappointing

It took two hours to get my pizza when the app quoted me around 27 minutes. I definitely will be ordering with dominios up the road by clay. At least the have drive thru. I wish I could pick up get my pizza delivered with them instead of here.

I paid for extra cheese and it was barely any cheese on the pizza. The pizza didnt even look fresh and was warm not how when I picked it up. Now my stomach hurts badly. I have pictures of the pizza which I will post on my google review. 1st time I had dominos in month wont be eating pizza for a while.

POOR execution! They FORGOT the pizza sauce, which made the thin crust unusually dry - like dry toast. Overcooked. Olives were dry like small rubber washers. My first pizza ever without sauce. Great flavor otherwise. Quick curbside service.

I called this location and they said they weren't doing deliveries after 11:30 PM. I called at about 11:35. In my confusion I called another location and they said they were doing deliveries. Unfortunately this location was too far from me. I call back the previous location explains the situation and he was extremely rude me, when he was the one who lied. He took my order and hung up on me abruptly. Other than this whole ordeal with lying, the pizza was fun. 2/5 stars

In the past, I have always enjoyed the food at Domino's, but tonight my order was wrong. I did not ask for chicken with my pasta because I am a strict ethical vegetarian. (My dog loved it though when I picked the meat out and gave it to her.) I specified no onions, but the cook put them in the pasta. Lastly, I had asked for mushrooms, but, of course, the cook forgot them. Maybe your kitchen staff needs training on how to get an order right. Also, my soft drink was warm.

I have lived in the area and ordered approximately 30 times from this location. Every time I order a sauce, which costs 50 cents, they don't deliver it, and usually offer the solution of having and second driver deliver the sauce. The whole point is to have one delivery, not have the food you would like to eat, but have to wait in the sauce. Called to speak with a manager a couple of times, he definitely sounds young and uninterested in customer service. Other young lady who answered the phone was very impolite. Overall, quality of food is not an issue, but customer service and sumply getting an order correct seem to be huge downfalls. I would recommend ordering from almost ANYWHERE else. @dominos: I'm disappointed. Expected better, not a lot- but better.

Order number #2427 from #6779 store Ordered a xlg Brooklyn LIGHT on sauce with extra cheeses and pepperoni but it came with heavy sauce light on cheese and pepperoni, the pepperoni doesn't taste salty like normal pepperoni I'm used to, it's doesn't stand out on the pizza as if it's not there. Could of had ordered from a competitor and I would have at least enjoyed it, it was slop and a waste of money. If you spend $65 you would think something may be good out of it....lol

The last time we got our usual carry out order it was BAD. We asked for extra cheese as always but did not get it. The pizzas were both overcooked and the crust was HARD, not crisp like it should be. We both ate less than half and threw the rest away-If this happens again we will demand a refund or free pizza on our next order. No excuse for this happening.

Is it just me or did their medium pizzas get smaller? Anyway Last time I ordered I had to wait an hour just for them to tell me their systems crashed (I had my doubts) had to cancel Service used to be fast, and when calling the audio used to be clear and comprehensible And now it’s a lot of hassle switching to the least worst sounding employee to take my order so I can kind of understand what he or she is saying

Order two medium pizza for my family and I. When the delivery guy got to my apartment my husband grabbed the pizza and the delivery guy asked are you going to leave a tip before my husband could even answer his question the delivery man said, I’ll fill it out for you. My husband told him he had to sign it anyway because he use his debit card. Now I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over 10+ yrs and thought that was very unprofessional to even ask that question now I know we are going threw a tough time with this covid -19 situation but that was uncalled for. I will not be going or even ordering from them again!!!! An here it is 9:45 and I’ve been on hold now for 10 mins.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! This is the most unprofessional business ever. The service alone is why majority of my coworkers refuse to order from here. The manager, frank Flores is a complete jerk and unable to do his position properly. He behaves as if he is a child. The employees are running a great company. This is a corporate own location and someone needs to hire secret shoppers and see what is going on.

Terrible service, my family & I ordered online (carry out), decided to wait in the store. We saw people coming in and out with their food & no one asked us anything. After like a 20 min wait, my mother asks & the order never actually went through. They took our order (again) & then we waited about 30 mins more. Had to ask for a refund. The manager (Thomas) was no help whatsoever! Very disappointed. Will never go back.

This has got to be the worst Domino's around. If you order online they will mark your order as delivered when you have not received it yet. Then when you call they say the driver is leaving the store with it now. Then 30 minutes later no pizza. Save your time and money.

The young African American girl delivering pizzas almost hit my car 3 times just trying to enter your parking lot. From the light till I reached your door she rode the back of my car within inches almost causing an accident. I was worried she was going to finally hit me when I made it to the speed bumps outside your store. If you continue to let her drive like that for your company she will no doubt seriously injure or kill someone. I’m not a person that normally complains but she could seriously hurt someone.

I was on hold for a full hour. When a lady answered she sounded frustrated and annoying. When I explained to her my about my lengthy wait on the phone, she was not sympathetic or sorry. She wanted to rush me through the order. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me the manager was to busy as well. I wanted to wait for the manager but I listen to the ring tone for twenty minutes while bathing two children. I simply wanted to order a pizza, however I have no sympathy for her or her manager. I work for a great restaurant , and I have for three years. I dislike even explaining my experience I just hope maybe someone will hear about this experience. After all my blessings through my company recently I almost hesitated over the idea about typing this. If I don't say anything though this will never change. There is always hope for better managment at the fry rd domino's location in katy texas. I believe that whole heartedly, however no matter how busy you are you need to treat every guest with respect and display hospitality. I would t tell anyone else about my experience . I am truly let down and very upset. not mad just disappointed. I want to believe corporate will do something about this and my experience. BTW if it wasn't busy that just means your not doing as good as you could be. At least in guest counts. I can't say the same about customer service. Readers have a blessed night!

EVEN WORSE ISSUES. PLEASE, JUST TELL PEOPLE TO COME PICK UP ORDERS. 2+ HOURS. Did my weekly order, like usual, and my food arrived 2hrs after scheduled delivery time and was COLD. I get being short staffed, but keep realistic delivery times...I would have come picked it up. And if you try calling the store, they hang up on you.

My delivery order was cancelled more than 30 minutes after I placed the order. The online tracker said that my order was done and was being checked for perfection but I received a call from the driver not to let me know that he was here, but to let me know that my order was cancelled because of the rain. I asked why it would take 4-5 business days for a refund, the driver said "I only work here ma'am." I asked to speak to the manager. Jose, the manager, was equally as helpless. He said that it was not safe for the drivers to make deliveries, but I could carry out "for free." Aside from the time that my order was cancelled because the manager apparently walked out on his job, this is the worst experience I have had from this location. Needless to say Jose lost a customer tonight!

The first time I got the pizza it had extra toppings I didn’t even want, the manager send it again, they put the same extra toppings I didn’t want. It’s like a joke, about a year ago I’ve order pizza here and never got delivered it seems like they just can’t get better. :)

Took 1 hour for cold dry 2 medium pizzas! Wrong toppings also!!! who puts sausage with pineapple! I ordered with Canadian bacon! Couldn't find the cheese with a magnified glass! Never again!!

My family orders from this particular location weekly. The service is always nice as well as the delivery staff. Unfortunately, my last couple orders have been terrible. Last night, we orders 3 pasta dishes, wings, and stuffed breadsticks. The pasta dishes were even halfway full. You could see the bottom of the pan and one dish had about a fourth of noodles covered in cheese, a complete mess. Neither dish was a full serving for one person. We called the store immediately after we received and was told we would be credited our money, which was a lie. No effort in preparation in the meal and no effort in correcting the problem. #disappointedlongtimecustomer

Driver forgot my apartment number and I had pineapples on my pizza that I did NOT order. This is the second time I've had a horrible experience but we do order and have great drivers every once In a while. Just wish it was consistent.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I have ordered previously a few times with the same special instruction each time, they got it right about 40% of the time. My pizza was an hour late, when I called to find out why I had to wait even longer. Once the manager got on the phone it was all excuses that I expect from a teenager. The conversation ended with him saying to me "that's what's up" Normally I don't write reviews. Do not do business here.

Took my $100 to Pizza Hut. Iliana (the manager) or however her name is spelled had an attitude for no reason. The driver didn’t leave my order at the door, because I wasn’t there to answer it although I left no-contact delivery instructions & opened the gate. Nonetheless, it wasn’t a big deal AT ALL & I was VERY polite. Iliana had a stank voice to go with stank, piss poor attitude. Sad because the other workers there are very polite.

2nd time customer/1st having pizza delivered and I'll NEVER order from here again. Forget pt1 of the story "whole situation on the pizzas getting to me" smh so finally when i got the pizzas one was flat bread and no sauce when I ordered hand toss light sauce so I called the store, put on hold, guy comes on says he'll send another out and give him back the wrong order. I ask how long will that take and that seems like it really upset him but maybe he didn't know I just waited almost an hour & waited outside for 15mins and he's like 15-25mins... in a nutshell he was so rude and like you want to do it or not. I'm like ok what's your managers name he's like I am the manager and he was rude from the moment he answered the phone and then he hang the phone up on me! So yeah NEVER AGAIN😕🤷🏾‍♀️hope the rest of his night is ok cause he clearly hates his job... idk

Whoever leaves a good review for this place is either out of their mind or really hungry. Disaster from start to finish. Roaches, burnt pizza, bad service, the whole nine yards. Stay away from this place if you don’t want burnt pizza, an disease, or a headache.

I have never had such a problem with a domino’s location. After thinking I would not order from here again, I gave them a chance yet again. In the past I’ve had multiple wrong orders, burnt pizza, and many orders that take 4X as long to get delivered as the app said it would take. As of right now.. it’s an hour and a half later since I ordered despite the app showing it out for delivery for over an hour. I had to call the store and they said it got delivered to the wrong person? And the person working didn’t care.. all they had to say was “sorry bro, he is headed back to the store now.” I get it’s hard to find people to work.. but the owner of this location should loose there franchise license to run that location. Get someone in there that actually cares and knows what they are doing.

Where do I begin?? I ordered from this location about 3 weeks ago. I've ordered from here on many occasions. I always order online. I work about 45 minutes away from the location so I figured by time i get there to pick it up it should be ready. WRONG!!! I even made an extra stop putting me right at an hour upon arrival. As soon as i pulled up to the store I could see customers inside that looked irate. I already knew this was not going to be good. I went inside for my pizza, the cashier pretended to look behind him to see if my order was ready. After 1 hour the pizza was not ready nor had they began to make it! There were 7 employees behind the counter ( i counted). Out of 7 employees there was not ONE competent employee out of the bunch. They were all standing around doing absolutely nothing. It's no wonder some of the pics of pizza from other reviews look the way they do. Disgusting. I boldly expressed my disdain and irritation for my order NOT being ready and the so-called "manager" came up to the register and said "just cancel her order" as he proceeded to cancel it on the computer. Not once did he ask if I wanted to wait, not once did he apologize on the companies behalf. His name is Boykin by the way, steer clear of him. They all have terrible attitudes for working in customer service food industry. The store manager should absolutely hold his head down in shame. Well, I dont lie down easily. As i continued in my expression Boykin and the cashier took it upon themselves to mock me and make fun of my irritation. To top it all off, Boykin also called the police on me. As a manager the goal should be to deescalate, not stir the pot. I will absolutely never eat here again. If i have to come back here every month to rewrite my review just to deter others then I will. I have never in my life been so rudely handled by the staff of any food establishment. Dominos is not the only pizza place on earth and surely isn't the best. Kick rocks.

Very dissatisfied ordered online and customer service very unprofessional . Ordered at 4:38 and got my delivery at 5:00pm called and was on hold for 30 min for a remake called back at 6:30pm to check to see when it’s getting delivered and now it’s 7:10pm and still haven’t gotten anyone to answer the phone I need a full refund and free pizza cause people don’t know how to read when it states extra sauce they didn’t put any sauce . I called corporate their office is close and I’m still on hold 30 min in unprofessional. I will never order here again the worse experience with this franchise

Rudest customer service from a pizza place we have ever experienced. This girl had tons of attitude. We live 11 minutes away and she refused to deliver because there was a store 2 minutes closer... However Domino's is just fine sending our order 20 minutes in the wrong direction because they got our address wrong over the phone. Whoever the female was that answered the phone today needs proper training. If the app worked properly we wouldn't have to call in the first place. It took over 90 minutes to get our delivery. Get your act together Domino's.

Be sure to read their reviews. This place is horrible. This domino's does not understand the meaning of customer service. They have messed up our orders on several occasions, but we just blew it off. The last time they sent us someone else's pizza and that was too much. I contacted the store and they emailed me a $20 gift code. I didn't notice it had to be used within 1 week. We don't eat that much pizza. So now I tried to use the code today and it shows expired. I call the location and I asked who I'm speaking to and smart Alec says a domino's employee...WOW!! I tell him my story and he tells me tough luck. Looks like dumbinos will be losing a customer to a local pizza place.

Very NASTY service! RUDE and SLOPPY manager for a female! I ordered a pizza for my kid, opened it at home it was burned. I called to let them know my pizza was burned, the manager came on the phone so RUDE as if I needed free pizza, I'm just letting you know about your poor service and to do better because it was the second time your store burning my kid pizza. She did not apologize for that and I am NEVER going back there again! I'd rather the one on FRY AND CLAY ROAD, GREAT SERVICE! VERY CLEAN STORE! NICE PEOPLE! GREAT TEAM! SUPERMAN MANAGER🙌🏽🙌🏽

They have a driver, an elderly Hindu person who, whenever he has to deliver my pizza, I ask him NOT TO KNOW THE DOOR! and he doesn't leave until I leave, he knocks the door on me and he always asks me for tips when I put it on the app! He made me go out to my car to get more because he tells me it's not enough! I find it very rude of you.

Whenever we use this location, we tend to have issues. This time, we sat outside the store for 25 more minutes past the latest time the app said it would be ready. The Domino's near the Fry and Clay intersection has never given us problems. We will only be using that location from here on out.

I placed an order to be ready at 6:15 p.m. and I received a text message at 6:01, saying my order was on the way. I only live 2 minutes away so after them being 20 minutes late, I called and I told to call back after 30 minutes and if it wasn't there to file a complaint. I called back at 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to arrive and they told me that my order was just coming out of the oven and they don't understand why I received a message saying that it was on the way. So not only was it late and I was told that it was on the way, but when I called the first time, she told me it was already on the way. So I was lied to and only got my money back after I was told to cancel the order. They told me they could not give me my money back if they continued to deliver it. Really disappointing service.

Never met anyone more unprofessional people than these guys. - First, they delivered wrong order. - I had to call them 9 times just for them to answer my phone. - They said they’re sending a replacement order, which never came. - Called them again, which once again took more than 6-7 tries, listening to their advertising. After answering, the manager said he’ll send a replacement order but before completing, he hung up on me. - Now, they’re not answering calls at all Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Worst experience. Doesn’t deserve to stay in business

I ordered chessy bread n I ask them not to put it on it n they did n I ask how long would it take to remake it since I’m allergic to garlic so I can’t eat the bread since I’m allergic they said we will get in trouble if we remake it. That was rude so i wasted my reward for nothing

What is even service here? I order for curbside pick up, the server comes and hands me the food without saying anything, which made me rightfully doubt that my order was handled properly. And not surprisingly, I was right :) My deluxe pizza came with only cheese. I go inside to tell them and the only words I get are "we're making a new pizza". Well thank you for stating the obvious but that was it. Not even a single apology. Just poor poor service.

I went in to pick up an order. Seceral employees on their phone. No gloves. They were preparing the pizzas with no hair nets, no gloves, picking up their cell phones, and talking and caring on over the food they were preparing. It did not feel sanitary AT ALL. Very disappointing. The Domino's on Fry and Clay, WAY BETTER! Very clean ]and sanitary. I accidently ordered from the wrong location. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered delivery today. It took 2 hours for the food to arrive. The driver was nice, said they were understaffed and very busy. I get it, but the food was cold and I was missing items. I called the store and was only offered store credit and a free pizza. I probably won't order from this location again. Do better Dominoes! Not very customer friendly!!

we were outside waiting with blinkers on for almost 1 hour! what the hell are these folks doing? went in and pick the order, only to get home to find they got my order wrong!!! Its not rocket science folks simply add the toppings we asked for! Its probably worth driving further out for better service or better yet switching to papa johns

Origionally the quoted time was 40-55 min but it actually took 2 hours. I recieved a text message that the delivery driver was in my neighborhood but the order didn't arrive. When I checked the tracker, the driver was not in my neighborhood. I called the store and was told they were running about 5 minutes behind but at that point my order was closer to 30 min late already. It took about another 30 minutes before I finally got my order. From reading the reviews, it seems like they dispatch orders that are not actually ready nor out for delivery so they can meet their quotas.

The white guy who took my order had a terrible attitude. I asked for a pizza with cheese on the shore and with a bad attitude he said that they couldn't do it at that time. Okay, I understand, but I want another pizza half Buffalo chicken and half pepperoni, and He told me "I can't " OMG so, They only sell what you want? I asked for my ticket and he didn't want to give it to me either. He said until he gave me the pizza. Bad service!!!! #Domino's pizza

If there was a -0 that would be the rating. I order pizza and salad…after waiting an hour they called and said they didn’t have salads but wanted to charge me the same price! This location should shut down!! Horrible management!

I purchased four “Support Your Community” fundraising cards to use at local locations, as I manage three offices in Katy, TX. Last week, one location accepted the card but took over three hours to deliver, citing that the driver quit. The manager offered a free pizza on our next visit. This week, when we tried to redeem the card again by scanning the QR code, the same manager stated the card is only valid at corporate locations, that we are now considered out of the delivery area, and that we would need to pick up the pizza ourselves. The card states “at participating locations” but does not disclose that this means corporate-owned stores only or that pickup may be required. We were not out of the area when the card was previously accepted. These restrictions were not disclosed at purchase. Had these limitations been made clear, I would not have purchased four cards. I am requesting the cards be honored as advertised or that a refund or equivalent resolution be provided.

Do not order from this Dominos location. I have guests over and placed an order via DoorDash. I posted in detail the description to my apartment and leave at the door instructions. The status said delivered but there was no delivery. I called this location and notified DoorDash and was berated and blamed for the missing pizza by whoever answered the call from the store. The delivery driver also lied and said they had called me which is untrue. My guests and I are baffled by this level of customer service. I will never patronize this franchise again and if you don’t want your day ruined I advise you not to as well.

This is the worst Domino’s. I don’t know if they only have two people working there or what, but you can never get your food on time. The delivery driver doesn’t even bother to properly deliver your order they literally just toss it in front of your door. And I kid you not, they throw it right in front of your door. The lack of care when it comes to the food, the inconsistency, and the inaccurate delivery times are unbelievable. Please, I beg you if you want to order Domino’s, do not order from this store. If you’re ordering online, double-check to make sure this location’s address isn’t the one fulfilling your order. You will not have a good experience. Order from any other store this one is the absolute worst. Honestly, the fact that this store is still open is beyond me.

Placed an online order for two pizzas to pay at the store , got there n wanted to add a 2-liter soda . The guy that was at the front was struggling just to add the drink onto my order . Told me I had to purchase it separately . I payed the pizza and was waiting for him to charge me the bev . Well he couldn’t figure it out so he waited till one of his coworker helped him . The other employee was able to add the bev to my order sayin it was 29.45 when I just payed 25.75 for the pizza . I told hem I just payed n he said it didn’t go through . I literally payed twice for the order .

This dominoes takes forever to deliver pizza. This has happened multiple times. I ordered it an hour and a half ago. One hour ago it says it was out of the oven yet It still hasn’t left the store. This place is an absolute joke!!!! Honestly, even saying that is probably a colossal understatement!!! The last few times we've order from here there have been issues, usually issues after issues after issues, and the employees act like they're doing you a favor for doing the job that they are paid to do!!!!!! I completely understand mistakes happen, no one is perfect, I truly do understand that. What I don't understand is how someone sends the COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER. We ordered 3 things, Buffalo chicken pizza, parmesian bread bites, and bone in Buffalo wings. We got some type of pizza that was covered in pretty much everything they carry and an order of chicken Alfredo! The chicken Alfredo isn't even sent in the same containers as any of the other stuff we ordered! I ordered this just after Midnight, they close at 1am, I had just finished working a 16hr day, order the pizza on the way home, got home, changed and dealt with some family stuff. After about 20mins had past after it was to be delivered my daughter opened the door to find someone's dominos order sitting on the ground at our door. Mind you we did NOT request it to be left at the door, the driver never rang the door bell or knocked, just dropped the order and ran. I immediately went to Dominos to find the front door wide open and not a single employee actually paying attention to their surroundings. I sat there for a good 5mins at their counter loudly saying "hello" and waving my arms in an attempt to get their attention but they were too busy blaring music in their headphones. Once they finally realized someone was standing there they immediately went to being absolute dumbfounded at how I could have gotten in. I literally had to turn and stare at the WIDE OPEN front door for a bit before one them finally said, rather poetically, "Oooo the front door is open" And the award goes to.... Was I met with actual compassion, understanding, or an actual customer service focused mentality...NOPE! I was met with a smug smirk and an attitude that made it obvious that they didn't care whatsoever that they just completely screwed up AGAIN and had left a customer with little to no options on grabbing something to eat at this time of night. It was made very clear that I was the one who was out of line and was being completely unreasonable for going up there. Just a repeated "Well, I'm sorry but what do you want us to do about it, we're closed everything is off....like they're stuff is controlled by computer and only corporate can turn an oven on. They could have easily taken the extra step and actually put customer service first but we all now customer service is the last thing a corporation cares about and we all know they only hire those who swear an oath to be as lazy and unaccomadating as possible every chance they get, effort better not even be in their vocabulary. I mean they even made sure that the one person there who actually had some respect and was trying to take the customer service first approach was very quickly shut down told to shut up, with body language, and quickly spoken over by the curly haired punk kid with his little smug smile and condescending attitude We all know that society, in a whole, has gone to crap and that customer service, especially from a large corporation, is basically nonexistent but I never realized that the head quarters for the continued efforts to ensure that this continues was located within a Dominos down the street from my house and was being lead by some punk that should be very thankful that society frowns on people teaching people a real lesson nowadays.

This domino's is a joke. Poor customer service and poor quality of pizza. I've had to go back multiple times to get stuff fixed. They can't even cut the pizza all the way. Paying for a service that you ain't getting here. They need to retain everyone including the gm here.

⚠️ Warning to Fellow Patrons ⚠️ 🪳 Had a deeply disappointing experience at this Dominos Pizza. Ordered on 1/4/2024, and while the first pizza was fine, the second was a shocker – found a cockroach! Contacted the general manager for a promised refund, but two weeks later, no refund or follow-up. Despite their assurance, neither the general nor district manager returned my calls. Frustrated by the lack of response, I left this review. Hygiene concerns and unfulfilled promises make me question the standards here. Think twice before choosing this location for Pizza!

I have to order my pizza with no cheese because of a dairy allergy and this is how my pizza came. I have ordered it from lots of dominos here in katy and it has never looked like this! I called to complain and the person that answered the phone said "since you ordered it with no cheese there is no way to make it come out any other way" and the second pic is the replacement! Guess I don't get to eat tonight! And this dominos will not get my business again. How disappointing
