Even though my order was messed up the manager bree was so calm and so patient with it all now granted it was a little late and it was less workers and the inside was busy. I was in drive through, at the end of the day I didnt receive any attitudes and they were apologetic and I ended up getting everything I paid for. I will return.

It was at a gas station. More expensive then at a reguular Burger King. It was 19.00 for just the original Chicken sandwich meal. There customer service lacked .

Best gas station fast food I’ve ever been to. Order is somehow always right and the employees are always nice. It’s actually kind of strange how good of an experience it is every time. Throws me off. Putting a good name on fast food joints

A “slow-food” joint at best, this store does not deserve the moniker “fast food.” Located in a decently clean “travel center”beside a busy interstate highway, the food is truly “whatever.” What saved my whopper was the taste and scent of charbroil, artificial or not. Greeted the staff and received no response. Food was haphazardly prepared with most condiments spilling out inside the wrapper. French fries were wholly unacceptable in quality (taste) and quantity based on $14.00+ range price tag for a meal. The patient customers waiting for their orders prompted me to give an extra star as they attributed to the quiet atmosphere in the store.

The Burger King is great (and well staffed) but the Pizza Hut doesn’t have an active location to review. Practically every day there is nobody at the counter and they are super slow to help people because it seems like they’re working over at the burger king. They’re supposed to be express but how can it possibly be if they don’t even have anybody at the counter? It seems like they are always understaffed or they just share the workers with Burger King? I don’t want to have to wait for you, this is fast food. When I walk in and see an actual person the food is great, and the short red haired lady is very sweet. So are a couple of the younger guys that work the nights. Just really seems like they need help or a better boss and scheduling system for proper coverage.

Cold….. just a cold atmosphere at the TA. Cold food and warm soda! The only thing that was good was the service. Hard working folks taking care of us whinny truckers overdosing on bad food while moving America. There was a time when TA had set the standards of dining for us. Now they can’t make up their minds on which crappy food establishments they’re going to have. Sad days. 50 years of OTR reduced to this.

Over priced breakfast sandwiches and forever time in drive thru. When I came to window no one was there so I drove off. RIP Burger King

I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:30 pm and I was rudely told that I have to come in because the drive-thru is closed. The hours on the building say 10 pm and that’s what I told her. She ignored me for 10 minutes until I finally drove away. Will not be back. Everyone who works there is rude every time I’ve been there!

No one was assisting the drive threw so we decided to go inside thinking maybe they were busy, but NO! Just a few (3) people waiting on their food with an employee by the name of Andy who indeed did not want to be there! As soon as it was my turn, no smile, no nothing asked “what do u want”?! Not, what would u like today, how can i help u, or can i take ur order, if he wanted to keep it short! My whopper was also cold and the bread was stale! We have NEVER EVER had a bad experience here but this definitely called for a bad review!
