Yummy and so many varieties. The combo is perfect. Most places you get a 1/2 a sandwiches. Not here whole thing did soup and a bonus cookie!!! So worth it. The decor is cute and they cater for that next party or girls night/meeting. Big enough to have a meeting there.

Enjoyed this place so much we came back 2 days in a row. We sampled 3 different of the 12+ varieties of chicken salad. They range from sweet, to savory, even spicy. Also had the turkey club to shake it up. Everything was very good. The service was excellent and a bit surprising. You order at the counter but they deliver the food to your table as well as clean up after you. The 2nd day we happened to be there on the stores anniversary and we got a great gift bag filled with a nice towel and sunglasses. Now we just need them to open a location in Illinois so we don’t have to travel so far...hint hint😁

Decided to try this because I wanted something different. I was expecting something overly frilly, etc. Boy, was I wrong. The food was great and the atmosphere was comfortable. This is definitely a southern restaurant. If you get a sandwich, splurge and get the croissant, you won't regret it.

Absolutely delicious! I was hesitant to try it because all chicken salad is not created equal. But I was floored. This tastes homemade and like it was made with love. I got the Trio with the Pimento Cheese, Olivia's Old South chicken salad, and Loaded Potato soup. I ended up exchanging the soup for the Fruity Fran chicken salad. They were all delicious! I highly recommend this place. The portions were a nice size. I had plenty left over for later. They also gave me a small cookie that is pretty tasty as well. The sweet tea is good too...fresh brewed. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend. With The Trio and a tea, I paid $12. Not too bad and I have leftovers.

I love coming here but the food was a little off the last couple of times I've been in . Bread was not fresh,broccoli salad didn't have enough dressing. I love this place but the last couple of times its not been good food quality.

We typically like going to Chicken Salad Chick as their food is delicious. They give our dogs treats, which is nice. They even have a veterans day special. But unfortunately when my veteran husband went for his free veterans day meal at this location, they told him it was for dine in only. Even though the app said it was for dine in OR DRIVE THRU. He had his dogs with him so he was unable to go inside for this meal. Disappointing.

This locations quality is subpar compared to the other locations in the city. I ordered the Sandwich Meal with Olivia's Old South and the egg in it wasn't cut up properly, just big chunks! This is the third time I've received a bad quality chicken salad from here and I had to comment.

The customer service at this place is horrible, everyone needs to be trained to be kind at least. Also, the food USED to be good but lately I've been questioning the sanitary standards here. Also, check the expiration dates on your chips, they have sold me expired chips! Manager (a Caucasian woman) does not seem to care). Lost a customer.

Just got off the phone with the manager- Brittany said No one looks at Yelp or cares about Yelp at this business! So basically a middle finger to people that use Yelp! Each time I come here not one employee ask if you have rewards number. And every time I get home to enter reward information ( following instructions), it never saves and says " not found". It's like this business doesn't want you to use their app! You can as to use your app ahead of time but employees still tell you to manually enter ticket information knowing it won't work! Also this time I picked up the onion forward chicken salad and when I got home the container was correct with label but the chicken inside was not what I ordered. So this visit was a bust on both ends.

Worst CSC I’ve ever been too! Zero friendless or greeting or response. Food was terrible! I’ve eaten mainly in Florida but had some in Houston and it’s never this bad! Bread was yuk…not what CSC usually uses so not sure what the deal is here? Sandwich was sloppy made and dry and over toasted and just yuk. Will never be back here.

Ill try to keep it short. I ordered a few large chicken salads for a work function to feed 6-7 people, I noticed after pulling everything out that they only gave 5-7 packs of crackers for the $70 order, unbelievable. I talked to the manager and she said let me take down your name and we will make it right next time you come in. I came in today, they never wrote my name down and they didnt make it RIGHT at all. Very disappointed.

I used to enjoy eating here, but the thrill is now gone. I had the BLT sandwich and the bacon was the quality of something you would expect from McDonalds. The bread was hard and stale. The lettuce looks old and brownish. The chicken salad just tasted like some mushy chicken concoction that I couldn’t even stomach to finish. I really think this place is more of a novelty… it’s cool to try it once or twice, but I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s just not worth the price anymore, especially with half of my meal going into the trash can.
