Called ahead to see if they had a table for five. The gentleman said we wouldn't have a problem getting a table. To our surprise, the kind gentleman saved us a table without our asking. Now that is great customer service!! Our waitress was wonderful as well, even though she had quite a few tables she was serving. Out food was delicious.

Lydia and Lilly are the best bartenders in Monroe County! Or maybe even the world! Seriously very friendly, always making sure the customers are taken care of! Couldn’t ask for more. And as always, great beer specials and selection! Food was fantastic!

They were extremely nice and had top notch service. If you go in ask for Nicole and ellie they are the best. It's definitely a nice change from alot of the bars and grills around.

Only late night Sunday bar and grill open with food. Wednesday is good, but waitresses and bartenders need to pay more attention to customers by revisiting more often. We had the SWEETEST waitress ever (Cassidy, I’m pretty sure). My friends and I got to joke around with her and it just made for a really great night. My boyfriend thought his chicken sandwich was a little tough and when mentioning it to her, she went out of her way to fix the issue and had his sandwich fully remade with no hesitation. Amazing service, can’t wait to go back. The black cherry cider was extra yummy too.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this restaurant there was no problems at all and everything was great. I got the Buffalo wing dip up and the Onion rings and it was delicious!! My wife and I drove from Syracuse on March 4th. 2025. Our purpose was to get lunch and hopefully meet Hulk Hogan doing his Great American Beer promoting. When the door opened and we got in there was one table left a high top round by the front door. I asked a gentleman that was working up front if we could stand there and order lunch he was very nice and said of course yes. One minute later he came over with two stools for us. I had a pulled pork sandwich and Fries, the wife had the Guiness Beef Stew. The food was terrific and plenty full. Actually we both had half our meals to go. We sat there have some drinks enjoying all the people waiting for the Hulk. I had a couple questions for the gentleman that seated us and as busy as he was he was gracious and took his tie answering, he never once gave me the impression that I was bothering him. And I should add I called the restaurant on our drive three times with questions and this was like two hours before opening, a man answered the phone and took his time answering questions. Our server was fantastic, of course the place was busy and she was super nice and we basically stopped her while she was waiting and running for other tables. This place was very crowded and the food came out quickly and all nice, fresh and hot. Yes we were disappointed with the whole Hulk fiasco he didn't get there until after 3:00 then spent maybe 20 minutes behind the big bar getting the crowd going and did hand out beers, but forget trying to get a picture or having him sign the 20.00 12 pack they were selling there. THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MacGregors again I can't say enough about the place. We spend a good amount of time in Rochester or driving through and we will be stopping again maybe on a more normal Tuesday, if today was that good top to bottom I can only imagine how it would be on a little slower day. Congratulations MacGregors and to your staff. I been around the restaurant business 50 years and your place knocked it out of the park today.

Hosted a baby shower here in the back room. The staff was great at making sure we had everything we needed. The menu has many options and is very generous with their portions.

We went to watch football. Chicken wi gs(garlic parm and sweet n spicy chili) were tasty and cooked perfectly. Service was good, the o ly issue is that they had only one bartender so it took her time to get back to us, but she was great. The atmosphere is fine. It's a bar restraunt.. Definitely will return and recommend. No wonder they're parking lot is always full.

Im an observer. It seems like if you're male, the service is great. I've waited more than 10 minutes to get a drink and walked out a couple times. Today I asked my bartender to speak with me and she served more than 5 people, cleaned up the bar, asked the fella next to me if he needed anything and almost walked away till I got her attention again. I wasn't impressed. I spend a decent amount, I tip well and I don't cause problems. I guess there's no more customer in customer service anymore.

This a local pub offers a spacious environment with a very wide variety of beer on tap. I ordered chicken wings and they were very good. Hey man you is interesting and reasonably priced and the staff was friendly. Parking is free and it's easy access. My visit was during the day but I've heard that it gets pretty active with live music and such in the evenings. I'm definitely going to go back and check that out. Great place to go if you want to try some varieties of beer and some great bar food. This was my first visit but it won't be my last.

We sat in the bar area, which is a large, open room. It can get very loud. Service was very good. Wings were large but hot Buffalo sauce could have been spicier. Steak salad was good and fish fry was excellent. Large beer selection.

We just stopped in for a drink since we were in the area. They have a huge selection of draft beers which was a nice surprise. Our bartender was awesome and very attentive. Her shift ended and then the service quality dropped off. We sat with empty drinks for over 20 minutes, the bartender was running around the large bar area since it got busy. I understand what that's like and gave her the time to catch up, but then she was chatting with people and didn't come back our way. We had to actually try to get her attention, by that point we just wanted to leave. She gave us our bill and was gone again. We ended up paying cash so we could just get out of there without any more delays. We would have stayed longer and also gotten some food too had this not happened.

Stopped in for a few drinks with a friend and to play Golden Tee. He ordered the wings which were decent but not as good as true Buffalo wings. Smaller for sure. I had mozzarella sticks - which were cooked nicely but the sauce was not that great - ehhh - at best. Tasted a lot of like tomato paste. Tons of beer selections which is cool if that is your thing. I have had the nacho platter here before which is very good and large enough for a few people.

I have attended three parties in their back room, they do an excellent job both with catering and service. They even turned the music down when we asked. I feel the price was reasonable. A good choice for group events.

Nicely decorated for Holidays, friendly and attentive service. Food is standard bar food that could use a little more attention. Pizza was undercooked and doughy, potato boats (stuffed potato skins) were skimpy for the price and overcooked. Nice selection of beers on tap as well as super-size cocktail specials. Wings are well-sauced, but if you like yours crispy, don't order these.

The curb appeal was a typical older style Irish pub without the Irish food. A good beer selection compared to the surrounding restaurant. The food was good for what if offers. My friend got the French Dip which he really enjoyed. I got the Cobb Burger which I thought would be a chopped Cobb salad on top of the burger but was lettuce, tomato, bacon, and blue cheese added in layers. They claim their burger are ground fresh. It was a ok/good burger. They offered MacGregor's style buffalo wings which were just standard buffalo style wings. Service was great! Not a bad place for beer and some bar food. They do add on a credit card convenience charge.

Everything is pretty middle of the road. Not stuff to go crazy about, but not anything terrible. If you want basic bar food- fried stuff, basic sandwiches, burgers, etc. This is a decent place. They do have a policy posted on the doors, a little above eye level, that if you pay with a credit or debit card there is a convenience fee added on, so just be aware.

My mom and I came here his past Thursday night at 7:30 PM. The bar was pretty packed but we were just coming for dinner so it didn't really matter. There were a lot of open tables yet we were told there would be a 10 minute wait. After about 5 minutes we were seated by the host who pointed to the table to sit at rather than actually seating us. When we sat down we were quickly greeted by our waitress (Shannon, I think) who was very nice and brought out our drinks we ordered very quickly. We then ordered right away our meals - no differentiation from the menu - A cuban a sandwich and a Turkey wrap. Then came the problem - We waited for 50 minutes to then be seen again, which was when we were then given our meals. Our nice waitress then came over to check on the order to make sure it was accurate (which it was) and when she saw we were finished quickly brought us our bill. The food was pretty tasty for sure but not worth an hour wait to get. This was the second time my mother has dined here where she has had beyond acceptable slow service. So all in all the waitstaff is alright, the food is good, prices are fair and the speed is beyond slow. So if you have the time and are willing to wait I say give them a try otherwise pass.

I've been to every location. Used to be an excellent bar to frequent. But lack of business at certain locations and many taps at others seems to affect the beer quality. I regularly get beer here that is questionable in taste or flat. That being said there events are usually pretty good and the burgers are consistent. Wings are hit or miss.

When I ordered food from the bartender, she wasn't taking notes. I knew she would forget and as soon as she went to the register she turned back around and had to clarify the order. Simple fix: write it down. 3. We got our food and fries are just no good. They need to be thicker cut bc the oil just makes them slump on the middle, while the ends were more done. Reuben was pretty on point tho. I had the sweet potato fries - don't do it. 4. Never once was asked if food was ok or if we needed anything after taking first couple bites. I had to waive down another bartender for extra sauce bc our person didn't come back to us. I will likely just order the food to go if I want it, without the fries. Place was very cold, service was very cold, food was pretty good.

The food is ok, but if you order take out, make sure you check it. I have picked up food a few times and the aides have been wrong every time. And the fries are often undercooked.

Stopped in for a quick bite at the bar. The food was okay, unless you are a fan of the steak fries which they unfortunately do not have anymore. The overall atmosphere and service was average no real oh wow I need to come back kind of interactions that would differentiate it from any other restaurant bar.

We started coming to this location more regularly when the Henrietta location closed and it's been a slow and steady decline since then. The service has had is ups and downs though it's currently ok. The food though, of late it's been burned, extra greasy, and overall disappointing. Not sure what their problem is in the kitchen but we've made the decision to just stick to alcohol from here on out. The beer/cider selections are still unparalleled in the rochester area. A sad ending to a great chain of restaurants.

Just another cookie cutter sports place, it was clean but otherwise not noteworthy. Service was extremely slow. Apps did not come out together, my soup(which appeared be from a can) came out stone cold. The server actually asked if I'd like it heated back up. Before that returned the other app (perogies) came out along with the entirety of the rest of our order and those were also cold. The mains were reasonable quality and the 2 burgers that were ordered did seem to be cooked to the requested temps so there's that but the battered fish may have spent just a bit to long in the fryer, it was flirting with the line between crispy and crunchy. It took us roughly 1.5hrs to get our cold apps 2 burgers and a fish fry with drinks (including a single margarita) for a mere $100. Definitely will not be returning.

My friend and I came in to grab a few drinks and some pretzels. The bartender basically ignored us the whole time. We got one round of drinks and had to stare her down as her and the other staff were congregated at the end of the bar gossiping, one noticed and must've told her we were staring cause she hopped right over.

I would probably have pregame my experience here for it to be worth the money. It's not the WORST food I've ever eaten, it's just so insanely subpar that it's not worth it. 1) We had a large party, and the waiter forgot 3 drinks and mixed up 2 beers. She also forgot our sauces and couldn't keep straight who ordered what. Her attitude was weird overall, like she wasn't 100% with us mentally. Older white lady with blonde hair. 2) A lot of the food was cold or room temp after waiting just a little bit too long to be reasonable. 3) The "avocado" on the burgers is just unseasoned guacamole, which is kind of confusing. 4) The Mac salad is just mayo pasta, which gets a little gross after a while. 5) The pizza is just like a frozen pizza, not bad but you can tell they probably didn't make the crust. 6) Hardly any vegan/ gluten free options.

Desiree, Emma and Claire are the best and hardest workers I've ever seen in a sports bar!!! Ever!!! Today, Claire, the assistant manager,, was outside, with a squiggy, washing the windowsill! Neither she nor Desiree nor Emma, ever slow down! Great place, clean, safe and friendly with great food! Always my "come to place". All of the other employees can certainly take a lesson from them! After Desiree leaves, the bar staff is less than par. One bartender (brunette) is fine and hardworking). The other (blonde), has her favorites and makes you wait for service. She gave me my drink. When I asked for a straw, she asked why I couldn't take the one out of my previous drink and use that one. The majority of the staff is great, except for her.

Then, was charged a 3.5% fee "convenience fee" on the total bill, because I paid with a credit card instead of cash, and was never told about this before paying. Burger was great, onion rings, too...but I'll never go back.

Two bartenders..No hello when I waljed in.. 7 patrons.. no eyes on anyone.. no service offered.. when we ask for a tender - no response. Then, we yell for a bartender.. no response.. then we say hey , can we get service? .. for a second drink for me.. no. Asked to leave because we seem belligerent. Hello? We are loud because it is the only way to get the two bartenders to look up and get up and look at us. . Another patron agreed on the bad service.. These girls are not trained nor are offering service.

Bad reviews are rare for me, but here we go: We waited at the front counter for 10 minutes before even being greeted. We were, however, asked what game we wanted to watch, which was cool because we're not from around here. But then we had to wait a few more minutes for them to clean a table. So we sit down, and a few more minutes pass until our waitress comes by for drink orders. All is normal at this point, drinks come out fairly quickly, but then she walks away without asking if we wanted to place orders (which we did). 5-10 minutes later, orders get placed, then we wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. Waitress walks by the table several times and completely ignores us. I have an empty drink by now. We have to flag her down to get the refill, and at this point, we ask what the deal is with the food (we had somewhere to be, and definitely weren't going to make it in time after all this). We'd been at our table for over 45 minutes by this time and had ordered an appetizer that had yet to appear. She tells us they're really backed up because of all of the football games. It's NFL season, this is a sports bar, and it's half empty. I'm not buying it. So she says she'll check on the food and get my refill. She pokes her head in the kitchen for a minute, then continues to ignore us. The table next to us (who arrived after we did) receives their appetizer and salads. No refill ever appears. We've been at this place for over a hour. So we threw some cash on the table, walked out (I've never done this in my entire life), and went to Taco Bell. It was far superior.

In the 10 years that I have been in the United States I have never felt discriminated.Today I go to your restaurant and order my food which took more than an hour and did not arrive. I see 30 minutes before they put a meal on the bar. Finally, when the hour and several minutes passed, I asked the waitress about my food. The waitress tells me that it will be ready in few more minutes. Several minutes later he approaches my table with the food that had been at the bar for more than 45 minutes. First, the service was terrible, all the tables looked dirty, the floor was horrible. Put your cameras so you can see what I say, I'm not doing it out of harm's way. anyway I'm not going again Plus later come a guy an tell me if we don’t want that food that was there aprox 45 min already cold they can’t do nothing for us and we need go without because they will close the kitchen. Wow wow wow. I don’t want any free that why I work hard to get what I want. But paying for everything.

Also, ordered blue cheese with pizza, asked twice, but never got it. Waitress was really nice and on top of things outside of the blue cheese, and she was really apologetic about the wrap. Brother in law didn’t want to wait for the wrap to be remade. Accidents happen, but issue is manager never came out to apologize. Any time we’ve had an issue there managers have been either jerks and now can’t even come out to apologize. No wonder so many Macgreggors have closed down, for they are so poorly managed. Also, they charge a convience fee, and have signs saying credit cards charged 3.5% extra. This is illegal, and the state supposedly will now charge a fine if it’s reported. Other businesses do this still too, and we just say meh. However, since a manager couldn’t come out to apologize for the wrap we’re reporting it and sending pictures to the state, and hopefully the state follows through with the new rules and fines them. So we enjoy going to the 2 Macgreggors that are left cause they usually have good beer on tap and decent food. We were here on a Thursday night, and randomly at around 7:30 PM the waitress tells us last call for kitchen due to an issue, which was fine. Then about 45 minutes later she tells us the bar will be closing in 30 minutes, so last call. When we got here the place was a mad house busy, so we were a little weirded out seeing it wasn’t even 9, and the place closes at 2 am. Maybe 10 minutes later someone else comes up to us and tells us we need to leave the place was closing. I’ve never seen anything like this. There were tons of wait staff and bartenders. Idk what the deal was in the kitchen. At first I figured someone needed to leave when already low staffed, but when well staffed and a busy place to suddenly you need to leave…. That doesn’t sit well with me, and I wonder what is going on behind the scenes. Hopefully everyone that was there doesn’t suddenly get sick cause of whatever was going on that the business had to suddenly just close. Only thing I could think of is maybe they’re closing for good, or something really bad health related was going on. There was never police or fire trucks. I thought maybe the cooks got into a fight or a gas leak, but that would require emergency services.

We were there on a saturday afternoon. My friend ordered a glass of wine. It had a lipstick stain on it. Returned it to bar, a while later a new glass was brought to table and slammed down. Server never brought water we asked for, had to ask again. THose were slammed on table. 30 minutes for an order of wings. Took 10 minutes for table nearby. Asked server where our food was. Oh it takes a long time for wings. When we got bill I asked for manager. The bartender came over. I told her all that had transpired. All she said was we are busy, smiled and said have a nice day. No apologies, no how bout a free dessert. Horrible experience. Will never go back and will tell friends about this place. Do not care about customers. We spent $40, for nothing.

I hate to do this as I typically only use google reviews for positive feedback - only 5 star reviews where they are earned and silence elsewhere but this was an AWFUL experience. First of all. The server was kind, but the drinks (soda for my kids mostly) were late and mine was wrong. Never got my second one, we left without it. The food was cold and seemed “old.” We waited at least 2X the “normal” time to get this awful food. The problem seemed to be that no one cared. Truly wish we stayed home. I could have made burgers salads and chicken fingers for 1/4 the price and had decent flavor in reasonable time. As a family a 5 an outing is a treat. This was a punishment. Management/ownership: consider shutting this location down or finding people that care about your brand

We went for lunch after seeing a movie today (Saturday) and arrived at 12:30 pm. Since we knew what we wanted, we ordered our meals when the waitress came to take our drink orders. Almost exactly one hour later, we left. There was a small birthday party near the bar and when the waitress came over to fill our water, she said there was.a party in the back. Regardless, waiting an hour for lunch is ridiculous. Probably won't be recommending MacGregor's to family or friends. Really disappointed.

Tried to go to macgregor’s in Gates for dinner this evening at 5:30 with a party of 8. Expecting to wait a bit and order a drink at the bar. We were turned away and told there was not going to be a table available for us. We were not given a wait time or an option to wait we were just told no. I go to this bar/restaurant often and am very disappointed in the customer service.

Attempted to eat here before catching a movie at Tinseltown. Bar was pretty full, and there were people seated at maybe two tables. No one came to seat us, and the bartenders were too busy talking instead of waiting on patrons. Every time we've come here, the service has gotten worse. Too bad because they used to be good.

Love the atmosphere and people. Great service, been going there for quite some time with friends. Except this last time (4/17/25) had a terrible experience. one of the back house employees, Aryanna. She claims she is a manager, not sure if that’s true but she told my friends and i that we had to leave. Not sure why of that either. We had just ordered our first drink at the bar. She had asked us to leave right away, don’t really appreciate this as we had just sat down and when asked to get her manager she walked around the bar and came back just saying we had to leave with no explanation. So without hesitation we finished our drinks, that we paid for and left so she did not cause any more of a scene. She had a really nasty attitude and was a bit hostile off rip. Considering past reviews that mention of her I would’ve thought her service would’ve been different this time Hate that i am having this issue at my hometown bar when all i want is to go out and have a good time. Side note: just because one of my friends is friends with her ex from 10yrs ago, don’t think that should impact her service skills like that…not to mention we had no idea who she was until this issue arose.

Absolutely horrible!!!!!! Food was disgusting and when I tried to call to see if I could possibly bring back to get something else nobody will answer the phone. There was maybe 15 Patrons in the whole restaurant and that included the ppl at the bar. 2 waitresses and 2 bartenders and nobody’s can answer the phone are you kidding!!!! Now I know why it’s absolutely dead in there on a Saturday night. Save your hard earned money ppl you are better off eating at McDonald’s by the way I posted the pic of there so called Cuban panini

server was low energy and ignored us she came over 3 times the entire experience. handed us the check very rudely by throwing it on the table. Place wasn’t even busy and the table in front and behind us was being cared for by a different server and she was much more attentive. we waited 40 mins for nachos and then moments later the entrees came out. My chicken wings were sub par even tho they are known for good wings honestly not great won’t be back

Honestly, their prices are just way too expensive for the type of place/food... $14 for a bottom shelf cocktail is ridiculous. There are swanky places downtown charging less. The food prices were also hard to justify.

If you are a “regular” and sit at the corner of the bar you will get served, otherwise you are non existent! Someone broke glass before we got there, it got swept up as we were complaining. Glass was still on the floor and beer spilled all over the floor as we tried to play darts. She was too busy hanging with friends at the corner of the bar. When questioning the manager about it when we left her response was “you want me to call the cops?” Sorry we were ignored all night and stepping in glass and spilled beer!

food is still ok but the service and vibe is terrible

The service was horrible, especially considering they weren't very busy. Took forever to get our food and then when we did get it, the boneless wings were over cooked and hard as a rock. It looked like they just tried to drown them in sauce to hide the fact that they were over cooked. Also, I'm not sure how they make their tarter sauce but doesn't taste or look anything like the types I've had over the years that's for sure. I did give them 1 star I have to admit they have killer waffle fries. First time there and the last.

Beer was too warm, went to another bar which served their beer ice cold; tasted significantly better just bring served at the right temperature.Slow and unattentive staff at the bar, girls at the bar have severe RBF. Food came out lukewarm.

Food and drink offerings are pretty standard and sufficient when they are actually in stock. Outside of that I have nothing else positive to say, the staff is cold and unwelcoming in addition to ignoring patrons and taking extremely long periods of time to even acknowledge you let alone provide a drink or menu.

We frequently go here because its close to everyone. However Worst service I've every had at a restaurant/bar. The bartender are in a different world. Slowest I've ever had. They will literally look you in the eye then serve others that came behind you before getting to you. This is on a slow night. Then getting denied service from bartender. This place has lost out on thousands of dollars per year from me and my friends that frequently go out to eat and drink. Not to mention we are all good tippers. If I was a manager I would have a talk with the bartenders about the service and their attitude

My review would be in the negatives if I could . The way they treat their employees is DISGUSTING. It’s so disorganized and it’s depressing the amount of stress these employees are under . It was my servers first day and it seems as though she was given no training . The poor girl tried her very best but it was not her fault she barely knew what was going on. My food was wrong because of the kitchen and the atmosphere was just so bad . I can’t believe they run a business like this and I do not suggest it or anyone . The building was so dirty . Please do not support this business . Dispicable .

I contacted this business over a year ago regarding an allegation that has never been proven. To date, I have not been provided with any video evidence, time-stamped documentation, or written approval supporting the claim that my conduct warranted removal, banning, or denial of service. Given my established character, professional standing, and working relationship with the Gates Police Department, as well as my role as a business owner and security professional, I formally request evidence demonstrating that I engaged in behavior that met the legal threshold of reasonable suspicion or illegal conduct sufficient to justify banning me as a guest. After more than a year has passed—and with over 90% of the staff no longer employed by the business—there was no reasonable basis for me to assume that my actions as a patron constituted grounds for a permanent or indefinite ban. At no time was I notified of such action through proper or documented channels. I am also aware of individuals who have committed documented criminal acts, as well as owners who have been sued for moral or professional misconduct, who have not been barred from establishments. By comparison, my alleged conduct holds no greater significance or validity that would justify denial of service. My wife and I have been consistent patrons of this establishment and supporters of local businesses. I formally request documentation showing whether my name or my wife’s name appears on any internal ban list, along with records reflecting the financial support we have provided to this business over time. The allegations made against me are unsupported and unsubstantiated. As such, the continued denial of service constitutes discriminatory treatment of a customer without cause. Based on these facts, I will be proceeding with the filing of a formal claim unless this matter is promptly addressed with documented evidence and resolution.

We did not have a good experience!!! Waitress was so awkward. She didn’t understand what a tall vodka and club soda even was. After we got our food all she did was stare at us, talk about uncomfortable!! I sent my sandwich back because it tasted terrible. Again she was so confused, didn’t ask if she could get me something else. ( My husband’s burger was very good) Then she didn’t take it off the bill, she actually got pissed. Talk about unprofessional!! The very well adjusted, nice , bright bartender was happy to take it off. My advice is “ eat at the bar”!!! We will NOT be back!!

Not a huge fan of this place - used to be fun, good prices, and attitude. Now it’s hit or miss with the waitress (esp the tall older lady is always miserable, and the bar staff tends to favor all the males first - not joking ) , food is sooo Mid and on the higher end of prices , drinks are wayy overpriced for this establishment. Shots are around 8.50 per , mixed drinks and cocktails are around 14.75 - maybe if the staff and atmosphere were better idk but doesn’t seem like a place like that should be charging like that anyway - there are better pubs around Rochester definitely don’t come here looking for a good time .

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years. We often come with a group of 6 to 12 people, usually during busy evening hours, and we’ve never had an issue. Service has always been decent, and the food consistent. But what happened this past Sunday afternoon was frustrating and disappointing. We came in with a group of 10—and it wasn’t even busy. Still, the girl who sat us (Clair—tall, glasses, no smile) acted like our presence was a huge inconvenience. She flatly told us that in the future we “need to call ahead” for a party that size. I politely mentioned that we’ve done this plenty of times without issue, but she seemed more annoyed that she had to push a couple of tables together than anything else. We were seated within four minutes. So again—what exactly was the problem? The bigger issue was the attitude. Clair was unfriendly, visibly irritated, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. When your front-of-house staff acts like guests are a hassle, it taints the whole experience. Servers and hostesses are in the business of hospitality—being kind and professional isn’t optional. It’s the job. After years of frequent visits and bringing many guests, I left feeling like I wasn’t wanted. And that’s exactly how to lose loyal customers. Unless something changes, I won’t be returning anytime soon. ✌️

My family and I come here often. Lately it hasn’t been great. But it’s a hit a miss on fridays , decided to give it another try . Last order (take out ) meal was incorrect . I spoke to someone who wrote my information down and order and “Philly” would call me the next day , never did. Few weeks later I wanted a burger again and we decided to go back for take out . Again order was wrong and asked for burgers to be well done . Guinness burger had no bacon on it with tomatoes . Asked for no tomatoes add bacon well done.( pink) my burger was the deluxe. Didn’t have any mayo . Asked for it to be Well done (pink). Only time the food / order was correct is on a Thursday at 11 am when they open .
