We haven't been here since 2020. The pizza we had was fantastic. The salad was a little disappointing because of all the brown starting on the leafs. For the price of the salad, I will not order that again. Will be back for the pizza.

Friendly service staff...they where quite busy with walk ins and online orders but seemed to handle it with a smile. Some tables needed cleaning but overall seating area was clean and the food was yummy! My child was so excited to pick her toppings and have her own whole pizza. She wants to go again. (9/9) it was about 2p and not crowded or crazy busy, pizza was yummy and staff was kind! We went again and was yummy!

Update: big improvements since they opened. They no longer look at me like I’m crazy when I ask for spinach on my pizza. And they are better about bussing tables. Glad to see they’ve gotten better. Meh. MOD's version of the build your own pizza just didn't work for me as well as others (Blaze being my favorite). The pizza itself is fine, but the topping selection leaves much to be desired. They don't have fresh mozerella, shredded only. They do have a few other cheese options (ricotta, Parmesan) but fresh mozzarella is a must imo. I asked for spinach on my pizza, and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. They also only have one red sauce. There's no spicy version (like at Blaze) and the sauce wasn't particularly flavorful imo. They offer a white sauce that I didn't try. My kids love it because they can build there own simple pizza. But I was underwhelmed. On top of the lack of topping selections, the place was just a mess. It wasn't even that busy, but they were out of sweet tea the entire time of our visit (which I informed them about) and we went to four tables before finding a clean one. They really need a busser full time to keep tables cleared and clean. I realize patrons are asked to clear their own table, but having a busser to insure this happens and tables stay clean would really be great. It's definitely a good place to visit for families. The pizza was not bad, and I like that they have different crust options (like cauliflower and gf). But a few weeks into being opened, and this location is still obviously struggling with efficiency. That combined with the lack of toppings equated to my 3 star, meh, rating.

Servers were super nice and food was delicious but the amount of fruit flies swarming their toppings counter, my head, and the entire restaurant for my entire visit was insane! I plan to return one of these days and hope that this has been taken care of I won’t even order. Also the single men’s stall was out of order and from the state of the out of order tape it looked to have been out of order for quite some time. Hopefully my return trip for another chance is much better!

Well food was good until a cockroach whipped its tiny little legs across the table and gave me the ick. Facility is disgusting all around. Cockroach put the cherry on top. Food was fine

Only person in line.. 3 employees.. only one person making a pizza..waited 5-7 minutes watching a third employee just make dough crust and stacking them when I was the only person in line. After the 5th crust was made… I just walked out! Foods good if you can wait an hour to get it made.. I went next door to a national chain and got served right away! I’m done with mod pizza. Not going back!

I’ve decided to write this review after 10 orders. I’ve placed all my orders online and 8 out of 10 orders, 30 minutes after I show up they haven’t even put the order in the oven. This happens 8 out of 10 times. I ask them what’s going on and their excuse is a lot of people ahead of me yet there is not one pizza in the over and maybe 6 people inside. The only reason I come here is because it’s the only pizza my kid will eat. No manager around just high school kids that don’t care. This company should hire better personnel or have a manager around. It’s ridiculous at this point. If they don’t want to work there then find another job. This place will not last.

Spent $75 on pizza and was told they won’t accept anything over $50 in cash. Tried to pay with a $100 bill and they refused to cash it out. No sign posted, no warning until checkout. Completely ridiculous—cash is legal tender, and if you can’t make change, that should be clearly stated upfront. Ruined an otherwise normal visit. Poor policy and poor communication.

This time the issue was an extremely late order service. Our pizzas were not even started to be made until I arrived for the pick up. There were 11 pizzas waiting for the oven staff to cook. Extremely short staffed for the dinner rush.

Second time I’ve been here with a mobile order and they hadn’t even gotten to my order slip 20+ minutes after the confirmation email said the order should be READY. Adding insult to injury, no staff member would address the issue or help me cancel the order. I had to leave without my order and no resolution. It’s absurd this location is evidently lacking both the quantity and competence of staff to handle orders. It’s a failure at the location but also at the corporate level and it’s unacceptable to give a customer an ETA and blow through it with no accountability. Making matters that much worse, I found the customer service number online, navigated the menu for customer service during business hours, and it simply said they’re not taking calls, leave a message. I want my $40 and wasted time back and they don’t even facilitate a way to get a refund for the order I didn’t get.

Waited 20 mins in line just to order my pizza , With only 3 people in line. Only 1 person taking and building pizzas. 3 other employees coming in and out of back but no help!! Won’t come back took way too long service !!!!

Well I actually haven’t tasted my pizza yet because I am still waiting….it appears that they are understaffed and under trained. The young man making the pizzas scratched the inside of his ear and then used his finger to cover the top of multiple sauce bottles as he shook them…that was gross! So far I’ve been here waiting for 25 minutes for a mobile order I placed about 10 minutes before I arrived. I haven’t eaten here in a long time and it will be a long time before I come back.
