The barista that made my coffee this evening before the store closed did an excellent job! This coffee gave me life so that I could get through my shift at work! My drink did not have the burnt taste or after taste when you drink expresso. Delicious coffee and I am glad I stopped by this evening

This is the fastest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And, they make the drinks most consistently as well. Other stores make the same drink differently each time, however, here the drink is always made the same each time. Great location on one of the main commercial strips in RVC, and ample parking in the big parking lot behind, and on the street. Parking is free before 9 AM, and after 6 PM.

Its Starbucks, my wife sends me I get the coffee. The staff has a few bright stars that really love their job. However, the breakfast sandwiches take forever.

Go here to work all the time. The staff are all veterans, good at what they do, and a bit gossipy. Can get crowded but usually has a local, regular crowd -- a lot of familiar faces.

"Liked it" because it's Starbucks and Starbucks coffee never fails to give me the boost I need. Lost a star because the employees were more interested in the conversation they were having than they were in making sure we were getting our order the right way. No one greeted and cashier didn't confirm if my payment went through or not. They just continued with their very dull conversation and moving extra slow. I guess because there were only 2 people waiting for their order they felt they could take their time..? I don't plan on returning to this location anytime soon unless I'm in desperate need of my caffeine fix.

I generally like Starbucks, but the locations vary. This area of RVC is filled with bars and clubs and the Starbucks here has been redone, it looks way to upscale to be comfortable. The barista who served me the last time I went seemed to not really know what she was doing.

It's ok..was wonderful.. slow service. Not always clean and people are always on wifi..wish they'd give them a time limit as some don't even buy anything.

Staff is friendly ,some more than others but impossible to get a table.staff hangs out off shift and takes limited seating space up. So plan on having to sit on the floor to eat if you get food

I frequently visit this store to get all my breakfast needs but today took the cake I ordered my usual a bagel with a tea. The tea was perfect but I had to wait for 15 min for a warmed bagel to get to my job to find no butter nor cream cheese but a knife in the bag. Are you serious? After waiting 15 min you can’t even put the proper butter in the bag I will never eat here again & I would suggest that you order ahead & check your bag

Every time I come here I wait at least 25-30 minutes (not exaggerating) for 1 cup or tea.

No I didn't leave a tip for my Apple Macchiato coffee drink, because, even though it was hot, ready quickly, and contained the needed caffeine boost, the syrup was all at the bottom, unmixed. The level was about an inch and a half below full when I retrieved it, and the lid was sticky with more syrup smeared on top. Starbucks, I expect more from you. After having paid enough to purchase a car for your coffees over the last few years, would it be too much to expect a full cup?

I know you guys get swamped with morning/after school rushes, I truly do understand, but there is literally no reason to have uber eats completely off with no indication of WHEN it will be back on. And there is especially no reason for it to be off at 5 in the afternoon or 10:30 in the morning, once again with no indication of when it will be back online. It is so annoying, costs you money, and robs a driver of a job to have it off during off peak hours. You have an upwards of five people in that drink making area on a good day, there is genuinely no excuse.

I go to the Starbucks daily for several years to get a trenta cold grass green tea to detoxify my system...so I had been many different ones and have had different experiences ...this location is the one near my home, .....this week I've been there 4 times and they did not have a " raw sugar little packages" ( I do add them to the tea), and the last time they didn't have straws either! And every time they told me that they did it in a very proud way......I am just wandering when they will order them......or they are just enjoying so much to tell the customers they don't have it!

**I've never been compelled to write a review before, but my experience this week has me needing to** The staff was constantly talking to one another, and other customers they recognized, but not paying attention to new customer needs. Management has no idea how to keep the staff under control, and I literally watched a manager approach a CUSTOMER sitting at the bar (I was in the back with my boyfriend), and chastise HIM for talking to the EMPLOYEES! The man was a bit loud okay, but it's his job to spend money there and enjoy the products SB has to offer. I just felt they were way out of line, and I could see that it hurt the man's feelings, and that the manager had embarrassed him not only to the staff, but the customers as well. They should've handled it differently, especially the girls behind the counter who I listened to say not very nice things about him, audibly, after he left. One in particular loud about her opinion, and giving it to another customer at the bar. Reeks of unprofessional, but it's just a coffee shop so why should they care? They're mostly children bouncing around jobs, the staff at this location has changed quite frequently recently, to the better? As another user stated, it's like a clique, which is to be expected if you hire high-schoolers, or those with such mentalities. The entire event was bizarre, and seems like it could've been solved by asking the employees generally not to talk constantly, so that when a customer is being extra engaging, their customer service doesn't go completely out the window. I mean they are pumping us full of caffeine, after all ;) Me and my boyfriend will make sure we don't say more than our orders to the "Mean Girls" (if you've ever seen that movie you'll get it). Wouldn't want to offend the clique, I thought I was finished that after Southside High School... Oh also, my boyfriend said that there was water coming down from a light fixture in the men's bathroom. He wasn't shocked, thankfully! Get it? ;p

They would get another star or two if they stopped talking to each other and focused on the customers. I placed a mobile order in advance, and waited almost 15 minutes before they finally gave me my coffee...and it was the wrong order. That is when I walked out.

This is probably the worst Starbucks you can go to. If you order online you get no straws and warm iced drinks. If you order and come pick it up the order is just wrong. I feel they need to get brand new staff at this location. Poor poor service.

I will never put foot in the Rockville Centre Starbucks again. The reason why you have the bathrooms locked permanently. Going to the bathroom is not a LUXURY it's a human rite. I had to go King Kullen they have the bathrooms open. And another other Starbucks that have bathrooms locked permanently I will say the same thing. It very unfair. And I did post other places on my Facebook page that I will not go into for the same reason.

Was not good hosting . I'm a white Tunisian Muslim nurse, the coffee I asked for didn't give ut.. They kept me waiting..I also had trouble having coins for the bus, and as I gave them cash to transfer at least 2.75$ in coins ...wiater and waitress American were withering to each other saying ignore her Very versatile bad service. I don't recommend nice religious educated nice Muslims or any to go there...👎👎👎

This is probably the worst Starbucks location i have ever been to. I drink Starbucks on a daily from all different locations but i can honestly say that they need new staff in this one. I ordered a total of 6 drinks and they all taste like water. The ice was completely melted as if they did not put any, so i had to get home and add more ice. It was so nasty we all decided to just throw our drinks out and take the loss of the money. If you want a Starbucks drink this is not the location you want to go to. Plz drink an extra 10 mins and go to the Lynbrook location.

Dirty & Disgusting. This is the most filthy Starbucks I’ve ever seen. All The tables are sticky and gross, the floors are disgusting, the bathrooms are even worse. Not a negative review person but this is pretty god awful and it’s not busy.

They put to much ice in their drinks, and when you ask for no ice they don't fill up your cup! Not worth it! If I could leave no stars I would. I have never had this issue at any other location. I will not be back!

My friend and I order door dash and there was a fork in her spinach wrap! I know it’s hard to be awake in morning especially with these cold temperatures, but specifically in food service we should try to be work careful. She bit into her wrap and felt the fork. The owner of starbucks responded to my review (see below) they are asking me to get in touch with door dash ??? This is not the dashers fault. This was a mistake by a starbucks employee and i should not have to make a complaint to doordash.

I placed an order for a venti Iced Passion Tango Tea lemonade for delivery and I don’t know if maybe the employees were having a bad day or simply because my order was with ‘no ice’ but they literally gave me a tall order in a venti cup. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. It is not the first time I have placed this same order in other Starbucks and they never do this joke. I understand it wont be full to the rim with no ice but this? Come on, it’s unbelievable.

The staff was more interested in talking to each other than preparing orders. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my food when it takes no more than two minutes to warm it up. And when I did receive my food it was still cold in the middle.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Rockville Center store today. I’m fully aware of the lack of employees during this time, but that does not excuse waiting 25 minutes for my beverage today and when I finally brought it to the barista’s attention that they had skipped over my order and served at least 6 costumers before they made my drink, the mistake was never acknowledged. I barely got a sorry. Customer service needs improvement and I look forward to your response.
