Great country style food. Nice to be offered biscuits and cornbread. Fried chicken good. Okra could be a bit crisper. But fries spot on. Chicken and dumplings really good. Country fried steak needs a bit of work. Over fried. Dry. Gravy just one big glop. Not a gravy. Mashed potatoes really good as were the greens. Grits bit watery. For lunch, afternoon. The grits should be thicker, more butter and cheese in them. Service spot on good. D'Arcy was great and attentive for us.

Food is pretty good when they're doing it right. Got an order of fried okra with the meal and the okra was old and cold. Sent it back. Shouldn't have tried to serve it to begin with.

The gift shop at the entrance grabs us every time. Christmas ornaments were on sale, and we grabbed a few beautiful pieces. The food is always like homemade, but tonight's service was definitely not great! Appetizers never came, drinks wrong, and food was delayed. At the time of paying,only 1 cashier, which made that process run extra slow. It was definitely not the best service experience. The fireplace was going & it wasn't a busy night, so at least the atmosphere was cozy & pleasant. Plenty of parking & unique gift ideas from the gift shop.

They were super busy when we went and we were seated in less than 30 minutes. Our waitress was great and the check out lady was so helpful packing up the items we bought at the store. We will definitely be back.

Friendly staff. Good food. Warm atmosphere. It’s Cracker Barrel. They obviously have strong brand awareness. If you’ve been to one and liked it, you will like this one just as much. We came as a family and let our girls get breakfast. The pancakes were honestly meh. Could be the kitchen is still getting a handle on things. Idk because everything else was great. The biscuits were fresh and buttery. I didn’t love the corn bread but I prefer a sweet cornbread which this wasn’t. My trout was delicious and buttery. But two filets and three sides is a ton. I gave a whole filet to my husband. But the green beans were delicious as were the mashed potatoes with brown gravy. My H had the fried chicken which was top notch—especially the white meat. Overall, it was a good experience. Our server, Sarah, was super sweet and efficient. She was just great. My biggest complaint though was the TCU display. Yes. I shared my concerns with the manager but am hoping the higher ups see this. Of all the colleges to choose, TCU? All the way in ft worth? I mean, SMU is 25 miles away AND they beat TCU this last year. So it should totally end an SMU display. Or at least a split display. Yes. This is a serious complaint. I’m not kidding I’m the slightest. 😉

I was really surprised...but not in a good way. I've eaten at Cracker Barrel at several other locations all through the US, and the food here was lacking freshness. The ranch is bottled, and it tastes it. In fact, none of the salad dressings are freshly made. Every last one of them tasted like they had sugar in them. The salad was chock full of brown lettuce, mealy mushy tomatoes. It was so bad I had to ask them to take it away without eating any of it. Ordered also the fried pickles and while those were "okay"... they did not taste well paired with bottled, sugary ranch dressing. Probably better food at the Chuck E Cheese next door. Only come here for breakfast or you'll be disappointed.

Thanks Cracker Barrel for ruining my Mother's day brunch! I chose to brunch at Cracker Barrel today for Mother's day and it was the worst decision! First off, the service was horrible. Our server kept rushing us to leave. We just got our food and he already gave us our bill and asked if we needed any to-go boxes when we haven't even ate yet! Then he doesn't know what he's doing. We ordered the loaded hash browns casserole tots and it was supposed to come with ranch but it didn't. Then I ordered the stuffed cheesecake pancake breakfast and I was really looking forward to that, but when he bought it out, there were no strawberries, powdered sugar, or whipped cream! Look at my picture. I asked him about the strawberries and whipped cream and he said they are out. I told him why didn't he tell me that so I can change to a different entree? So he panicked and went to the kitchen and found some strawberries but no whipped cream. Lastly, the eggs were supposed to be scrambled but they were runny and undercooked when he bought them out. I know this wasn't his fault but the cook fault so please tell your cook that scrambled eggs are supposed to be cook all the way, not undercooked and runny. Look at the picture. This place was horrible and dropped the ball on so many things that it ruined my meal. People, don't waste your time and money here!

My mother usually enjoys Cracker Barrel, but not this time. Upon arrival I stood at the hostess stand for about 30 seconds and waited for the 2 employees to finish their conversation then we were seated. The server was friendly and nice, but when the food was delivered everything on the plates were cold. My mom asked for hers to be warmed up and the server only warmed up the gravy. The Country Ham, bacon and sausage were all dry and cold. Pancakes and French toast were so cold the butter didn't even melt. We looked around and noticed every table had biscuits and we didn't. We were all disappointed with this visit and unsure if we will ever return.

My husband and I visited for a meal after shopping in the area. We were watched from the time we entered the door til the time we left. We waited a long time before we got service. Honestly, they always watch. I guess they’re trained to do so👀 No serving dish for the cornbread muffins.🤦🏽 Not my favorite place 😞Not interested in returning ✌🏽
