You can get a little noisy in there. But the service is fantastic and the food is always good. Never had a bad meal there. Salad are fresh, pizzas are decent. There are some better pizza places but for lunch it is a very good place for burger, sandwiches, salads and pizzas. They have a few good entrées as well. Sweet potato fries are delicious and they’re. Nashville hot chicken sandwich, which was fantastic. It’s a large place with a lot of seating so it’s always reliable for lunch.

Had THE BEST dinner tonight! Omg!! Came here with a party of 7 for a birthday dinner. We got placed in a side room with 3 other tables. It was cozy and quiet and we had enough table space as well as space between tables. Our waiter was attentive and immediately starting to take care of us. He shared the specials and gave us time to look over the menu. This was my 3rd time at the restaurant and decided to do an entree over a burger, which I thoroughly enjoyed last time. I was going between a couple items but landed on the Guiness Braised Short Ribs. It came with Bleu cheese mashed potatoes, root veggies, stout gravy and French green beans, and IT.WAS.FABULOUS. So much flavor. The short ribs were fork tender. It was all cooked to perfection with nice chunks of Bleu cheese in the mashed. It was comfort on a plate that I didnt want to end. Three other people got pizzas which looked and smelled delicious. I did try a bite of one and the flavor was also very good with perfectly cooked crispy crust. Someone else got The Wease burger, cooked medium like asked, had big slices of crispy bacon and onions. Specialty cocktails ordered for the table were tasty with aesthetically pleasing presentation. Overall, we cant wait to come back.

Perfect onion rings … and the burger was beyond perfect cooked med and delicious… fry’s are tasty as well and the salad was the best salad I ever ate !!! I could eat just the salad and be full … not only full but the perfect balance of flavor of herbs, fruit and greens … always nice to have a pleasant server. Gabriella was very attentive and gave flawless attention and service !

I would give 10 stars! Everyone working here is amazing, welcoming and most helpful. Our server Sam recommended delicious meals and customized drinks for us. Their veggie plate is enormous and yummy! The place is very cozy and unique, it gets busy so be prepared for some level of noise. Clean restrooms. We parked across at the small parking lot across the street.

I only give 5.0 reviews when they are deserved. Our server, Matthew, earned one for the Gate House. He was friendly and attentive without hovering. All of our food dishes were excellent. Presentation, contrast, delivery, all top quality. Two couples had dinner before a show. We weren't stuffed or still hungry. Just comfortable and we will be back.

I can't believe I've never been here! The food is amazing. I loved the gate plate! Service was excellent. Atmosphere is very nice. 10 out of 10. When I go back the 2nd time, even if it's half as good as it was the first time, I'm sure I'll still enjoy it very much! They are sustainable, using wind and solar to offset power from the grid. They use organic ingredients for a lot of the veggies and meats and even grow the vegetables when they can. The only thing I would say they could improve on, is strategically placing soft sound deadening items around the room to absorb the noise. Maybe reduce hard flat surfaces as well. It was very noisy inside.

we sat outside and the place is very clean and well kept. server was excellent and very nice. my BF ordered the burger and i ordered the fried chicken plate. it came with a delicious carrot salad on the side and honey to dip my tenders in. sooo delicious! im not big on chicken tenders but this plate was well worth it. the burger was a big size also

Had a wonderful experience for birthday dinner. The food and service were excellent! Great venue with the addition of being dog friendly on the patio. The patio is in full shade late afternoon/ early evening and very comfortable on a 90° day, even for Boomer. Thank you as well for the bowl of water for him.

I have always loved the food and the area of this restaurant. It's a very art forward area of the city. This visit I went to the ladies restroom and was quite impressed by their attention to amenities offered. Sounds weird that the bathroom was what pushed me to review this restaurant online but here I am 🤣) they had Tampax tampons, mouth wash, hand lotion, teeth flossers, a nicer brand of soap and wrinkle release. I loved that they had a bulletin board to help promote locate business. Again, I wanna say the food is great and service is a 10 out of 10. But the thoughtfulness with their restroom amenities was the icing on the cake.

I went here with a friend before going to a comedy show. We had trouble deciding on an appetizer but chose the meatballs. These were delicious. I could not believe how good they were and how delicious the sauce was. My only complaint is that there isn't enough bread--we should have asked for more. The server said the side salads were small but I thought they were a great size. We both got the steak and it was so tender you could cut it with a spoon. The asparagus was big and I was worried they would be stringy and they were not! The asparagus was so tender and well seasoned. We splurged on the red velvet cookie skillet and I think it was the best cookie skillet I've ever had. I cannot wait to go back! The drink menu was good too! I can't wait to go back and try more

I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad time. I like that it’s a nice place more on the upscale side that also has kid’s options. Families deserve a nice night out too! Deducting a star only because the side room they sit larger parties is completely isolated and drab. It really needs a decor upgrade to match the rest of the restaurant. I’ve been with a larger group a few times and was seated here- it completely alters the experience not in a good way. Other than that, a lovely and efficient restaurant with super friendly service.

Really good menu with excellent pizzas, Salads and lots of vegetarian options. The food is really good, and the pizza is woodFired. Cute little area to set out on the patio in the warmer months. My only complaint was I ordered the side of french fries, and it was extremely small for the price they charge which I believe was over $5.00. Doesnt make sense to be generous in everything else they do there and then be skimpy on the sides. Also, the acoustics in there make everybody's voice carry, so it is a very loud restaurant.If you're looking to have a quiet conversation with someone, it's not the place to go. But very cool vibe in there overall , cozy , rustic bistro feel and they added a nice sitting area to the front, So you have somewhere to wait instead of having to stand. I also love that they have a separate vegan menu now. So people can just look at that separately and not have to try to figure out what they can eat on the menu and certainly appreciate all of the vegan options!

This place was great, clean and the staff were really nice. The food was delish, with big portions. My friend had the fish fry and it was literally so big hanging of the plate. I had the grilled Salmon and it was delicious! They had a tasty sauce on the Salmon that was so good! The bathroom was even beautiful, they really work too make this a great atmosphere for customers.

Normally an ok spot. My most recent visit included burned vegetables (not charred); others in my party had burnt food as well. The gravy on my potatoes were soo salty. They must have a new cook. We only had one server for our large party of 20. There were repeated requests for items and drink refills did not happen till the very end of our meal. This is probably my fifth visit here.

We went as a party of 4. 2 guests had pizzas (one Kodak and one Auditorium). Both disliked them. The crust in the center of the pizza was too thin. This caused the center of the pie to get soggy. Both of the guys complained that there was too much cheese on the pizza. One also said the sauce was watery. Both said they would not order pizza there again. I had the pumpkin ravioli. My friend had the macaroni and cheese. We both enjoyed our meals. The salads were nice and fresh. The servers were friendly and attentive. We had a very nice table in a quiet area to accommodate a hearing impaired guest.

First time here & had a fairly mixed experience. Placed on online pickup order shortly after they opened & when I arrived they were still pretty empty with only a few tables seated. Food was ready right on time & the host was pleasant! The restaurant looks really nice & like it would be a cozy spot for dinner. However, the actual food was another story. Made a few small customizations to the order & not all of them were followed - which sucks when the food is already expensive & we paid money for additional components that we didn't get! In fact, for one of the meals they forgot the included side which is... super unfortunate. So one of us only got half of our ~$25 entree. Oh, and since it was a takeout order & we were on the road for the day, we asked for utensils to be included - but if course they forgot those too. Of the two meals we tried, one was pretty good. The other was so bland and flavorless that it was difficult to finish. Which again, is only unfortunate when the food is so expensive here. So would we go back? Yeah I would give it another try. But I would also feel the need to rigorously inspect my order before I walked out the door, which I feel like I shouldn't need to do.
