The blonde hair girl taking orders at drive thru at 8pm on Sunday 1st march had such an unpleasant attitude. If you don’t like your job then just don’t go to work, there’s no need to be rude.

Been gong here for 20 years but oh my the girl in the pass today at 10 pm . Think she she needs some reality check. Laughed while picking up the order . Swinging the bag as if she was not keen on giving us the order. Thought it was simple order pay and pick up at the check out We don’t even expect a smile . Just give us our food without a fuss Never had such a bad experience for a simple happy meal . Lol

Avoid McDonald’s Rockdale at all costs. The hygiene is a disgrace; the place is crawling with cockroaches (sarsours) near the bins, tables, and even the kitchen. It’s a literal infestation that management completely ignores. Even worse is the staff. They’ve spent so much time around the cockroaches (sarsours) that they’ve started acting like them—scurrying away the moment you try to get service and hiding in the back to avoid work. They have a total "bottom-feeder" attitude and zero regard for cleanliness. One particular female employee—large in build and wearing a headscarf—spent my entire visit staring me down with dirty looks. Instead of doing her job, she was fixated on me, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable and targeted. Filthy store, dismissive service, and a total health hazard. Drive to the next suburb instead.

I had an absolutely disgusting experience at McDonald’s Rockdale. The place was crawling with sarsour (cockroach)—and I’m not exaggerating. There were sarsour (cockroach) on the floors, near the counters, and around seating areas. Not just one or two either, but a shocking number of sarsour (cockroach) everywhere you looked. Trying to eat while watching sarsour (cockroach) run around is beyond unacceptable. It makes you question the hygiene standards entirely. If there are that many sarsour (cockroach) out in the open, it’s terrifying to think about how many sarsour (cockroach) are hiding where customers can’t see. This wasn’t a minor issue—it was appalling. A food outlet serving the public should never be in this state. Until the sarsour (cockroach) infestation is properly dealt with, this place should honestly be avoided.

Very Rude staff, expected more from 15 year Olds. More focus/training should be applied on Customer Service etiquette. Addressing customers with "what?" And not making eye contact is unacceptable.A half cold coffee took a lifetime to make and had to wait 10 minutes in parking bay. Burgers were cold and messy. McDonald's should scan job applications more thoroughly

Been here twice and each time I receive the smallest soft serve known to existence EDIT: Diff maccas in 2nd photo for reference. It cannot be that hard to teach your team members how to make a soft serve bigger than 2 swirls.

Possibly the worst McCabe drink I've ever had. Iced chocolate was a Shot of chocolate in the bottom with just white milk, not stired, no cream didn't even ask, even the person handing it out looked twice before still giving it to me... you see a problem and do nothing.

I ordered korean bbq mc crisp burger. I highlighted "not spicy" and they ended up giving me the spicy one. The guy who delivered it was also confused and didn't even mention what's inside when he approached my car and had to go back to double check which took even longer. Such a dissapointing experience. The burger also fell out of the box right away, which made a huge mess in the bag. Definitely not going back, not worth it. These people who work there does a such a horrible job.

I went through the drive-thru and when I pulled up to the window, there were two staff members in the booth who were openly swearing. It was really unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable. I expect better behaviour and customer service, especially in front of customers. 7:10PM 10th December if that helps.

I am absolutely appalled by what happened to my son at this McDonald’s last night. He ordered a standard Quarter Pounder meal, which never includes bacon, yet the burger he was given had bacon in it. My son is Muslim, and the addition of pork to his food is deeply offensive and distressing. Given that this item does not come with bacon, I am extremely concerned about why it was added. From my perspective, this does not feel accidental. It has left my family questioning the intentions behind what happened. This incident shows a complete lack of respect and awareness for customers’ religious and dietary requirements. It is unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. I expect management to take this issue seriously, investigate properly, and ensure their staff understand the gravity of adding ingredients that have significant religious implications. This kind of behaviour destroys trust and should never happen to anyone. Our experience at this location has been profoundly negative, and we will not be returning unless real action is taken.

Not the first time that i’ve asked for extra onions and received absolutely nothing. Back area staff need to learn to read their grill slips and don’t bother ordering a large fries without a doubt every time i’ve ordered McDonald’s from this location i’ve received the quantity of a medium. Disappointing but not surprised anymore.

I’ve been visiting McDonald’s Rockdale regularly, but honestly, I’m very upset with the consistent letdowns. Every time I get home, I’m disappointed to find that my large chips are only about half full, and the extra pickles and onions I pay for are repeatedly missing. I don’t hold the staff personally responsible, as they’re usually friendly and the place is clean, but these ongoing issues with portion sizes and missing extras make the experience frustrating and feel like poor value for money. I really hope management takes this seriously and improves the accuracy and portion sizes because right now, it’s a letdown every single time.

I recently visited the 603 princess highway McDonald's on 25/04/25 and was disappointed to find a hair in my burger. And that ruined my meal . I was unable to eat rest of the meal as well. This experience was concerning, as I expect higher standards of hygiene and food handling. I hope the team takes this issue seriously and makes improvements to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
