Nice and quick pickup. Didnt even have to get out of my car.

I come here every weekend with my friends, literally! It's close to my friends house and this is our to go place. But I don't know why other taco bells can seat people but this one can't. But otherwise its great.

I didn't want to give a bad review but honestly doesn't deserve a good one either. Basic taco bell spot. I hate that you need to self order. I was standing up by the register for 2 to 3 minutes before i figured out by myself i had to do that. The self ordering turned me off. Might not go back there. They didn't need up my order and the amount of meat and tomato seems to be less.

Been here before. No complaints.. Went through the drive thru this evening. The screen where you see your order was black. I wasn't asked if my order was correct like Taco Bell'S generally do, and it wouldn't have mattered, because there was no screen. We were given no receipt and the price seemed high. Got home... did the math using Taco Bells own order site. I was over-charged by 10 dollars. We all gotta make a living and I understand an honest mistake here and there, but this appears to me to be outright theft. If I had the time I would have went back.... I was fuming. It's not the 10 dollars, but the principle. Its a shame, because I have never had a bad experience here before I leave lots of reviews on google. This is my first bad review.. This was on 4/06 at somewhere around 7 pm. If this review comes accross management and there is a way to check the validity of my claim, I recommend you do so.

I came in trying to use the bathroom as a purchasing customer and they denied me . I ordered a quesadilla meal and they said I couldn’t have sour cream, even though I ordered the same meal from Freeport yesterday and they included sour cream … I asked them if I could have sour cream and they mead it the biggest deal in the world …. Horrible service

This place is truly horrible. My friend has a syndrome, and the workers were terribly rude, refusing to let us use their bathroom. Based on Allys Act, when someone has an immediate need to use the bathroom, they cannot refuse. This is very unfair and I hope you take this into consideration and not come here

went there for my bday free drink and terrible customer service. stood there and the worker (seemed to be manager) wasn’t attentive to me while i’m waiting for order and continued counting money in the drawer. i accidentally put location and i tried canceling but it wasn’t letting me. so i just had to work out. poor customer service :(

Terrible service. I called the store because they gave my uber driver the wrong order. Uber didn’t want to give me a refund. Thought the store would be able to help. Told someone who said they were the assistant general manager about the issue and first he said the dasher must’ve picked up two and gave me the wrong one. I never said the driver was from door dash. I said they were from uber. Secondly the driver only had one order. Which means they gave him the wrong bag. Agm was listening to respond and not to actually solve the problem at hand. I am also a manager at a restaurant and we ask our guest if they would like to come in and receive their order especially if we are in the wrong. No one is perfect. Mistakes happen everyday. It’s how you solve the problem. He was very rude and very curt. Now I’m here with a bag of food that I don’t even eat. This isn’t the first time I’ve received an incorrect order too. Came in to place my order and then I had to come back because half the items were missing.

Good food but every time my boyfriend and I come here, one of the girls has an issue since we always place a big order. We came here yesterday, and once the beep went through when we submitted our kiosk order, she yelled out Oh what the hell. And we needed a cup holder so he asked the same girl since she was by the register and she told someone else to get us one. Rude. I work in customer service and that is no way to act at all. Will not be returning.

The girl in drive through messed up my order. Thank God I realized it right away. I want to know why the food taste so disgusting? I always get Taco Bell (not this place) and something was definitely wrong with the food! Had to throw everything else alway. Waste of money
